Sushi mediocre a precios extorsivos. Comimos muy poco, tomamos 2 cervezas y con el cargo por el servicio (extraño para un servir su cinta transportadora) la cuenta era de £ 189! Evite y vaya a Leon o The Tap o Sui Sian que es bueno y a un precio razonable.

Este es uno de los pocos restaurantes sentados en la Terminal 3 en LHR. Tuvimos mucho tiempo antes de nuestro vuelo y decidimos comprobarlo. Te sientas en mesas comunales sin respaldo (que no es lo más cómodo) , pero el menú es extenso y saludable. Pedimos fideos teriyaki y fideos yakisoba con camarones, y ambos estaban buenos. Sin embargo, estaban muy suavemente condimentados, y ambos necesitábamos la especia de condimento que estaba en la mesa. Supongo que esperaba sabores más auténticos y atrevidos, pero esto es muy, muy suave (perfecto para comedores exigentes y niños). PROS: * té verde caliente gratis * escanear un código QR para pagar, así que no hay necesidad de esperar a un servidor lento * un montón de opciones de alimentos saludables, vegetarianos y veganos * buen menú de cócteles para un tipple pre-vuelo * palillos, tenedores y salsas en cada mesa CONTRAS: * El servicio es en su mayoría inexistente; un servidor tomará su pedido y entregará su comida, pero no los verá de nuevo después de eso. * la cocina es lenta, así que deja unos 30 minutos para conseguir tu comida (un verdadero problema si tienes prisa por tomar un vuelo) * estilo de picnic incómodo, asientos comunitarios Probablemente volvería a comer aquí la próxima vez que salga de Heathrow, especialmente porque no hay muchas otras opciones para sentarse en la Terminal 3.

My 4th time here and great experience if your flight arrives early and you get here just as they open. If there are long queues it's not worth the wait. The food and tea is consistent, full breakfast is a good way to revive after a long haul flight and is one of the better cooked meals and as expected at an airport, coffee and eggs could be hotter. Service is prompt, friendly with a quick turn around, prices could be better value for money.

They are lucky they’re in an airport with travellers desperate for food. Had a long conversation with the waitress as our daughter needs an EpiPen due to a sesame allergy. Looked at the interactive menu which said the sour dough toast didn’t have sesame. Arrived with sesame. Waiter’s response was to take the omelette off the bread and try to give it back to us. Had a long debate about needing another omelette which hadn’t been touching the sesame seeds… Staff need a lot more training on it.

This place is right next to the hotel I was staying at (Premier Inn): so I went out of convenience and because I was hungry… I wanted something quick. I ordered at the kiosk, paid at the kiosk, but then never got a receipt for pick up and the screen never showed me a number for pick up either… I had to guess which order was mine. I told two staff about the kiosk problem and neither felt inclined to fix anything or have a look at it. Then I got my order; cold, drab burgers… they missed out my fries too, which I had to go back for to get… Another case of staff that just don’t give a hoot about doing a good job.

The service at this place is truly the worst I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that things were going to be less than ideal. There were only two servers for the entire section, which seemed completely overwhelmed with customers. As a result, we had to endure an agonizing wait of about 30 minutes just to place our order for each round of drinks. This level of inefficiency was astonishingly frustrating. Additionally, it wasn't just the long wait times that made the experience unpleasant. The servers seemed to completely overlook our table, as we were constantly surrounded by empty glasses that were never cleared away. It gave the impression of disorganization and neglect, adding to the already disappointing experience. This poor service overshadowed any potential enjoyment we might have had from our visit, leaving us dissatisfied and unlikely to return.
