Can never fault this place! Been the only pizza shop I ever go to for past 5years! Would rate the service more than 5stars if I could. Always friendly, talkative and genuinely nice people all round Very rewarding to regular/loyal customers too Also if you haven’t tried them, try them The pizza’s top dominoes no doubt I recommend large half/half pizza any 4 toppings on each side..can’t go wrong!

I always order pizza but this time pizza and service was not ideal so it was my last order.

The pizza was cold I rung up the pizza shop and they told me I had to go through this app as this is where I ordered from. Delivery was shocking and late.

Great customer service (a minor problem with the app was quickly resolved), delivered on time, and great tasting food. I'll definitely be ordering from Tops Sutton again.

We recently ordered from Tops Pizza, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The pizzas were fresh, loaded with generous toppings, and had the perfect balance of crispy crust and gooey cheese. Every bite was packed with flavour, and you could tell they use quality ingredients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying pizza!

Ordered from here like we usually do because their pizza is tasty, however we were very let down by the late delivery time. It took approximately an hour to get our food and the shop is less than a mile from where we live. When the food was delivered one item was missing which was frustrating. The driver then returned after half hour to bring it. If the delivery times continue to take this long then sadly we might have to stop ordering from here and find an alternative.

Amazing pizza, wouldn’t go anywhere else I always trust them to make the best pizza and they succeed every time :)

"Terrible experience at Topz Pizza. The staff was rude and didn't listen carefully to my order. I specifically asked for a garlic base, but they made it with a regular base instead. When I brought it up, they didn't bother to correct the mistake. To top it off, they even charged extra for a single dip! The pizza itself had a bad taste, definitely not worth the money. Won't be going back."

Love their pizzas but £9.99 for 4 slices is mad! And sadly the brownies were so dry I had to bring the quality down. They’re very fast with delivery though.

Whilst it was hot & fresh, I think the hot wings leave a lot to be desired, they’re the same packaged ones loads of other takeaway shops sell, and honestly you don’t feel great if you finish them all. Can tell it’s super processed and the batter itself; there’s way too much of it. Some of the wings are so fat you know it’s not a normal chicken

I didn’t realise that our road ( Ridgway ) was closed due to resurfacing of the road. Topps pizza Sutton kept me updated on the situation and difficulty of delivering ; as did the delivery driver himself. They did deliver of course . Great customer service, great communication from Topps pizza Sutton. 11 out of 10

18/05/24 - Tops Pizza is consistently good. The pizzas aren't doughy like some of their competitors, and they offer good value for money for collection only deals. It is also one of the few places in Sutton where you can get a late night pizza after midnight.

I'm not satisfied, I won't order pizza there again

Reason for my review is to get a better service next and hope that particular shop and all staff who work there will give a better service in aspect of business. Yesterday on 26/04/2024 I was at Sutton branch with my grandchildren’s and ordered 3 large different flavours pizza’s, in particular the one I ordered was margarita with salami we did do a collection in 25 -30 minutes and drove home and grandchildren’s was happy in car with pizzas . At we opened all pizzas and the only was with the issue was the margarita without Salami I was disappointed and few of children’s who wanted this particular one . On all dissatisfied and disappointed with service and quality of pizza.

Up till 4am with an upset tum after eating from here :( A lesson to look at the food hygiene rating before ordering. Never again.

Hi, The pizza were deliver and they were cold and they were late. I had called the shop and they had advised I also need to contact just eat. I also complained about the price of the food. This was a 7inch pizza and I was charged £9.99 online (there was a 10% discount). When I called the shop to explain they said the cost increase when using just eat and if I ordered with them directly it would have cost 3.99. That’s double the cost using the just eat app which is just unacceptable. I would expect a full refund for this order and I will never order from this shop again.

Really enjoy Tops Pizza - there's something in the cheese and tomato base that makes it extra tasty compared to other chains and the toppings are always generous. Nice that you can see them cooking it too and it's really cheap, too!

Absolutely disgusting service ordered food for it to come to door and they demand more money refusing to give me my food till we paid extra while it was sitting on a bin. NOT HAPPY

Whilst they show available for nearby delivery on Just Eat, this is the second time they have accepted the order, and then cancelled. Disgraceful, if they do not want to deliver to nearby areas, they should not show themselves as available for those areas.

First time I've ordered. The garlic bread with cheese was a little bit disappointing (just had a small splat of cheese on the bread) but tasted good. The pizza itself was excellent so I'll definitely be coming back.

PERFECT CHICKEN has lost touch.They never send in the right flavour or complete order, order is never on time as a matter of fact something is always missing and when you complain they connive with JUST EAT to prove you wrong. It’s a pity we trust you both with something as sensitive as our meals and yet people are treated as if they don’t mean much. Good taste, but people working are not professional at all. They can increase the price because they want it and they are rude to you, when you specify that you are not purchasing the same product constantly... They said now we charge extra for the half and half option because we want... seriously??? Their website doesn't charge extra £1, but they can do it.... Pizza came in hot, as good as always

I normally enjoy tops food but the garlic bread was tiny,pizza was ok but squashed in half like it had been dropped and the curly fries ended up getting binned. So disappointed in them this time but usually they're amazing. Everyone has an off day.

I’ve ordered a large it seemed like a medium.

I called the restaurant and asked how far off it would be, they said it left 10 minutes ago. I called back 20 minutes later and was told it was just leaving. I explained the the man that couldn’t be the case and he was very rude and just kept saying how it was a long journey from Sutton to Ewell, I made a point of saying it wasn’t over 30 minutes away!! When the food finally arrived it was cold and and undercooked. Severely unimpressed.

First time ordering via this app and was good. All food was delivered and hot on arrival, even the notes to the restaurant were followed. Very much appreciated and the food was delicious.

I'm a big fan of tops, although I do feel pizza has started to become an expensive takeaway choice. Tonight things were a bit overcooked, but still tasted good and we all had a pretty decent chow down on the 2 pizzas and sides we'd ordered.

My food said it was arriving and still at restaurant and turns up very early aswell my pizza the cheese had fallen off and stuck to the top of the box

I ordered from this place through Just Eat, and I was really scared, anxious after the terrible reviews I saw on the app and here. Burnt cr*p, soggy pizzas, wrong orders and pizzas that never arrived... People left hungry and disappointed, kids that cried until they had no tears left, and communities torn apart, all by the evil actions of Tops Pizza Sutton. In the end, my order arrived 10 mins earlier than the expected time, the delivery driver was polite, and the pizza was decent size, correct amount of toppings and it was hot and cooked correctly. Definitely not something an Italian would approve of, but not the terrible, unedible gunk some of the reviews portray this pizza to be. Only confusing element is a small sauce pot that came inside of the pizza box, seems this is a recurring theme with pizzas in the UK. Not sure what to do with it, we have given it to the squirrels outside, who seem to be equally confused as we are.

1 star is far too high. The most horrible pizza and sides I’ve ever tasted. Pizza cold .. garlic bread was inedible and chicken wings - absolutely disgusting. I will never order anything from here again.
