Two of my items were missing and a post it note was put in telling me to ask just eat for a refund.

We only came for work reasons. I ordered a Decaf Soy Chai Latte, nothing too hard to do. My colleague got his drink first (just a latte) The guy making the coffee obviously needs to PAY more attention, he was going to make my coffee with Cows milk WTH, I confronted him and he realised his mistake and made it with Soy milk. Guys, pay more ATTENTION 🙏🙏

Lasses talking with each other. Less talking with each other there would not be the que and people confused 😐 Tables not cleared. No conversation with customers. No sweeping done. See photos

Coffee and cake were quite good, the environment is not special. But OK for a break before the ferry.

Extremely rude female staff, very condescending..

My wife went inside while I sat at a table outside, I'm 72 and was exhausted after walking up from our boat in the marina.( we had just arrived that morning) After being sat outside for almost 40 minutes I was cold and decided to sit inside and see why it was taking so long. It was obvious they were quite busty but instead of appologising and saying that , ( which i would have accepted) the young girl behind the counter was quite rude asking me if I expected table service outside not realising my wife had been in the que all this time ,she totally denied that I had been waiting so long, or even at all, placed my coffee on the counter and said " have a nice day" ( i was until I met her) she took the meaning of condecending to a new level, So unprofessional ,centainly not front of house material ..Requires more training. Almost spoilt our entire day.

Extremely rude young female server.. First visit and certainty our last,, wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place on earth.

Fabulous staff . Great atmosphere. Always get a warm welcome and smile. My cappuccino always has right amount of dusting for me . My home away from home . Xxxxx My happy place.

Excellent place, the staff are so friendly and great with children. We popped in just as they were getting ready to close and unlike some places they welcomed us with a smile and were very helpful. Very comfortable and friendly place to unwind with a delicious drink or bite to eat.

Freshly roasted sandwich with a lovely cup of coffee is needed after shopping :)

The staff here are always super. Very happy with my pit stop.

Only drawback for this costa is there isn't really much in terms of seating and they don't have individual toilets. Your restricted to the toilets next door which quite often aren't in the best condition. Service is always with a smile and staff are friendly enough however. Food & drink is costa standard.

Late , kept changing the times , so cold , missing items but good was unreal and the drinks were amazing

Miserable staff member busy yawning whilst serving at Costa Royal Quays. No smile no greeting no thank you, just bored looking individual who clearly didn’t want to be there. A smile goes a long way or even just a hello how can I help. Might be better off on a job not dealing direct with customers.

First visit here but very impressed.

My husband and I stopped on our trip and got a bite of fresh bakery bread. The croissant is so soft and flaky 💗

Loads of cakes and sandwiches etc to choose from. Always good coffee. Try a new coffee bean for a change you might be suprised at how good they taste. I know its hard to change but go on and give it a try!

Bourgas Airport lounge-lovely staff-but expensive- 4.80Lv for a small bottle of water- food expensive and mediocre!

Love Costa...coffee was usual high standard, however cake purchased was very, very dry. All cakes pre-sliced, don't how long for but like eating cardboard.

Een wat kleiner filiaal van Costa Coffee. Echter ben ik gewent dat men bij Costa Coffee glutenvrije sandwiches van Marks and Spencer verkoop,dat was helaas bij dit filiaal niet het geval. Jammer, ik kwam net van de boot IJmuiden New Castle af, dit outlet centrum ligt naast waar deze boot aankomt en wou wat gaan eten. Er was wel iets glutenvrij maar dat is zoet en ik heb dit vorig jaar gegeten en vond het mier zoet en niet te eten.

My quick to go coffee from the DFDS ferry, love the pastries as well.

Lovely little Costa to stop off and rest the legs while out shopping. Staff very helpful. Busy but not cramped. Plenty extra space outside for seating in the sun too!

Mot as nice as most Costas seems could do with an upgrade or spend some money on it. Location showing its age.

Not enough dairy free and vegan options. It's a shame there are no toilets inside.

Not the most pleasant staff,must be a married couple as always fighting and it shows our group was in a month ago and it was terrible,we use to use this shop as our catch up sadly no more the man in question was very loud and was shouting looser to customer's,not the man I would have working in my shop, terrible

If you've been and you like, you'll go back. Very much keeping a good standard. Would be better if job interviews weren't carried out where the public can see and hear everything. But the products are good. Downside: no toilets from I could see, forcing customers to leave and use supplied toilets some distance away. Bad for disabled and elderly.

Cosy little coffee shop in the heart of Royal Quays shopping centre. Pleased there are now vegan options, both sweet and savory.

We don't usually use these but went in while visiting Royal Quays, we shouldn't have bothered. The coffee was weak & tasteless, more like warm water. And I'm not a fan of baristas that fill a cup with milk & dump coffee on the top, not much finesse there.

Ok. Usual Costas. Downside was no toilets on the premises so i was directed to public ones. Thought cafes etc were supposed to have toilets. I must be mistaken

Slow service, big queues. Left and went for ice cream instead.

It was very busy when I visited but the staff worked very well as a team so people were served quickly and as always coffee was amazing.

We visited on a day they were very short staffed and the staff there were really trying their best still managing to smile and make you feel welcome even though they were rushed off their feet.

After securing a big loan I pushed the boat out and got a biscuit too.... .

Okay as Costa goes but this cafe does not have any toilets therefore had to leave cafe and use public toilets in Royal Quays, not ideal with a toddler!

The two servers were heroic only those two in and they kept their cool and got on with the job 10 out of 10 for professionalism

I don't often give feedback but this Costa Coffee outlet us so poor I had to. Firstly the service was so slow. It took them 10mins to serve the couple in front of us and the staff had no sense of urgency or getup and go. No communication with the long line of customers to say there was any problem. It took several goes to take my simple order of tea and toast. They said come back for the food after I'd paid. After 5mins I went back and it still wasn't ready. So I stood and waited. It arrived and I asked for sauce for my toastie which she proceeded to take off the tray of another customer! The toast was hardly toasted so I asked if they could toast it more. I waited while they were doing it. After a few minutes I asked where it was and she told me she had given it to my wife at her table, except she had actually taken it to another customer. She then tried to take it back off them when they had already started to eat it! Then had to wait for fresh toast. When it came it was hardly edible, more like cardboard than toast. All together a disaster.
