Didn’t have drink or crisps I ordered - substitutes were ok. No cookie provided

I ordered 3 sandwiches, all 3 were not done correctly. 1 was 6 inch instead of foot long. All should have had cheese, none had it. Two didn’t have the sauce I ordered, the other had the wrong one. None were toasted, I asked for all 3 to be toasted. Terrible service.

I ordered a big order for lunches at work, one of the salads were missing and after trying to ring a number of times I couldn’t get through and had to reorder the missing salad, the salads that did turn up were all missing things from them.

I ordered a submelt and it came as an ordinary sub, I could have let that go but then both subs came completely squished looked like they had been squeezed before they were wrapped.

Delivery time was changed several times. We ordered Gatorade but it was never delivered and we did not receive a replacement.

Ordered two salads a chicken and bacon and then turkey and bacon - only received the chicken and bacon but with salad from both orders not sure what’s happened

absolutely disgusted by the service I received. I ordered a footlong and a 6 inch meal deal and only received 1 footlong for a family of 3? regardless if they didn't have a filling for a footlong they still should've sent 1 footlong and a 6inch. now I am out of pocket and can't get anything else thanks to incompetent staff members not doing their job correctly and not reading how many sandwiches were needed.

Ordered and paid for pigs in blanket and garlic and herb didn’t arrive. Called the shop to be told sorry it isn’t in stock- when I asked why I was allowed to order and pay for something that’s not in stock I was told the manager hasn’t bothered taking it out of stock and he won’t be back in till monday

Missing a full meal. Along with an extra cookie. Not happy

Got 2 wrong footlights sarnies, didn't get no crisps, no cookies, no pop, 30 pound for the order and only got 2 sandwiches and 1 was totally wrong

Had two deliveries from here. Both were delivered within half an hour and as per instructions. Delivery drivers were pleasant and friendly.

Didn’t have some of the items available so had to have replacements. Asked for jalapeños in one salad but they put them in both so my salad was ruined as I don’t like them and the tomatoes were missing from both salads

45 mins later than what time I was given when I ordered. Freezing cold and wrong drink given.

Very quick delivery and the delivery person was very pleasant and friendly. The salad box was really nice as usual

Didn't receive food at all, restaurant said it was collection but delivery driver never delivered it

Received someone elses order with items i am allergic to. Fantastic. Once called the restaurant they had zero clue how to deal with it and asked to get a refund from just eat. How f* hard is to send the right order? Get a f* grip.

If I could rate no stars for service and atmosphere, I would! Went lunch time today, 14th August and was met by two arguing 'sandwich artist's' as to what time they'd go on breaks. Totally ignored me whilst continuing to argue, even after I said hello! Ladies, I use that term soooo loosely, argue in your own time, not in mine, and whilst you're at it, get yourselves on a customer service course, the pair of you have ZERO skills for customer facing roles! I got a tuna salad, beautifully presented and tasty, shame about the total lack of service!

The delivery driver shouted at me over the phone then we had to walk down the street to get my out food and she continued to shout at us.

Ordered as a collection by mistake and no way to rectify this, or chance of refund! Simple mistake and no way to have it rectified!

Didn’t include the dips i paid for

Subs were correct however 2 drinks were completely wrong, 2 cookies completely wrong and crisps completely wrong. Not impressed at all!

There's been none stop ads atm so thought I'd give it a try, the breakfast sub was toasted when I didn't ask for it to be so like eating stale bread just crumbling off, the hash browns were black, the dip was wrong and they sent tango instead of Tropicana! Who wants pop instead of OJ with breakfast for goodness sake, if they didn't have any I wouldn't have even ordered it as Tropicana is a deal breaker for me. Not happy & most went in the dog, please try harder, its literally printed for you so not even a communication issue could be blamed

Utterly pointless using the app to order ahead when they make you wait in the queue to get your sandwich, which took 10 minutes! So my toasted bun - not so toastie! I even told them, and they made me wait. Then at my turn, gave me my sandwich that had been sitting there the whole time! I arrived spot on pick up the by the way So, if you want fresh, you might as well just go and order in store!

