The best restaurants serving Default food in Riverside North Tyneside North East

Nice food, however I asked for deep crust but it was not deep but rather regular size. However, to compensate, I suppose, they gave out a free tub of garlic sauce which I didn’t order which was appreciated. Despite the crust which was supposed to be deep not regular - it was good quality.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Chocolate Fudge Café at the Costa in North Shields. I’ve tried this drink at other Costa locations, and it’s usually made really well. Unfortunately, the version I received here was poorly prepared. It seems like the staff at this branch are not properly trained in making coffee—they’re just throwing things together and serving it. Definitely not up to Costa’s usual standards.

Went for granddaughters birthday food was great drinks went down well and female restaurant worker was exceptional always had smile on her face and tended to every need few problems sorting the bill out but got sorted in end al in all a great night

This is a great venue with lovely staff, however, the Taylor Swift night was a complete flop with lots of people leaving early and the crowd sitting on the floor and refusing to move in protest. They've basically used Taylor Swifts name to cash in as the DJ played less Taylor Swift than any other artist and when she did eventually get round to playing Taylor, it was the same songs over and over again. I think Bad Blood came on 4 or 5 times. It was dreadful. Everyone was annoyed. This event was nothing at all like what you see on Tiktok and other events with a Taylor act or compare on stage. The Taylor theme was basically a few paper masks left on tables. 2 masks per table of 6-8. They put some purple tinsel streamers near the bar too. Drink prices were slightly on the expensive side but not too bad. Won't return for any future events.

Good choice for breakfast. Staff very helpful. Nothing too much trouble when asking for assistance. Our experience here was really positive

Just got a meal chips were non existing beef curry slimey prawns stink even prawn crackers were half brown disgusting. We have used them for years ..never again

Usually love our coffees st Costa but sharing the seats & a table with a dog next to us wasn't a good experience. It was licking out of a paper cup in the table, no staff told the owner it should be on the floor not the seats that people sit on.!! Once the people left nobody cleaned the table or the seat that the dog was sitting on!. Not very hygienic & not happy..

£4.10 for a regular hazelnut latte. Go elsewhere for a coffee. I couldn’t believe how much the coffee was here I was flabbergasted.

Over priced Waited half an hour for my food, plates were dirty, rude staff and service. Overcharged me and didnt get correct change back.

Very speedy and quick chips. However there wasn't enough vinegar. Also cheap 2 quid for chips

Given this place a 5star before, but tonight 16” meat mix pizza was not good. Shared with four others and all described an old grease taste in every bite- not good/ easy to make and again very disappointing
