Wagamama in Hillingdon

We came here for breakfast just before we flied out to Hong Kong. The staff at the entrance was friendly, as we were taken to a higher chair table in no time - although we requested to sit on a normal table (due to we are both relatively short) but our requests were quickly turned down. We ordered 2 juices, a portion of chicken gyoza, a veggie pad Thai, & a Japanese ham omelette. The juices were refreshing, pad Thai, gyoza tasted normal (like what you'd expect from Wagamama), but the Japanese Omelette was horrible! Instead of using normal bacon on Omelette, they choose the thick pork instead which the texture tasted strange & were chewy. They also overloaded with excessive spring onions inside out & the cabbage inside the Omelette was completely unnecessary. I don't mind Wagamama creates new dishes via various inspirations from time to time, but please do it properly next time! I also had to wait for about 1/2 hr for the Omelette. By the time it arrived, my wife had already finished her pad Thai and juice. Overall, I was disappointed. The breakfast for 2 came to £48.40 (before tips)

Meesha is the one who serve us she was so nice and good. She really very accomodating to the customers.

The food is far from fresh. Service is mediocre and the atmosphere is just sad.

Very good (especially for airport options) the Big English Breakfast was quite filling and had lots of protein before a long flight.

Enjoy your food being breathed on by half the restaurant. The ordering here is chaos. They got my order wrong, then put the plate down at the wrong place, took it back to the kitchen, gave it to me, when I said it was wrong it went back then to another customer. Just be cold by the time it got to them. Chaotic and felt like zero management around. Food was below normal Wagamama standard when the right one eventually arrived.

The worst service I've had at a Wagamamas. Honestly pure chaos. Was offered food that wasn't mine 4x, the people next to me on my right were offered food that wasn't theirs 5x. They also had to wait 10 min to get someone to take their food order. The people on my left similarly had to wait ages for their drinks to arrive. People getting upset everywhere. Food was great as usual though

The stools at the black tables in front are too tall and incredibly uncomfortable. Don't sit there unless you are in a hurry to get in and out anyway. Pictured are Duck gyoza (was OK) & chicken katsu curry (tasty)

There's a lady with blonde hair, a fluffy coat and a tattoo on your left arm. Pick up your feet when you are walking. What are you, a child? How disrespectful to people trying to enjoy an overpriced meal. Manju, you are a sweetheart and thankyou for your beautiful service.

Food here is absolutely delicious, as are the choice of nonalcoholic drinks.

Ordered a katsu chicken salad. The salad was nice but the katsu sauce was too salty, that's all it tasted of. So pleased it was in a side bowl. The chicken was awful, it had a grisly texture although it was chicken breast. If it was a in a blind taste test I'd have honestly thought it was grisle. My husbands raman broth was flavourless. Maybe we chose poorly. To top it off we paid by card at till, only for a waitress to question that the payment went through. We had to prove it had via our bank account. Terrible.

We were served by Alex, such a gem of a person. Rapid service, hot food, 5⭐️ overall.

Our waitress Ameesha (Meesha for short) from Nepal was a delight … professional, smiling and taking her time to make sure we were looked after despite being busy with customers A chicken katsu salad and Pad Thai with chicken and shrimp were great choices and the kitchen was faster than anticipated in preoaring them … and do you know that the delicious Banana fritters with ice cream and caramel sauce have less calories than the coconut ice cream dessert …. Win win really!! A great way to have lunch before a long flight

Food was fantastic. Service was okay. Seating was at community tables so no real privacy, buts it at the airport so seating is a little different.

Went in early and I thought they only had breakfast, I was happy that I could also order off of the normal menu as well. I ordered a chicken katsu curry and it was ok. I wish it had a bit more sauce and that the chicken was super thin. The service was super nice and my only complaint was that even though we saw them wipe the table down, it was super sticky.

We had a nice breakfast once here before, so I was excited to come back. What a mistake. I was made to wait because I arrived too early, then they wouldn't take my order for another 10. I was first in line, but they took my order the last. At this point I was 30 minutes later than when I arrived, so unfortunately I had to leave hungry.

A choice of very appetizing and rather exotic dishes. Staff who are able to advise us despite the fact that in this area of ​​the airport, everyone is busy with time.

Binita at Wagamam was the best, outstanding service very accommodating

I was in wagamama with a two friends for a lunch before our flight to USA. The service was funtastic from the door till the end of our meal. I had new meal (wagamama X Spoons Fried Geprek Chicken) recomended by Donata. Nice environment and fresh place. Highly recomended.

My 13 year old makes much better Ramen. The place is very very expensive. Around $65 USD for two lunches and drinks.

Found Wagamama by accident just wandering London Heathrow. Very pleasant surroundings and unusual cuisine for Americans. Had pancakes with uzu and matcha ice cream. He had the acai bowl with two scoops acai sherbet, bananas, strawberries, and granola. Great coffee!

