Staff are great , especially Bertie and OBA, a place a recommended for a quick tea, great location near to the hotel I stay at.

Honestly, this was the best McDonald’s experience we have ever had. There with our baby, we were treated brilliantly and the service was very friendly, professional, and kind.

Food was standard but we got no sauce even though we order food that had it included. Disappointed to take it away and then find it out.

I have got a parking fine of £50 for staying in the restaurant for 1 hour and 55 minutes, consuming one ice cream and one coffee, waiting for my wife shopping at McArthur glen

Clean, lots of seating, and it’s everything you’d hope for from the chain. The service after ordering from the machines wasn’t the fastest but not unbearably so. It wasn’t very busy on my visit and given the location can’t imagine it ever getting packed inside, so it’ll be somewhere I’m happy to return to in the future. No complaints from me!

Honestly heartbroken and now going to sleep hungry after a long 18hr shift, got home to eat my burger and surprise no burger in the box no help on the phone at the branch everyone just avoids you and won’t listen to what you have to say, honestly will never go to Mac Donald’s again that’s it for me, 26 years of loyalty pissed away!

Great Service Great Staff “Bertie and the team are always professional friendly and approachable”. Restaurant is always clean and tidy. Great for a hot tea after a night shift.

We live near this McDonald’s near terminal 5 and since they have opened by drive thru only the staff Have been very accommodating letting me pick up my order even tho I can’t drive due to epilepsy. Love this McDonald’s the staff are amazing!!!

I visited this Mc D with my spouse and we really liked everything from ambience to staff to the meal. I have also realised after making the payment the receipt asks you fill the survey and then you can get a fillet o fish and medium fries only for gbp1.99.

Usual Mac Donald’s does the job. Staff are friendly and the place is always clean and busy. Milkshake machine wasn’t working so only 3 stars.

Stopped at the thistle hotel further down bath road and just wanted something to eat its located next to a shell garage, had no problems at all ordering my food and drink was slightly busy with other customers but from ordering it to getting served took 4 mins so all food was hot no complaints at all

Gave us the wrong breakfast order with items missing, manager rude on the phone and refused to give a refund unless we drove back to the restaurant with my kids half eaten pancakes!!!! Absolute joke! Then wouldn't answer my next 30 calls!!!

Stopped here to eat, as a last resort. Food mainly cold, salad limp, returned, exchanged for a drink.

We came here for a quick bite to eat while collecting someone from Heathrow, we had no idea that there were any parking restrictions we live 20-30 miles away so not familiar with the area. We saw no parking signs and were not asked for a car number plate at the time of ordering food. Two weeks later we got a £100 parking fine which had photos of our car number plate showing entry and exit time saying we had exceeded the 15 minutes parking. I phoned McDonalds “NO CUSTOMER SERVICE “and was told it was outside parking operates, but also told if you ate there it was 60 minutes but they couldn’t help, they said to appeal it. we paid by card so I had a bank statement to prove we HAD eaten at McDonalds ,if we had paid cash we would of had no proof and a problem proving we ate there, luckily we were there 56 minutes but otherwise we would of had a Hefty fine. I won the appeal but this left a nasty taste in our mouth and unnecessary stress we could do without, we will never go back there again.

Came in here with the kids and did an order on the touchscreen, there is no outdoor play area here though looks like there is space, and indoors its the ipad things and colouring sheets. restaurant quiet but cars going through the drive thru and big bags of food going to uber eats drivers with minimal waiting. The few others in the restaurant all got their food and Some 10 minutes after ordering I asked to be told it was coming- two happy meal boxes on a tray and a big mac box that ends up being my tray eventually comes over after another polite chase- thats 15 minutes after ordering. Minimal apology and the food was cold, to be fair at our insistence they redid it but manager nor supervisor would come near us when we went to the counter and what came out the second time was lukewarm.Due to my job I eat without the family in various mcdonalds a couple of times a week so waiting a bit is the norm now but this one was the worse. Never been the greatest but seems like if you stay in the car you are better served!

