Chips are a much lower standard (for the second time). They were always freshly fried, light and crispy. Now they are dense, heavy, non-crispy and slightly clumped together - no longer a pleasure to eat, which is a real shame. On a brighter note, my doner kebab was served in a delicious flat bread and the portion size was great.

Very quick delivery. Really tasty loaded pizza on a soft base, good-sized portion of gorgeous doner meat and chips, fabulously delicious chocolate fudge cake. Would have been 5 stars if the garlic bread had been cooked through.

Delicious filled naan breads. Arrived hot. Obviously freshly made. Chips were a bit dry, possibly refried, but we ate them anyway.

I ordered a chicken kebab that unfortunately was inedible. The garlic mayo over the chicken tasted off, the chicken was not cooked properly. Therefore, I ate nothing. The other food ordered was fine. I took a photo to prove. I won't be ordering from here again.

I have it be honest I never write reviews. Normally on Just Eat the food takes hours and is cold or the order was wrong. This was the opposite. It arrived in about 20 minutes and was piping hot! Very impressive!

Well everything was fine except I ordered coleslaw I’ve never ever had it just made from cabbage and Mayo it was disgusting!!!!

Genuinely awful - Tastless and cold donner meat, ordered dessert which was completely frozen.

Used these a few times delivery super fast every time , the food hot, I'm a large Donner guy the meat is tasty and as I like it not chunky , salad ok could do with a bit more variety but hey who buys a kebab for the salad . Will order again .

Mayo tasted funky, Donner meat tasted of just grease, and there was more brown cold chips than there was warm cooked ones.

Ordered two kebabs and both with salad and they arrived in good time but hardly had any salad unfortunately. Apart from that, they were both an average kebab.

Ive ordered a lot from bibbys but ive got to say, ive recently been really dissatisfied by the quality of food The kebabs were tiny for the price and smothered in more sauce than anything else. The chips were oil logged, to the point there was a puddle of oil in the paper the box was wrapped in, the burger was terribly packed, and had chips inside it. And the donner was full of bones! What happened to the bibbys we knew!?

Cheese Burgers was good ,chicken fillet was over cooked and tasted greesy and burnt the chips are not good at all I didn't order donner meat but the box meals come with it automatic that tasted fine I won't be ordering from them again

Hi, what kind of meat you've used for the lamb kebab? That wasn't lamb.. the taste was awful, so couldn't even eat it. Not going to order again because wasn't satisfied with the order and also the prices are too high for what you actually get. Not satisfied at all 👎

Odered a Large lamb kebab and it was smaller than my hand with only 8 tiny pieces of leathery lamb. I took picture of how bad it actually is.

Very tasteless pizza it wasn’t cook enough my chips and cheese came in a melted box all soggy wouldn’t recommend. Chicken was very greasy overall not happy at all.

Not a great meal given the great reviews. Chicken burger burnt on edges, doner meat meals cold, cans of pop were not cold. Didn’t have much taste at all. Missing sauces and cabbage on meals even after calling up. I think there’s better alternatives available locally

small portion for a regular sized kebab, staek was cut up small and very well done - would have liked steak to be rarer. order was early which is a bonus in my case

The delivery driver had a hard time communicating where she’s going. I salute her for doing her job but having no English will make her rating worst. Hope she can learn basic English to make her communication with costumers well.

First time ordering from here and won't be my last! The doner kebab was lovely, meat was moist and tender, the nan bread it was in was also lovely, doughy and chewy 😋. Food arrived hot and drink was kept away from the hot food so it was still cold - always a bonus.

The chips were so hard couldn’t eat them and the naan on the mixed kebab was very hard in places and the chicken leg was undercooked shame as always use them when wanting kebab but it was inedible

Food was delicious as always! Just wasn’t much garlic mayo on wrap so was a bit dry, but other than that, was so tasty!

Food came quickly but I wish I hadn't bothered. Ordered a 12" Calbrese Pizza. Pizza looked and tasted like some cheap rubbish from a supermarket and the Doner meat had no substance at all. I managed about half of it (that's how hungry I was) before giving up and binning it. Easily the worst takeaway I've had for a long time.
