The most friendly staff ever at this Pret!! Always go out of their way to make your experience pleasant.

Best service of any Pret. Such kind people. Extra time to talk to you, proactively making sure you know of any changes in the menu, music at a good low level, and was not very busy at all for while I was there! Food could use a little more spice but is healthy and good overall.

I always had bad experience at Pret regarding costumer service, to the point that I didn't enter any of them for years... so, it came like a surprise the kindness of the lady who served me last night! I didn't check her name, but she truly made my day - so thank you.

Extremely dissapointed. I was having lunch here 2-3 days a week for about a month now with no problems but this morning when popped in to grab a quick latte i was refused an extra cup in quite a harsh manner (they had no cupholders). They offered me tissues which after i left led to the cup slipping and I had coffee spillage all over my chest, I had to sit in my lectures like that. I came back to the shop few hours later to bring it up and the supervisor just carried on about how they dont give out extra cups as it costs money and how they never give cup holders for lattess which is absurd as I was having lattes for take out with cup holders for a month now from this particular shop. I have prets subscription for over a year now and I have never had such a horrible customer service or a refusal for a cup holder. Never coming back to this particular shop.

Service is always good and drinks arrive fast. Friendly staff (especially Mufeed).

We stopped in for a quick drink to hydrate from walking so much. We also took advantage of the free wifi and restrooms. Be sure to get the bathroom code from the staff after your purchase.

Great store to get by on your London lunch, delicious, fresh and Veg options at a good price. You can eat for 4 people (without drinks) for 20 pounds Good service and beautiful place to spend some time eating, warm with free wifi.

Nice food and staff but there’s a infestation of tiny fruit flies. So you get harassed by the blighters every time you sit down in there.

I liked this place. Refurbished recently so it’s clean, looks good and comfy.

£6 for limp old smoked salmon sandwich to eat in. I don't know about you, bit is EVERYONE talking about how ludicrously expensive Pret has become. Portions are shrinking and value for money is a total joke. I'm done with being fleeced by this awful chain store. Total rip off.

Amazing staff and great coffee as usual. Unfortunately, not open at weekends (as of today's date) and not open at late afternoon/evening. Hope the boards will be replaced with real windows soon.

Although it says it is open until 16:00 I went at 15:00 yesterday and it was closed. Please keep to advertised opening hours. Ta.

Pret A Manager -Southwark. As a major fan of the Pret network was thoroughly disappointed that this restaurant was closed on a weekend, more so as it is bases in the ground floor of a hotel building…. I think you maybe missing a trick here guys!! Have to mark you down you weren’t open when I visited.

This is my second time having a hot drink from pret. Taste amazing. I ordered mocha with coconut milk. It was so good. The second hot drink I had was hot chocolate with coconut milk. Taste soooooooooo good.

Great Pret branch, I've been going here several times. The staff is very friendly and the baristas always serves you with a big smile😁 It is also good to study, internet is fast and they have plugs which is very convenient. Highly recommended if you want to have a bite or coffee ☕

Glory, Eden, and Paula are just so amazing. Every time I go there they are all smiles top quality service. I literally go there a few times a week just for the great experience. Absolutely love this Prets.

08:40am and the place hasn't have yet the chicken caesar and bacon sandwich. I have been three times since they opened the shop today, they gave me three different times to come back and nothing yet. Bad experience.

Came here for coffee because it was a convenient stop to the tube. Customer service is awful. I genuinely don’t understand how we could be served by 3 different staff members on different days and each one be as rude as the previous. Should have taken our business elsewhere. Coffee was great and served its purpose.

Very spacious interior, quiet and everything else is Pret quality that everyone knows. Very friendly staff and if you’re regular they always give some freebies like croissant or muffin, for sandwiches I have noticed that they run out of them quickly and don’t reload like the other Pret at Waterloo or Bankside.

A good Pret in terms of space - very comfortable. Staff friendly. Coffee here is, to me, consistently bad compared with other Prets. Always boiling hot and with a bitter, burnt taste

Came here when we were evacuated from our office next door, mint hot chocolate was yummy

Service was quick and smart this morning plus my chai latte was not half full, the drink was also hot. Oh, and the vegetarian egg and mushroom roll was the best.