Order two happy meals and two burger meals from the computer, waited 15 minutes even though other tables received there order.My husband chased the order and was told it was coming, we waited a bit longer and my husband complained to the Manager.Eventually the meal arrived and surprise surprise it was cold !! The lady took the meals away and had to do them again. My children at this stage were upset as they were hungry. When the so called fresh order arrived, it was warm but I couldn’t be bothered to send it back again.Wouldn’t mind the wait if they were making the burgers from scratch!!

This was a nice surprise! Sometimes we didn't need a full hotel meal, so it was ideal to have McDonalds so close. Very friendly staff, very clean, well run. Went many times!

I ordered on the McDonald’s app , I placed two orders at different times about ten minutes apart, when I arrived the orders should have been ready as it was about 20 minutes later maybe a little more , I asked the first server about the orders she went away came back , your Oder is being prepared ? ( a salad and wrap can’t take that long and was a not the truth ) then the most rudest man came over ( what you waiting for ) told him the same Oder number he looks through a pile of orders and finds my salad , still no wrap which was the first Oder , I ask for manager, enters Dominic, I’m explaining to the manager and the rude guy comes over and argued with me in front of the manager? , I wanted a refund and was told by the hopeless manager you have to apply online , so I went away with no food and will be deleting McDonald’s app and not be returning to that store , not recommend to go there unless you like poor and rude service

Served us somebody else’s order, then the hash brown was virtually cold! After replacing, the breakfast was good, nice coffee too! And clean and tidy

We got some food from here after picking family up from the airport as we were hungry and being early in the morning. The place was quite busy but we found a big enough table for us. We ordered a food and didn't have to wait overly long for the food. I had the double bacon muffin which was really nice and it came with a hash brown and a drink. The hash brown was good not greasy. The coffee was ok. The place seemed clean

Typical McDonald's, handy location on bath road after a local event decided to pop in for some food. Usual food options and prices and friendly staff, quick service and clean.

Right next door to Premier Inn T5. Open 24 hours so if you fly outside of bar/restaurant hours of hotel then you still have an option to get something hot to eat.

What a joke. I had just finished work I wanted a drink just before I went home so I pulled up through the drive thru and asked for a milkshake through the microphone and I got a reply sorry all machines are not working no milkshakes no coffee no ice cream no fizzy drinks. I ended up leaving with nothing very disappointed not coming here again

As expected. service was mediocre at best. The food was warm and typical for McD's. nothing special other than we walked from our hotel.

Normal; same old McDonalds that you would expect. Same burger taste. Good prices though (for London).

Excellent customer service and was making small talk with the customers with a smile. She was incredibly helpful. I only give it four stars because the chips I had were slightly on the cold side and I had to ask for milk for my tea.

So, McDonald’s is McDonald’s, right? Wrong. This was awful. Terrible staff, cold food, bits missing from the order and the staff didn’t understand that something was wrong.

The McDonalds seemed to work well and was able to service everyone. Even had charging stations for smart cells of any kind it seemed.

I don't go to McDonald's a lot but I stayed at the Thistle hotel nearby and this was a cheaper no-hassle alternative.

Avoid the McD like the plague. They are slow and you will get. Met parking PCN £100 charge for exceeding 1 hour. It's a jobs worth franchise. Poor service and very limited parking provision even for boni fide customers.

Cold chips,meal was replaced with no problem. Good staff,very polite and efficient. Very clean resteraunt.

I honestly can not believe that they won't give customers mayonnaise with their fries. They do have some for the chicken. Surely there are a lot of people that prefer mayonnaise with their fries instead of ketchup. Why they can't actually just give a dollop of mayonnaise. Seems like it is instructions from the head office which is such stupid customer service. Won't ever eat at a McDonald's again.

Ordered a bigmac meal without cheese. When the meal arrived half the cheese was still on the burger, the other half had been scraped off. So much for allergen control. Burger was replaced, but no other compensation or apology offered. Really should have been a disciplinary issue for the member of staff concerned.

Staff were a little slow and didn't seem to care a great deal. Location good near the bus stops to the airport and handy for Premier Inn.

I go here often (once a week) as I work close by. The only bad things I would say:1 - food is not always fresh/hot (you'll get cold burger and chips at times so o always send it back)2 - the restaurant isn't always clean.

Been away for 11 days landed at airport and wanted feeding on way home. Got usual meals and drinks food as normal nice to eat something hot. After Buffett food. Go to this branch approx 4-6 times a year nice and clean cool inside staff...