Didn't give us crisps or pop that we had ordered with the meal deal. Nothing wrong with the sandwiches they were fine and as to order.

The order was completely wrong , items missing, when I called the restaurant the girl who I spoke to was abusive and disrespectful, steer clear

INCREDIBLE! I asked for extra pickles and they gave me EXTRA pickles! I am forever grateful to that person - you amazing kind-hearted human, thank you so much again !

I scheduled this order in advance and it was still late, not happy.

customer service was absolutly terrible, the two girls that were serving were having their own conversation about god knows what and the atmosphere was terrible will not be coming here again and 10 out of 10 do not recomend, food was nice though.

Customer service was excellent, I ordered a small and large meal deal, however only recieved two small meal deals, upon ringing the resturant they apologised admitting their error and resolved the issue, this was really appreciated. loved the sandwiches and will definately be ordereing again from them.

Food was fantastic as always and even saw a little surprise with a note attached, the note read "Hi good afternoon, we had less natcho chicken so I've made a complimentary 6 inch roast chicken sub, sorry for inconvenience from Amy" this was honestly very sweet and very personal, the 6 inch sub even had the same salad and sauce as the natcho chicken sub I ordered meaning she actually took care to read what salad I asked for and did it for the 6 inch which is amazing attention to detail, Amy you do fantastic work and you should be proud of your amazing customer skills that subway branch is lucky to have you working for them

Placed my order at 15:45 didn’t get assigned to driver until 5pm. My order was delivered at 4 minutes past 5, clearly it had been premade my food was stone cold sandwich like a brick and they even forgot my pop and cheese balls. Will never order again

So glad I can order from subway now, been wanting a subway for a long time and now I can fulfill the craving

Check your sandwich. Missing cheese from sandwich and sweetcorn add when not requested.

Absolutely fine as a subway. The parking outside is always busy but that's not subways fault. Staff work very fast and di a good job but the prices are getting to high for a Sarni let's face it. Only one small issue there was a pretend homeless person outside. Again that's not subways fault though.

Wrong items sent with order, bread was stale at both ends of 6” so ended up leaving 1/3 of it. Footling looked like it had been thrown together by a toddler.

Ordered extra cheese. Came with no cheese. Restaurant ALWAYS forgets something.

Lovely gluten free rolls however while waiting for it to be toasted the staff went to till to take my money contaminating gloves i had to remind him a about this surely you would wait until sandwich was finished before wanting money he did change his gloves if they sell glutenfree the staff should be clued up about contamination

Well polite staff and great taste as ever. Tried nachos this time, they were really a good portion and loaded with salsa cheese and jalapeños.

I come here quite often and always find the place clean and tidy. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing a bother. That's why I come back....however... 2 gripes. Twice I've been around 2-2-30 in the afternoon and they've had no grated cheese left, well, they did but it was still in the freezer....not a huge deal but they are open for a good few hours afterwards and the slice cheese is not much to speak of.... 2nd.....I've seen one or 2 members of staff not change their gloves in between different customers!! Even when they're dipping into chicken, bacon and then salad!! They keep the same gloves on to serve meat and salad and then the next customer!! Surely using the same gloves to handle meat and salad is against company policy? Not to mention the meat contaminating the salad! Vegetarians eat here!! I do come back becauseI like the staff, I just ask them to change their gloves before serving me. I shouldn't have to though surely?

Ordered a salad and cookies they managed to miss off the actual salad and just sent a box of meat with sauce also forgot half the cookies after ringing the store i got told they couldnt do anything about it i mean how hard is it to keep a subway running properly

Quick easy food.. Helpful staff clean and very efficient.

Fast service, nice toasted sandwiches.

A choice of sandwiches and wraps with various fillings of your choice. Cookies, crisps and soft drinks available too. Toilets and accessible toilets but the seat was broken and the room was small for a wheelchair. However this does not detract from the food.

Only had the breakfast ,it is a joy makes Greg, s look very poor, it is the one stop shop

Never too busy. Clean with toilet facilities available. Plenty of parking local as it's right beside Morrison's supermarket. There is enough seating for around twelve people based on three groups of four. Sandwiches are well made and tasty as always.