Friendly and clean restaurant. We were seated quickly and orders taken fast. Advised our meals would take 15 minutes. My husband ramen came out within 10 minutes however my dish took over half an hour - no issue as we had time to kill. Strong cocktails which were nice.

Mediocre food, uninteresting. The advantage of this restaurant: electrical outlets at each table, to charge your devices.

This yaki ramen has a generous portion, and the yaki ramen is delicious after being fried. The noodles were a bit overcooked, but it was okay!

Hungry before your flight? Wagamama at Heathrow Terminal 3 is a great option! While the terminal doesn’t offer a huge variety of restaurants, Wagamama’s service was fast and friendly. Despite the place being packed, the food was tasty and satisfying.

I am a difficult eater. I get sick from gluten, and Nightshade plants. The greeter gave me a GF menu at the entrance. A manager, Donata, took my order. She checked 3 times with the chef, who decided to just make me a specially cooked dish of salmon, rice noodles, and mixed veggies. SO much care taken, and no one ever made me feel like a burden. Incredibly kind. Plus, it was perfectly cooked and tasty.

We got pulled pork & vegan gyoza, bang bang cauliflower & shiitake otsumami. The bang bang cauliflower and shiitake otsumami were both delicious with balanced sauces, but they kind of seemed like the same one? Both the gyoza were flavorless and had really weird dough that either fell apart like a pie crust or wasn't crispy at all. Service was friendly, accommodating & they all seemed to pitch in to help keep guests happy. In short, go here and get anything fried, but stay away from dumplings & noodles.

Food is very mediocre even for airport food. The ginger chicken udon had literally no chicken in it. The beef ramen has no soup flavor and the meet is just stringy and weird. The only thing that was close to good was the chicken katsu curry. Suggest eating somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish today. From the moment I walked in, I was informed that there would be a 15-minute wait for my food, which I appreciated, especially since my flight was at 20:00. My waiter, DeJan (I hope I got his name right), was excellent. He thoughtfully asked if I had any allergies before I ordered, which I really appreciated. The food arrived quickly, and DeJan checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I honestly can't say anything negative about the service—it was simply great. Amazing job from everyone involved.

Food is ready in about 40 minutes and then you hardly have any time left to eat

Good vibe, yummy food, and great service! The panko-fried chicken salad was very savory, the fried duck dumplings was a nice creation, and the hot miso soup was just so hearty. I could eat here every day!

Taste was incredible but portion incredibly small for its cost- even for a Wagamamas. I’ve never had the breakfast menu before and I was looking forward but left slightly disappointed. Staff working here incredibly helpful. When I entered it was told 15 minute wait for food but it ended up being a lot less time than that.

We Waited about 35 minutes for food while people who arrived after us were getting their meals, even though they were a larger party with larger meals. This made no sense it made us wonder weather it was because me and my mother are black. Of course we didn’t want to think this at first however when our meal finally did arrive it was cold. While eating my meal I wanted a drink of water so I politely asked the waiter if they could get me one after 15 minutes it still hadn’t arrived so I asked a different waiter again bear in mind the restaurant was quite empty at this time so I’m not sure why I couldn’t just get water without hassle but what really got to me was when the lady next to my (who was white) had asked for a glass of water and got it within a few minutes. We ended up paying and walking out and will never visit again when at this airport.

Wagamama terminal 3 is very busy and feels cramped. But the staff are welcoming, accommodating and very pleasant. Food is mine any other waga, so it's all good. Thank you Neha for your lovely attitude and great service

This gentleman was very friendly and extremely helpful in putting in our order (as we had some questions regarding specific foods and such for our 5year old). While I forget his name, he was bald with an accent. The friendliest person there. You can’t miss him! And the food was good too! My kiddo ate all of his food (this can be rare for a 5 year old) my dish was filling and tasty too! I had a great vegan noddle option. Lastly, the food came out fast.

Great Celiac Safe - Gluten Free option at Heathrow T3! After we were initially seated, I asked the hostess for gluten-free menus. When our waiter came over, he saw the gluten-free menus and immediately asked if we had a gluten allergy/celiac. He informed us that his manager would need to take our order. The manager quickly came over and answered all our questions about how the kitchen prepares it’s gluten free items and any cross contamination potential (very little for our breakfast). We both ordered a Tea Egg and Mackerel on gluten-free toast. We enjoyed our food and were thrilled with how knowledgeable and thoughtful the staff were.

The service at this restaurant has been improved a lot since my previous visit 2 years ago. I am impressed by Meesha. She was polite, friendly and patient.

We were positively surprised by this place. Very friendly personnel, they were very clear on the waiting times for lunch, so anyone could decide if it was manageable to get their flight/connection. The food was really good and I was amazed with how clean the place is. I can imagine this is nog easy for the staff with such a high rotation of customers. The service is amazing and better than many fancy restaurants (and I travel to many Michelin restaurants). I was in a rush for my connecting flight and Nicky went above and beyond to get the order done in less than 5 minutes, including gluten free, talking with the chefs and having them fire it up despite a standard 15-20 minute wait time as it was busy. That’s the kind of service that is memorable and really made my day! Big thanks to Nicky and the whole team.