Very efficient ordering system- you can even order at the terminals and have your food delivered to one of the seating 'zones! Clean and well maintained. Service prompt.

I drop in here for breakfast as it is the closest one to where I live. It isnt the best palce in the world for breakfast but it is open when you need it to be. Food is always fresh and to be fair the coffee is always good.As to the cleanliness of the place it is what you would expect from a MacDonalds. I have never seen fleas or flies as an earlier reviewer said he saw. Additionally the staff are always pretty friendly.All in its not my first choice but other than all of the "professional drivers" who take up parking spaces I have never had reason to complain.

This facility has been out of order for roughly around 25-35 days. Have stated to management several times, as I am handicap, and it is disgusting to see poor, elderly handicap people not being able to use the toilets, AND people cannot change there baby's very, very, very, smelly nappys. As the changing board is in there too. Mcdonalds states it's the councils plumbing problem not there's, however Hillongdon states it is Mcdonalds issue, and I for believe them. They are cheap, arrogant, rude, insolent,staff talk back to and threaten customer's. Tragic, this place is making money hand over fist, and they care not for anything. Place is dirty, all condiment areas filthy, flies or fleas don't know which around condiments, and food.. Steer clear of this place..

イギリス到着の夜と、最終の夜に利用しました。ホテルがヒースローロッジで周りにお店がなかったので10分ほど歩いて行きました。他の国のマクドナルドに行きましたが、一番の異なったところは無人オーダーができる点です。タッチパネル式の端末があり（しかも言語も選べる・・日本語はありませんが）、そこでオーダー、決済（カードのみ）が可能です。当然、対面式のカウンターもありますが、一つだけです。あと、無料Wifi（向こうでショートメッセージが取れる携帯が必要ですが）が利用できます。料理自体は「マクドナルド」ですが、BBQソースがセルフでいただけるようになっており、ポテトをディップした食べるには最適です。余談ですが、隣にシェルのスタンドがありそこがコンビニのようになっており、Simやジュース、お菓子が24時間購入することができます。

I've been going to this branch of McDonald's for the last couple of years due to working very close by. They recently had a full refurb and you can now order your meals at terminals and pay and then wait in line with your receipt for your order to be ready. I guess this works much better as previously they would OFTEN get your takeaway order wrong (getting back to the office with 3 or 4 colleagues lunch only to find 1 or 2 items are incorrect). The branch is as clean as you would expect it to be. The condiments are placed in a rather stupid place (it was much better before) as people are hanging around the area to collect their food whereas previously the condiments and napkins, etc, were away from the crowd. It's just a poorly designed layout... Now to the exit automatic doors, they are worse than ridiculous. You have two sets of automatic doors, you go out of one then have to go right to exit the other one! I have on several occasions seen people walk out the first door and crash into the non-moving part of the glass in front as they didn't know you have to go to the right to exit the other door. I've had to shout "watch out" several times now when I go to prevent others hitting their face in the glass. I'm surprised they haven't had hundreds of written complaints by now. I haven't used the drive thru recently (I basically refuse to use it anymore) but have had issues in the past with the pretty poor and slow service, the drive thru staff are really annoying with their upselling and you have to state what you want clearly 3 times before they actually believe that you don't want to make your meal a "large" one. It's beyond irritating! I would have preferred to give 2 out of 5 stars but thought that would be just a bit too mean...

Four of us had breakfast at this McDonalds. The coffee was delicious. The coffee was freshly brewed and their regular brand. It tasted, however, like a speciality. Our grandsons enjoyed their pancakes. They stated that the food at this McDonalds was so much better than in the States. The staff was very out reaching to us as they knew we were visitors

Shared entry with a petrol station. Adequate parking. Prices higher but breakfast food quality seemed better than US McDonald's. Breakfast for four was about 18 pounds

We had missed the 10:30 AM breakfast cutoff and decided on a fresh salad before leaving for the airport. It was indeed quite good.Conveniently located, only a short walk from Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 Hotel.

You more or less know what to expect from McDonalds, but whenever you get anywhere near Heathrow it seems that you'll always get what I call the "Heathrow Service" i.e. no please, thank you, have a nice day or indeed any sign of good manners at all.

