Hayes End chicken in Hillingdon

This shop expensive better than another shop and i buy wings its too much oily and small or his gives tha large fries better than less another shop his price 3 pound large fries but not a large fries i think is a regular fries its very expensive not much worth rubbish

The food is delicious the wings are fresh better than KFC but the service is bit slow they need more stuff. The owner should put more stuff quick the service.

The food was microwaved which i orderd a wrap and the wings was not fresh at all tasted so hard couldn't eat it , i wouldn't really recommend this shop at all

Despite knowing a customer is using stolen card they refused to help

the food was cold and I ordered spicy fillet burger and u got normal fillet. food was not tasty and my kids didn't eat it at all. fries were cold and too salty.

There was a staple in the chicken burger. When I told the restaurant they blamed it on the driver. How can a driver place a staple underneath the breading? They didn’t offer me a refund or a refire on my food, only apologised, and just kept on putting the phone down when I called. I’ve reported the company to the FSA. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY.

This was my first time from ordering here and the food quality and timing was amazing. The food was very warm and tasty , I definitely be ordering from here again.

Order was missing items spoke to staff at restaurant no help at all my kids were left with out there meals won't be ordering from them again

the food was absalootly amazing made my mouth water but the delivery time was absalootly horrendous i was waiting 5 hours for my chicken a salami out horrible delivery fix up just eats

Arrived with portion of fries missing , came back again but other food was cold by time came back with fries, wasnt overly impressed

Got a whole peri peri chicken and when I got home parts of the inside was still raw which put me off - also staff trying to tell me certain items I ordered via an app aren’t included err it’s what I ordered so that’s what I expect in my order he backed down in the end. Service varies depending on who’s serving I’ve found. It’s gone down hill since they opened need to fix up.

The extra hot peri peri wings and the spicy rice. Better than Nandos that's all I'm saying

I bought a Peri Peri Chicken burger and peri peri chicken wrap at 9pm on Sunday 7 May. The food gave me food poisoning at around 3 in the morning. I will never go here now

This place has THE best fried chicken in the area. I've been many times and the chicken is so fresh, crispy and juicy. It's full of flavour. They use packet frozen chips but they taste just fine as expected. The service is top notch. They are very friendly. I highly recommend this chicken shop. I haven't tried their peri peri but their wings are so crispy and are good size wings, not the piddly KFC ones. The chicken strips have a slight spice to them but the coating is so juicy and crispy and the strips are huge! It's very good value for money when you collect. 10/10
