Aileen was very helpful when I lost my laptop. She ensured the laptop was safe for me until I could collect it.

Pretty good for a Premiere Inn. Seems quite new so not looking tired like some. Friendly and helpful staff and chocolates by the entrance was a nice touch. Only complaint is the bizarre water saving tap in the basin which only provides hot water if it's barely on and takes about 5 minutes to fill the basin! It's not a water pressure issue as the shower is pretty good. Heating worked well and quickly warmed the room. Power and charging point available next to the bed too.

First time staying here, great rooms and convenient location. The best car parking is at the Wynd which is a couple of minutes walk.

Good location, amenities, room size and helpful staff. No fridge and no hotel parking, although paid parking is available 2 minutes away.

This is my absolute FAVORITE hotel in Letchworth. We visit family every couple of years, so we visit kind of often. I actually came back to edit my review after staying at a horrible Days Inn. Had to give Prermier Inn more credit! This hotel is clean. They have suuuper comfortable beds and bedding and all the essentials for a shower. The bathtubs are absolutely amazing. It's definitely relaxing to soak after a long day of traveling. The hotel staff are all really friendly and welcoming. 2 people even thanked us for smoking outside!! I mean, yes, we're going to smoke outside! We're in someone else's property. It's within a couple minutes walk to the train station, that also has a fast train to London. All sorts of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. I've not been to the resteraunt yet but my family have and they said all the food is really, really good. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel that's maximum comfort, go ahead and book your stay here. :)

Lovely staff always very helpful and welcoming. You can park outside in the high road, but better off road parking is available in public car park behind hotel. It's a short walk 2 mins and free parking from 6pm till 8am every night. Breakfast is good, lots of places to eat in the high street

Called in for breakfast this morning and would like to give a mention of a member of staff who was on duty... Megan. Who from the moment we walked in was very welcoming and professional. Despite the restaurant being very busy, she was diligent looking after diners. A credit to the hotel and a great ambassador for Premier Inn.

Perfect for the Train Station and the quiet comfortable room you always get from Premier Inn. Could be a little less expensive though.

Great location, close to my companies HQ here in Letchworth. Staff are very friendly, rooms are what you expect - comfy and clean. The food, whilst limited is still pretty good. Fish & chips was a big portion. The breakfast is very good and one if the best things about staying here.

I do not know how I survived without the lovely hotel right in the middle of Letchworth. As well as it still having that nice new feeling the staff are amazing. Only this morning it was a pleasure to meet with Aileen who always seems to be there keeping an eye on everything happing. She’s brilliant and I hope you get to meet her when you stay.

Rahmon is an excellent business owner and very welcoming! the lamb samosas are some of the best ive had in the uk and the different curries are delicious . The stand out for me was the peshwari naan it was so good i went back again the next day just to have it again its sweet and soft almost like a desert . Highly recommend this place, the onion baajis are excellent and crisp perfect size . i will be back to try your tandoori skewers and other dishes that rahmon recommends and ofcourse to once again eat that delicious peshwari naan

The pub is ideally situated at the end of a long walk over the trail, so went in for a couple beers and a bite to eat. Lovely cosy pub plenty of tables and a fireplace near the bar, where there’s also a wishing well with a pot of coins to use to make your wish came true, great for the kids and adults alike. Plenty of wind spirits and ales/beers on offer as well as a bar menu, separate to the main menu. The only “grip” we had was the menu offered a range of “paninis,” but what was served were 7”narrow French sticks, (the type you get in Lidl, not Sainsbury’s), done in a griddle press. Think we should have been told this before ordering.

The women in my family and I booked a table at this pub/restaurant for a meal as part of my daughter's hen weekend. When we arrived we were told were our table was and having sat down waited for quite a while for someone to take our drinks order. Three of our party are disabled and when my daughter went to go to the toilet she found there were not any disabled facilities. We double checked this was the case and it was suggested that we use the toilets in the pub next door. As we all have difficulty walking this was not a helpful suggestion. We were not warned of the lack of disabled facilities and as those of us who are disabled were unable to use the toilets there we had no choice other than to leave.

Good quality sushi, cheaper and more convenient than other local sushi places.
