Pret a Manger in Hillingdon

I was up to pay and my "caucasian" server examined my £20 bank note as if it was fake, (making me feel as if I'm a scammer, I'm a black male) then proceeded to get his manager to check it and then was refused service. 10 mins later my wife walks in and uses the same bill with no questions asked. Racist?!... YES When I attempt to speak to the manager about it he was dismissive and disregarded everything I was saying. I suppose this is how they treat passengers at this location, I'm proceeding with a complaint to head office as I'm writing this review. I hope it's dealt with accordingly.

Mediocre food and poor quality coffee at very high prices . Rude server , rolled eyes when asking to heat up food. Don’t recommend

I adore this enormous Pret at Terminal 2. Excellent location for grabbing a bite to eat for your flight and a cup of coffee before you leave. The staff is always friendly, and the service is consistently good.

Typical airport Pret The only food thing is they have replaced the plastic plates to the environment sustainable steel plates.

I had a fruit bowl and right after I started feeling nauseous , also got stomach infection.

Handy for a drink and food before a flight. The bacon rolls were particularly well received before our early one. Coffee as usual in Pret was pretty good. There are quite a few seats here, but if really busy, there are plenty of places to sit around the terminal.

The coffee has descended to undrinkable. It’s horribly bitter — not what you’d expect from a latte. I’ve been to this Pret many times and while the coffee is never great, it’s never been so bad.

I love coffee here. And also they have fresh sandwiches and salad too. It's cozy place.

Place for some food, coffee, and drinks. Big plus for possibility to charge a phone. They have canned beer as well. Prices typical for an airport.

I was just casually chatting with the server and told her I was going home for a while and she got me a free almond chocolate cookie. That’s on top my Pret subscription discount. It’s a small gesture but it really made my day.

Dreadful experience serviced. Arrogant, unapologetic and rude employees. It’s a ripoff 😡 The prices are too expensive for the type of food served here. I will not coming back…

(5/5) Menu: Freshly made sandwiches, salads, soups, yoghurt, fresh fruits, wraps, and baked goods are shelved on the open-air display counters, along with hot and cold beverages (freshly prepared). Request for any dietary conditions, as they can cater to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Also, customisations are welcomed, unless you have picked something from the shelf (packed and placed). (5/5) Recomendation: Chicken Baguette (provided in the picture), Caramel Blondie Shake, Yogurt. (4/5) Food Quality: Freshly prepared every morning with an emphasis on using high-quality, natural ingredients, PAM has taste and freshness. The food is nothing but ingredients displayed at the back or, if not, the inside of the bread. (5/5) Value for Meal: As an Indian, it cost me a pretty huge dent in my wallet (1 Pound = 105 INR). If you personally ask about whether it was worth visiting, I'd say I could have avoided it, but it was on my list for a long time and YOLO. (2/5) Service: I was unaware of so many items on the menu. As I was on a budget, although I exceeded it at the EOD, I sought help from the staff (Evona) at PAM, who, even after a queued line, was friendly to me (as I didn't stop asking) and efficient and helped me pick the cold beverage - Caramel Blondie. However, it was peak time, Evona was calm and patient with her customer needs. (5/5) Overall Experience (4.3/5): Stop and Go for a quick meal—simple and Great taste. If you're on a budget, make a choice. But if not, then you should visit it once—more like give it a try. And if not, develop a taste for French bread, instead.

Dreadful experience serviced by Joanna. Arrogant, unapologetic and rude. Later, the door to the kitchen was left open and the entire clientele could hear the loud voices of two female employees arguing and a loud music. Funny thing, the water bottle is labelled: "Best when chilled. (Aren't we all?)".

A lot of people give negative reviews about service/employees, we haven't experienced much of this. The food tasted surprisingly good. The storage of the food on the shelves looked very neat and professional. Cheaper than the airport food in Norway anyway. -Free water!!!

Everything is delicious. No wonder so many people like to buy from this restaurant.

That blonde lady cashier was rude, I’ve asked to change a cutlery because It has dirt (looks like used) on it. She sighed, frowned, and lie the new one on my food aggressively. I never seen waitress act like this in other pret store 👎🏻 (29 Jan 24) One thing she said: 12£ The food was ok a bit overpriced without pret app.

Terrible service. Do your managers teach you how to smile?

I work here and for a month of my subscription I experienced a terrible delays. On every occasion I’ve waited for my coffee whilst people who have ordered after me came and gone. Just poor customer service. No explanations given, no apologies for the delay. On top of that they can not make flat white!! I am always served cappuccino because of their inability to froth a milk. I guess Pret gives jobs to any joker.

Gave the shop a 20 pound bill for an order of 8.10 and got back only 1.90.

The food was good but disappointed at the service by ‘Sunita K’ at the till when paying for my food here. She seemed rude, uninterested and took a long time to get my bill ready whilst chatting to her friend. Other reviews on here showing a similar pattern. I hope the management will do something to address this issue.

What happened to the price?? November 23: One club sandwich: £7. One tiffin bar packaged snack: £3 ?? Are these airport prices specifically? I don’t recall it being that crazy for a sandwich nor bar. I was expecting to be charged £6-7 not £10. That’s a 40% increase yowza

It's perfectly fine if you're hungry and short on time. What was bought tasted good.

On the way to catch a flight, I bought the Posh Cheddar and Pickle Baguette. It sounded interesting so I thought I’d give it a try. I wish I had bought two it was that good. Hope I travel through Heathrow again. I will definitely stop by this place. Service is super fast.