Best place to visit at night as it is open 24/7, One has nothing to do and just wants to use free WiFi - This is the right place. A Combo meal with Coffee and you can sit here for Hours. Just opposite Hotel Sheraton Heathrow.

It was a nice location, just few steps out of walkng for leisure from Heathrow Sheraton. The food was good the service of original recipe was good and the staff was too quick. The prompt response as magic fast. I enjoyed drinks and food. A wonderful location and excellent service. The view while sitting inside is adorable, while slowly drizzling outside and the cozy corners give a wide view while you sip slowly at your taste. The buses whizzing past the road. The traffic at its best and on the west a few airliners making their approach to Heathrow. The weather was slightly shifting to winters in October, a slight chill was there, when ever I was there after my evening stroll. The West Draytons do have a taste. I carried my Nikon and photographed few birds. The White and Black bird may be a Magpie were common and hopping. The scene is very natural, quite different from Central London, where every aspect is entirely different. It is a quiet and a lovely place for some one who want to relax from the hassle of London.

When you arrive late at night to your hotel, this McDonald's comes in handy as its open till the early hours of the morning. Very convenient when you have no other options for a quick eat.

This is convenient to Heathrow Hotel with about a 5 minute walk. The service is good, there is good choice on the menu other than just the Big Macs, plenty of space to set and enjoy a quick bite.

I live & work really close so I pop in from time to time. Well tonight I've never felt so unwelcome when going through the drive through!! Normally the service is great & friendly.To be honest the Indian gentle men who took my order was so much fun, trying to take an order with those planes going off is a bit hard. He still managed to get the order correct & make me laugh. Well done. (Sorry I didn't catch his name) When I drove to collect my order I wasn't acknowledged at all, my order was being thrown on to a side. (By an Indian lady) who I was watching her she was throwing her self about like a spoilt child not being allowed a bag a sweets saying "EUGH! GOD SAKE" clearly she didn't want to be there at all. No name badge on her by the way!Then I was handed part of my order then thrown and I mean thrown my sauces I had to retrieve it off the floor of my car!!! Then a very nice a smiley lady with curly hair came and handed me my order & wished me have a nice day. Over all a really good start Middle was awful End was good.Disappointed with this lady who clearly isn't fit for a customer service role. Please re train

McDonalds is McDonalds wherever you go, It is a reasonably cheap place to eat some branches are better than others, however the staff at this branch are friendly and polite which I haven't always encountered. I would visit again.

We walked across the street from our hotel to eat both dinner & breakfast here. The service was fast, the food was tasty & inexpensive. Be careful if you are walking as traffic is very heavy in the street this is on.

Четверку ставлю, потому, что не могли,подключиться к вай фай, хотя зарегистрировались и был английский номер, сотрудники так и не смогли объяснить почему так, в последний день нам все же удалось это сделать.

This McDonalds has been in decline for years, in peaks hours they only had one person serving and you will often see a que out of the door.On this trip there was a long que, with one person serving and the staff shouting at each other in foreign languages . It almost sounded like they were having an argument. After eating , the food of which was tour normal McDonalds standard no problem there I went to the toilet. I was greeted by a shabby run down room, that was tiny and was cosy with two people in it. The toilet bowl was loose and wobbling as I perched on it and the flush was not exactly powerful. One urinal was covered I out of order tape, and the disabled toilet was also covered in out of order tape.

Typical Mcdonaldsall food was good (the usual you expect from them)But because of its location, it seemed like heaven to us.Apart from this, there wasn't too much there

The restaurant was in close proximity to Sheraton Heathrow which was a great advantage for us. The staff was friendly and the service fast and efficient.'

A need for a bacon roll was easily attended to by this golden arches.. Cooked to order and excellent customer by Jade.. It just goes to show Mc D's are not all the same

When you think of airports and fast food joints then value, cleanliness and calm are not normally on the top of the list but only about 1 mile from Heathrow is this fantastic outlet. Staff are charming with a staff member constantly in the customer area to ensure cleanliness, counter staff are charming and the toilets spotless.It was evident that the people that need to know (taxi & limo drivers with pick ups at the airport) know about this with a number seen in the car park. Standard fare at standard prices, just nicely done.
