Absolutely shocking waited and hour and half for my delivery and got most of the order wrong also told me he was that busy he forgot about my delivery then when I phoned up to ask about where the food was that was missing the bloke tried arguing with me about what I ordered definitely won’t be going back the guy who answers a phone shouldn’t be in a job his attitude was disgusting and the food is all freezing they wanna be ashamed of themselves WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN AND WE WILL BE LETTING OTHERS KNOW. Lucky to get a star!

Waited over an hour for delivery, rang the shop after an hour and they said it was on the way (typical), food then arrives 35 minutes after phone call and is stone cold absolute joke

I ordered from deliveroo and wasn't given option to tip unfortunately, the food was given great stars by the family, everyone enjoyed their food, I will be changing my preferred take away to Pizza King, much appreciated :) we had Peperoni pizzi, kebab pizza and the kids chicken nuggets and chips which was great value for money

Ordered through Uber eats, delivered bang on time stated and on a saturday night. Got a mixed wrap and chicken wings/chips. both were hot, chicken wasn’t dry and the whole meal was unreal. definitely be ordering again!

If there was a 0 star they would get it. Ridiculous. I rang the driver for my kebab 2 times as it was over 30 minutes late. I then rang the phone line off the website and he tried to make me say “sorry to my driver” for ringing it twice. Ridiculous. They then cancelled my order because I would not say sorry. I would highly recommend not ordering from here

I would not recommend this place. I waited over 2 hours for my food. I am fuming. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Very angry. Very very angry.

Fantastic pizza and at a great price! If you are catching the ferry to Amsterdam then this is a superb place to stop off for a bite to eat before you get there. Only a few minutes from the ferry terminal and pizzas that are tasty and great value. I'd recommend the Mexican pizza made with jalapeños. Delicious!

My wife rang on her withheld number at just after 8pm when it was supposed to be here at 20 to 8 at the latest! To be told to ring back on the number that was ordered on, then he hung up on her, we ordered through uber eats. She rang back on my phone then they asked 4 questions to find out what was happening with my order. so why was it necessary to need her to ring back on my phone? got a call to come find you at quarter past 8 and it was all cold, which is 25 minutes late! Lost a regular customer because of your disgraceful customer service.

This place is an absolute scam! Ordered from them through Uber Eats and they cancelled the order but stated it was at my request. I never had any contact with them at all they just chose to cancel it! I wasn't too annoyed at the time as I assumed I wouldn't be charged but it turns out I have been! As "the restaurant had already started preparing your food" which means they've essentially robbed me of £20. It might not seem a lot but its the principle of it, to cancel the order with zero communication with myself is one thing but to then lie so they can still make money?!! It's absolutely shocking and I'd advise anyone to steer clear!

First off the pizza was delicious, can’t fault that (pepperoni and mushroom 10”) However after a 9 hour drive arriving late I ordered food as our young daughter hadn’t eaten. Ordered via UBER eats and specified no fewer than 3 times that we were in room ##7 Advised on the app staff would be delivering themselves not uber eats, after an hour of waiting I rang the restaurant as it still said “prepping food” when I got through I was told I would be called by the driver on arrival. In the end my wife went down to reception to see if anybody had attended with the pizza and was handed a stone cold pizza that had been delivered 30 mins before, apparently the driver said to staff he had been calling me … despite me even having rang the shop. Can’t deal with dishonesty

My experiences with this establishment have been nothing short of a horrifying ordeal. From the moment I placed my first order, it felt like stepping into a never-ending nightmare. Each subsequent encounter has left me scarred and emotionally drained. The level of incompetence and disregard for basic human decency displayed by the staff is beyond comprehension. It's as if they take pleasure in inflicting emotional torment upon unsuspecting customers. This establishment has single-handedly shattered my faith in the concept of customer service, leaving me traumatised and afraid to ever venture into the realm of online ordering again.

I have placed orders from this establishment on four separate occasions, and each time has been an absolute nightmare. Without fail, they have consistently managed to deliver the food late, causing immense frustration. The last two instances were even worse as they had the audacity to update their status on both Just Eat and Uber, claiming that the food was out for delivery. Yet, when I called them to inquire about my order, they had the nerve to admit that it hadn't even been packed! Their complete lack of communication and disregard for basic customer service is truly astounding. And don't even get me started on their so-called apologies. They barely bothered to utter a single meaningful word of remorse during our phone conversations. It's clear that they have absolutely no respect for their customers and take pleasure in providing the worst possible experience.