Relative to airport standards, wagamama is quite good. The bao buns I had were a great vegetarian option, complete with delicious mushrooms, eggplants, and peppers. The buns were not entirely authentic (of course), but they were still tasty. Also, at £10, they were affordable and filling. If you are ever in T3, I definitely recommend wagamama.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Alex at Terminal 3, and I must say the customer service was outstanding. From the moment I approached the counter, Alex greeted me with a warm smile and a professional attitude. They were incredibly attentive, quickly understanding my needs and going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you so much and really well done Alex

Relatively quick and friendly service despite being very busy. Do not expect authentic Asian dishes, this is more a place to get fusion style food for Western palates before a flight. Every section has a vegetarian or vegan option available and clearly labelled, additionally they do ask about allergies. Terminal 3 doesn’t really have a wide variety of restaurant cuisines available so I appreciate an alternative to pizzas and burgers. Their online store payment system didn’t work - had to wait awhile to pay and leave.

Never thought would have had full English at Wagamams and what a hidden gem it was. Best breakfast by far and the staff were all amazing, especially Rosi what a star.

If you are looking forward to Japanese food, this is not a place for you. The curry I ordered is Indian curry. Not Japanese style.😭 and chairs, tables are sticky. Not clean

Was advised of the wait at the door but food came much quicker. Food was delicious, and really recommend swapping to brown rice if you fancy something sliiiightly different but don’t want to stray from your tried-and-testeds!

What a horrible food experience. It’s an Asian restaurant with no Asians in the entire kitchen. It’s too bad.

Stopped in for breakfast as it was the least busy place in Terminal 3 , slow service to be seated , breakfast was bang average and only luke warm ,only gave one rather of bacon had to chase up where the second one was received it eventually ,I noticed most breakfast were arriving with only 1 rashers clearly pre planned cost saving, coffee came in a cup so small I needed binoculars to find it. On a whole what you have to expect at Heathrow average at best .

I came on the 6th of June for lunch with my family, had an amazing experience before my trip to Dubai. Service was efficient, ladies were very nice, unfortunately did not get their names but they were great.

At the entrance, the lady informed us how much time it would take to serve food for us, that was helpful. I ordered ramen and it was very tasty! The wooden table felt like sticky, but the waitress explained that it stays the same even if they wash the tables. So, she brought us another paper to cover the table.

Just stopped in for an ale and some starters. Duck gyozas and duck baos. Very busy but ales were delivered quickly Unable to pay via app and a insect was spotted in the beer to their credit they waved the cost of one ale . Would go and eat there again and try some other dishes

This is a disgrace to all Asian food. Nothing on the menu tastes like what you would expect, in the worst way possible. The least authentic food you can ever find. The tastes are simply all just weird. Avoid at all costs

If I wouldn’t have paid over 20 pounds for this dish which would cost probably 5 pounds in most countries I would be less critical. Mr London, you are getting outrageous expensive for ordinary food. Many great places and some worth the money but overall not funny anymore.

Food is alright but service is just not good, I asked if they were onions in my dish and got assured that they were not by the waitress and it came with massive chunks. The excuse was that “ it doesn’t say on the menu “. Are the staff not meant to know what’s inside the dishes ? Drinks got slammed into the table and when I tried to explain that I paid online the waitress was super confused. They have the audacity to ask you if you wanna add a tip when you leave.

Chicken curry was excellent, tasted really well, was the flavour I was looking for. 15 min wait at most which was great for a packed airport.

Avoid if you like Asian food. The rice was undercooked. Everything else was over cooked. The gyoza was doughy????? Truly a confused mess.

Good choice of Asian food before boarding. The hot pots with beef taste is good with Korean style. I am looking forward larger in portion.

This is a good place to eat but expensive and the sercice is very polite but curt. Given it is an airport it missses the opportuntit to give its patrons qipes.peioe to eating. If you have taken public transpo5 to get to the airport then you dont want to go out of the restaurant tomwaah hands prior to eating (with your hands) so or os necessary to provide some hygiene. The.food is great quality!

Ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was fry with very little sauce. Secondly I ordered first and got my meal last. I asked for the bill and 12 mins later am still sitting here waiting for it while the people next to me have ordered, ate and paid. Add 5 mins to the time above and I am still saying for a bill. Just want to give some one my money so that I can leave this place to another location. Add another 5 mins and still sitting here, 2 group arrived and left and am still here.

i was served an egg with mould on it, green and blue mould. the manager had the nerve to say it was the tea stain, as if i thought tea was green and fuzzy. do not go here if you care about your health.

A really good place to get breakfast when waiting for a flight at Heathrow T3. There is a good range of breakfast food to choose from at a reasonable price and you can order and pay through the app to avoid delays.
