Rahmon is an excellent business owner and very welcoming! the lamb samosas are some of the best ive had in the uk and the different curries are delicious . The stand out for me was the peshwari naan it was so good i went back again the next day just to have it again its sweet and soft almost like a desert . Highly recommend this place, the onion baajis are excellent and crisp perfect size . i will be back to try your tandoori skewers and other dishes that rahmon recommends and ofcourse to once again eat that delicious peshwari naan

Would not return here. We arrived for a large group booking of 9 instead of being showed to our table the waiter pointed to it and told us to go and sit down (they were not very busy by this point) they took ages to order our drinks and food, then tried to tell us that we needed more food and looked disgruntled when we didn’t accept the offer to double our starter order. They don’t tell you that you get complimentary bread they bring it after you’ve ordered so you don’t really need a starter. Very crafty! Then the main course came out before we’re finished our starters and the remainder of the starters were whisked away unfinished. Two out of the nine dinners were cold, we returned them to have them MICROWAVED bearing in mind they were both chicken mmm reheated chicken delightful. And made the yoghurt warm too! They obviously scraped the salad off then ‘threw’ it bs k on the plate. When it arrived back it was almost thrown down in front of us! I mean how dare we complain about our food being cold! Despite complaining neither dinner was removed from the bill. All in all a poor show all round.

The pub is ideally situated at the end of a long walk over the trail, so went in for a couple beers and a bite to eat. Lovely cosy pub plenty of tables and a fireplace near the bar, where there’s also a wishing well with a pot of coins to use to make your wish came true, great for the kids and adults alike. Plenty of wind spirits and ales/beers on offer as well as a bar menu, separate to the main menu. The only “grip” we had was the menu offered a range of “paninis,” but what was served were 7”narrow French sticks, (the type you get in Lidl, not Sainsbury’s), done in a griddle press. Think we should have been told this before ordering.

I have discovered that place today. I love it! Cheese lovers, go for it. The owner knows what he talks about