Order was 45 mins / hour late - app said it had left but over the phone said it was still being made. 2 fatboy burger missed doner kebab and one missed sauce. DO NOT ORDER!! AVOID!!

Ordered from this place about 4x now, every time they've ordered the food late and the last 2 times they showed on just eat/Uber that the food is out for delivery. However, when calling, they said it hasn't even been packed! No communication and no real apology when calling.

Ordered here over 20 times and always been great but today found a hair in pizza was sick as I’m very cockily and phoned restaurant and they said I put the hair there ! I’m blonde and the hair was black ! No apology no refund no nothing . AVOID AVOID ! Wasted £20 down drain il have to get something else . Pure filth

Thanks guys, after deliveroo messed up my order, I went to the shop and they sorted it.

Ordered delivery at 7:41pm on justveat. They marked it as out for delivery at 9:05pm. Didn’t arrive until 10:15pm. Called to ask status of order and was repeatedly told its 10 mins away. Staff were extremely rude and hung up on me and told me to never order there again Because they didn’t like me repeatedly calling. Shockingly terrible customer service! Never again!

Firstly terrible customer service by Jack tonight, I placed an order on deliveroo which from my postcode delivered to using a voucher only to find my order was cancelled, when I called the restaurant he said sorry we don't deliver there only to find it's going to take at least 24 hours to refund meaning I can't order food tonight. Jack was extremely rude and said he was too busy to deal with this and hung up. After calling back I did get through to jack who put me on to what I presume was the manager who was also least helpful. Avoid at all cost.

Shocking Service! Ordered kebab burger with chips and a can of pop and a sauce. Burger came with no chips then when I rang up to ask what happened, had nothing but attitude and accused me of trying to get free food! I've ordered from here plenty of times so I'm a regular customer but even after I sent pictures of what I got with no chips they still went on to say I was trying to get free food! All for a portion of chips! Went on to then ban me from ordering anything else! Just lost a regular loyal customer here! Attitude was disgraceful!

Very very nice all came hot and staff are super friendly the cheese cake is really nice and the pizzas are the best we have had so far We highly recommend and we will be back and making it our regular. 10/10 And the burger came very hot and not dry and came nicley wrapped up in tinfoil to keep it hot. All these little touches go a long way.

Ordered 19.09 got estimated 30 mins then told at checkout would be here 19.45. just after that time had passed we received notification that it had left the shop. 20.15 I called the shop to be told It had left 5minutes prior. Terrible customer service as when I asked why we had been notified 30 mins prior that it had left the shop he simply said 'its left the shop I don't know what your problem is it will be with you within 10 minutes' a further 15 minutes later our food is yet to arrive. Never again!

Pizza King,is a busy establishment offering a varied menu and filling reasonably priced meals. The staff are efficient and friendly.

This is my favourite takeaway going. It's only a small place but the food is lovely and the guys who run it are always friendly.

I don't normally do reviews but felt I had too. Used to get nice pizza from here once upon a time but not now. It was disgusting. Crust was flat and hard. Lucky I didn't break a tooth or two. Far too much tomato on base. Just not nice. Stay clear. You have been warned!!!

Don't normally eat kebab, but the one I tried from Pizza Cafe was excellent. Piping hot an non greasy, with a mountain of chips or salad. Couldn't eat it all, there was so much. Great value. Recommended.

This place is one of only two that I know of that do kebabs properly, everything goes into the pitta bread, the shop could do with a bit of a clean, but other than that, it's got nice grub

This place is filthy, the wraps are terrible the man on the phone has a bad attitude, that's if he chooses to answer in the first place. First and last time will ever use the place!

Very poor, don't answer phone for hours, very unhygienic and the man who owns the place is very rude and abrupt, seriously bad food - go to gills they have 5 star hygiene rating and very good wraps and pizzas and most helpful in comparison with this scruffy dive!

it has been a long time since had a pizza from here and after tonight's pizzas & so called chicken kabab I will definitely not be going back. The pizza base very dry and tasted like days old base, chicken kabab it's just chicken stuck in a box with salad & a pitta bread very dry and tasteless

Pizza wasn't fully cooked, toppings tagged good, however the base was abysmal. Chips were also very disappointing.

Jackie McCann the place is awful. Hygiene there is unacceptable. Why anyone would sell food in that environment is unacceptable. AWFUL. Got a chicken wrap with cheese chilli and garlic., there was oil BLACK Oil leaking out of the wrap lots of chilli and not enough/no garlic as for the cheese I didn't see any. Why anyone would order there is beyond me £5:50 wast of money DISAPPOINTED
