missed out one of the fillets on the boneless sampler I ordered but apart from that it was good food

Favourites is the best chicken spot in the uk but I would be there every day if not for inflation

No drink sent. Too expensive and they don't even send a drink. I called a shop saying that I'm missing a drink and they said I did not order a drink where in in the meal it clearly says choice of drink. We are regular customers but won't be ordering more

I had the coldest burger yesrerday (20/10/2024). I ordered fillet of fire with cheese. When I got home abd started eating it was like eating a rock. My worst experience so far from this shop.

The order was missing large frise and gravy sauce as states on the menu photo and description. Also I ordered 2 peace of chicken and on the photo was drumstick that what I was wanted, but instead I received 2 other parts of chicken leg. Totally what I wasn't expected.

From what I could see on the map journey, the delivery driver went to a completely different area Cowley. Also when the food came delivered to the door the food bag was open.

The restaurant charges too much for mediocre food, and the staff's rude behavior, especially when asking for sauce, makes the experience even worse.

The staff are so nice you ask them for 3 wings and pay and they give you 5 be a blessing best Chicken shop Ever and there not 15 minutes there like 5-7 minutes and you got your food this place be making me fat but the good type because it’s that good. They should sponsor me I love it there ❤️ Edit: they’ve became so lazy every time I order from home they throw in bbq wings and normal wings even though I only ask for bbq they also do the same when I go to the shop. They don’t smile anymore either I no longer go here.

Food was incorrect called them and they said we would have to come and collect what was missing and no recompense for that given at time of collection (we had to walk) and then when we finally got home with all the correct food it was cold. They were quite frankly rude and unhelpful!

This branch has really improved in terms of quality and generosity with portion sizes, keep it up!

Food arrived on time but sadly and NOT for the first time we were missing a food item my fire chicken burger no lettuce. Called the restaurant straight away but guy on phone was so unhelpful and did not want to deal with the query and told us that the just eat driver must have taken it and wasn't willing to do anything about it. I used to Love Favourite Chicken but last 2 orders have had items missing chips 1st order then my sons chicken on 2nd order. The quality and standards are not what I'm used to from before sort it out please!!

Place has gone down fast. No longer doing deliveries like they use too! Closes way before it should do. Website states hours open but they not ,even can't place an order online after 10pm. Food has changed and so has the process of ordering disappointed you can't even call them they never answer the phones and don't respond to any constructive criticism.

First time...the Chips was amazing... freshly cooked you could tell the fat was new... really good... chicken tasty too...

Food was completely cold on arrival. Although I love their food its useless arriving cold. Order 9.50pm delivery 10.59pm. 20 minutes to heat up ribs in oven and chicken fillet burger had to be thrown away. Chips also not nice if reheated. Waste of £13.58

Had a message over an hour ago saying food on its way, still not arrived yet so phoned restaurant, the guy said maybe car has broken down or something & he'd phone driver & call me back....still waiting for the call back. It says on the just-eat page that food was delivered, possibly the restaurant did this to cover their backs as we certainly haven't received it?? Can't rate the food quality for this order at this time but had to give it 1 star.

Start Opening your eyes and reading the orders properly, I asked for gravy and beans you gave me coleslaw in both pots and only put one drink in the order. Stop rushing to get your money and actually do what your job is

The chips were fantastic, the wings were good, the spicy chicken burger was also very nice but the boneless chicken bits really weren't for me- they were breaded and a bit tasteless (I personally prefer batter). The service was good and the delivery chap friendly 😊

Useless waited 1 hour i phoned 3 times and they never answered the phone. 4th call they answered and said they left at reception. All food was cold . Before you order they give in an estimated time of 30/45m for delivery. As soon as you order that time changes for one hour more on top of the estimated time. Just not acceptable! I’ve waited 1h45m for my order, then the driver could not find my address and made me stand outside in the cold when I told him clearly that he only needed to put the address on google maps. The order arrived lukewarm and incomplete. I paid extra for peri peri salt on my chips but what they brought me were just plain chips. The chicken was okay, very bland. The chicken wings were nice. Unfortunately I will not order again because nearly two hours wait for a meal for one is simply not acceptable.

Edit Oct/21: Ate here again a few days ago. The burger buns broken when holding, and the burgers didn't taste fresh. I won't be coming here again. Nice tasting food, however they serve Halal chicken with Pork Ribs. I asked about how they prepare their Ribs and apparently they are cooked separately and there is no cross contamination. Always check when you go here, for those who eat Halal food. Otherwise decent place to fulfill a chicken craving.

The fired chicken was good, but the ribs were disappointing. Fries were ok as well.
