1st time I tried really nice gud portions and good fast delivery..

Rice very hard, chicken overcooked, fatty pork.

The food was tasty but a bit cold & soggy, think it had been in transit for quite some time!

Food was great. Was a bit disappointed that there was no FREE prawn crackers

ordered from here a few times now and the quality of the food has been top notch each time, hot on delivery and portion sizes are very generous. delivery had been early each time and the driver is very friendly. Highly recommend 👌

Rice extremely dry, sweet and sour chicken very very tough and unable to taste any chicken whatsoever... dry and couldn't really say if it was chicken or not. Very disappointed.

21/2 hour wait part 2 not only did I have to wait 21/2 hours for my order but I can’t find any way at all on the just eat site to request a refund or place a complaint or anything else I am 100% disappointed with the service I have received and at this point I am very unlikely to use this service again I would not recommend this service to anyone at all

After reading all the good reviews we decided to try for the 1st time. Which will also be our last. Waited just under 1 and a half hours from ordering to receiving the food. £48 poorly spent, Food was freezing and honestly just all round not good. Only reason I gave 2 stars was simply because the curry sauce was decent.

Although it was within the time frame given, an hour and 15 mins to 1 hr 30 mins is a long time to wait, especially as we dont live far from the take away.

This takeaway has gone downhill. I've used it for years, but having waited 1 and a half hours for my food, it was awful. The fried rice was only just warm and the chips were dry and rubbery. The delivery service has been bad before, but though it was a one off so gave it another try. Won't be using it again.

Ordered beef,green pepper, black bean sauce- totally inedible and I suspect was given beef and black pepper very hot. When I immediately raised the issue with just eat I received a reply saying as it was over 24hours they couldn’t issue a refund

Lovely take away last night, King Prawn and Mushrooms curry, egg fried rice and salt and chilli chips, hubby got Chop Suey roll and Spare ribs. The Chop Suey roll was the best he's ever had and the curry was beautiful. Highly recommended Oh, and the lady was lovely

Food was okay, very strange satay sauce. Wouldn’t recommend that. I’m not actually sure it was satay at all. Worst bit was the delivery time, half an hour earlier than the earliest estimated time, and we weren’t ready so food was cold by the time we could eat.

Cancelled delivery as it was going to be way over the estimation so collected and requested some prawn crackers for the delivery fee!

Usual high standard from Paradise Garden…. If you haven’t ordered from here before then the next time you fancy a takeaway order from these guys, you won’t be disappointed 👍🏻

Not as good as my local Chinese in sheilds, but still a good takeaway.

When choosing Paradise Garden the app said delivery in 45-60 mins and then when the order went through the time jumped up to 90 mins and it came after 95! It was so late we went to bed with full stomachs, thirsty from the salt and slept terribly.

The food was the usual high standard (portion size, taste, temperature etc) that you’ve provided with my previous orders. Sadly the delivery wasn’t great, I know that there’s many reasons why an order can be late but I’m only 10 minutes away. I’m trying not to be too negative so I’ll just chalk this one down as a one off.

My perfect go to lazy/poorly take away egg fried rice, chilli chips, curry sauce and spring rolls. Can’t fault it on time food piping hot 👌🏼

Had the saddest "Cantonese chicken" of my life. It was as tho they had poured raw chicken into a bath tub of lukewarm water added a bit of sugar and maybe a dash of yesterday's leftover sweet and sour sauce. It was inedible and for £35 for two mains and two sides I was extremely disappointed. Actually ruined my Saturday night. AVOID. Also noticed a lot of fake reviews on just eat and they removed mine on there too.

Expensive for what you get. Chicken chow mein had more onions than chicken, fried rice really dry. Spare Ribs weren't great either.

Ordered prawn toast on Christmas eve - prawn toast was chicken! Complained via email and they've ignored me. Avoid prawn dishes if you don't eat meat as you'll end up being fed chicken

Sadly there is a chemical taste to the food. I'm sure it's a herb or spice but not for my palette. The amount of meat is amazing and very tasty, it's just that chemical taste that puts me off. Great value for money if you appreciate the taste of that herb.

Meal arrives no sauce just full of oil and when I rang restaurant to complain they refused to replace the meal at first then said I’d have to pay delivery for a replacement leaving me more out of pocket for their mistake.

Really good came like 40 mins early

The special chow mein was absolutely awful. Really bad smell and taste, it really was disgusting. Curry triangles, fried rice & spring rolls were nice, but the smell from the chow mein was so off-putting that we couldn't eat anything. Definitely won't be ordering again.
