I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience in Sutton Kokoro restaurant on I ordered a meal but upon payment Unfortunately I found no available seating due to insufficient CHAIRS “not crowding” When I requested a takeaway bag and cover to enjoy my meal elsewhere: those staff refused my request and insisted I wait. Given that I paid the 20% eat-in VAT, it is reasonable to expect accommodations for a takeaway under the circumstances. Their responses were not only unhelpful but also impolite, which left me feeling disappointed. I hope you will address this issue to ensure better service in the future . Thank you for your attention.

As a regular customer of this particular branch, I was utterly disgusted to witness the customer service provided by the so called 'duty manager ' (Darlena) on duty today, Sunday 6.10.24 at 12.25pm. Her attitude was sullenly, aggressive and downright rude to fellow patrons waiting in the queue to be served. There was a sizeable queue forming and when asked if she could assist the chap serving, she was very reluctant, stating " I can see! then proceeded to carry on clearing tables and bore no interest in helping to reduce the wait time. In addition, her colleague Alex, when asked if he was using the requested Soya milk for my coffee stated "This is skimmed and I am serving someone else!" This later transpired to be for the patron behind me and totally disregarded my order asking me if I had taken the receipt? Whilst Darlena did apologise for the confusion, it was done so in a belligerent manner. I doubt any feedback will be given to the individuals concerned, but one would hope that is taken on board It does Costa's reputation no good at all to be served by members of staff who clearly do not want to work in a customer facing environment.

Unfortunately we were told the food would take 45mins but we actually waited 1hr 40mins. The restaurant blamed it on the driver making a mistake and then told us it would be a further 15mins. This obviously affected the quality of the food which was a real shame. The person on the phone wasn’t very professional at all and offered no apology.

Absolutely lovely little boozer on Bennington Lane south London and well served by the tramlink in the area (we used tram and bus to get here - easy peasy). Not the biggest place in the world, but very friendly, with the staff and the locals in there all saying hello and chatting with us. Outside tables on the left (where the real entrance is - don't be fooled by the doors in the opposite corner) and then walk through a pool room into the bar. As I said, lots of room and I can't see a problem for a wheelchair user here (not sure of the toilets though). The pub was clean and especially given the early hour, the Guinness was excellent as was the Young's ordinary.

Can’t complain about the food as is typical kebab shop food. After waiting 1.5 hours for my food I called the shop 122 times and had no answer. We then drove to the shop to be told they’re busy and “will do the order now” which should have been being processed already. Have completely poor organisation and capacity management and take on too many orders for a shop that clearly cannot handle it. Even though I ordered for delivery was offered nothing for the inconvenience of a 2 hour wait and having to collect.
