The best restaurants serving Default food in Cathedrals Southwark London

I asked for a soy latte and I didn’t get a soy latte. Really poor service here

Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Management and Bland Food We visited this restaurant on Saturday during lunchtime, and while the staff were clearly doing their absolute best, the experience was disappointing overall. It was obvious that they were severely understaffed, and the few team members on duty were running around trying to keep up with the rush. They were polite, hardworking, and really tried to make things work—but it was impossible for them to provide proper service with so little support. The real issue here lies with the management. Expecting a handful of staff to handle a busy lunchtime crowd is not humane or sustainable. The company needs to provide more support if they expect their team to deliver quality service. Unfortunately, the vegan food didn’t make up for it. It was bland, lacking any real flavor, and felt like a random mix of ingredients thrown together with no attention. I feel for the staff, but I won’t be returning unless there are serious improvements on how the team is supported.

Service is horrible so much waiting

Thought this looked like a good fish and chip restaurant with a fishmonger right next door.....won't be going back again, the fish was tiny I've seen bigger child portions. Even worse because I asked for a large cod and was told they only do one size, I trusted it would be a fair size but when I got home and saw it I was shocked. Chips are not the fresh usual chip shop type but obviously frozen and overcooked, even dousing in vinegar couldn't soften them. Totally unsatisfied so I'm off for a fillet o fish to fill the gap.

Instagram hype, nothing great about these donuts in my opinion . Very mid, heavy dough tasted like burnt bread, fillings had no flavour.

Ordered too good to go with pret in blackfriars. On arrival door closed. 2 women refused to acknowledge me when I showed them my order. Horrible women. They were arrogant. Avoid this place!!!

The most friendly staff ever at this Pret!! Always go out of their way to make your experience pleasant.

Necesitábamos un café. Encontramos esta cafetería un poco por accidente, así que no tenía expectativas previas. El café de temporada para el expreso era simplemente perfecto. Muy sabroso. Uno al que volver.

We ate there last night! It was all delicious. Its owner, a man from Albania, was super nice. Of all the restaurants we have eaten in the 5 days we have been in London, this was where I enjoyed the most. The servings are huge. Thanks for the good food!!!

Quality of food was phenomenal. Flavours were great & definitely will be coming back!
