Great portion sizes for the price, full of flavours & chicken always cooked to perfection. The reason behind the 4 star is sometimes the wait times aren’t accurate, but understandable in busy periods.

By far the nicest Chinese I’ve ever had. Family have been there for years, they have an amazing connection with the local community & He goes above and beyond for his customers!

Ordered first time from here won't be back binned food complete waste of £21.00 need I say anymore.

It used to be good but got the order wrong but meat in the soup when requested none. Need to get the orders right, so won't be back!!

22/10 Again no prawn crackers!! Fried rice portions also significantly reduced! 4/10/21 Unfortunately someone forgot to put the prawn crackers in tonight! Previous visit Always friendly and quick service. Very impressed that surfaces door handles etc were cleaned while we were waiting. Food excellent, recommend chicken in satay sauce

Nice prompt service and reasonable prices BUT the food was awful. Bland and tasteless. It resembled a home made stew not a Chinese meal. I'll not be back 😰

Had been put off by some of the reviews on here, but bought the salt and chilli King Prawns and egg fried rice and it was *delicious*. Generous serving, great flavour. Staff are very pleasant too. Will visit again!

Decent sized portions but I ordered chicken and prawn rice and I got 1 prawn like its on rations or something

Decided to try here after a rude phonecall from Eastern Meadow in Jesmond where he just hung up on us. So glad we did, walked in and greeted immediately and staff working at the front of the takeaway was extremely friendly. Secondly the deep fried beef in Cantonese sauce and Singapore chow mein were great, highly recommended.

Generally decent food although quality may vary slightly depending on which chefs are working. Staff are amenable to making some adjustment to dishes according to customer preference, for example, reducing chilli or omitting something like bamboo shoots.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight. The food was ready to collect in fifteen minutes and was lush. Huge portions. Nice staff too! 5/5 would order from here again!

My first time ordering form here. It was fantastic. Cute little microwavable boxes of food. Quality fresh food. Ordered Beef in Lao Gan Ma, House Special Chow Mein, Spare Ribs in Peking Sauce & Sweet and sour chicken, all of them were great. The Noodles are huge, enough to last for 3 meals. My new favourite takeaway :)

Just had a meal delivered from Boulevard Chinese, I have to say it was one of the worse Chinese meals I have ever eaten, I couldn’t believed they served that.. the last one I had from them was nice which is why I ordered a second time, the prawn toast was vile, rubbery and tasted pickled, the prawns in my main meal were tasteless and cold.. this place needs the health inspectors to go round, as the food tasted like dirt.. I will never order from there again!

Queuing system and hand sanitizer available, reminder to wear mask. Limiting people in premises. Quick service, good food, polite staff.

A treat for a member of staff leaving. Amazing food good portions. Definitely recommend.

Ribs were awful from here. Main meal of noodles were awful as well. Not a pleasant experience.

Disappointed waited 1 hour 45 mins for food when it arrived it was possibly the worst Chinese Iv ever tasted. Rotten does even cut it.

My order was 10 mins short of 2 hrs then when it came it was stone cold and they left out parts of my order so i called to complain and was told they couldn't add extras through the app. Possibly not no, but how long does it take to pick up the phone? Instead they just sent the order wrong!

The chicken is disgusting it must be out of a tin because it's tastes and is square like spam. Sauces are watery, chips stone cold. delivery took 1hr and 15minutes on a Monday at 5:45pm?! Hardly peak hours. Do not bother it's rank

Have always used this Chinese as food amazing but 2 hours for delivery and shop 800meters.Rang numerous times and was told food on way not good enough

I've been going to the Boulevard Chinese for many, many years. The best Chinese takeaway I'm been to in North Tyneside. The only down side is they don't take car payments (unless you're paying for a Just-Eat order).
