The best restaurants serving Default food in Maldon North Maldon East of England

I would like to put 10 stars. In this place there is an air of seriousness and friendliness, with the staff you get a feeling right away they know what is best for you. Quality food, perfectly presented, whether it's pizza or lasagna here you can find good food at fair prices. I can safely say that I have had the best pizza in the whole of the United Kingdom. Absolutely recommended

Went here tonight with friends as they have not been here before. Good selection on offer of some nice dishes to try but not the biggest menu, that said we all found something we wanted. All food was presented lovely and didn’t disappoint with the taste. Only one waitress working but she copes well and you’re not left waiting around for long. All in all a Nice little restaurant great treating food at a fair price what more could you want.

What an amazing little find. Friendly staff, clean venue and setting outside. Some lovely touches like blankets for outdoor seating, lovely beach feel and nice chilled music. Not too loud. If you get a chance definitely pop in and support this independent business! Thanks guys, the coffee was superb.

Friendly staff. Lovely surroundings. Extensive menu with some odd combinations. But the food was tasty, speedy but a little on the costly side. Overall though a good experience.

I don't normally write reviews but I’ve got to say this, the whole concept work on so many levels. , very authentic and tastes delicious Amazing food, the flavours were the best fresh ingredients are used and you can tell a lot of pride and passion has gone into each dish Pretty impressed I'd recommend THE RAJ at Maldon to anyone to try, you will not be disappointed or hungry!!! One of the curry and all sort of Indian food I’ve ever tasted . My whole family and I love their food and we’ve been a customers for many years as well as most of my mate . Just to mention that all food are cooked freshly by a decent respectful family as they do cook from heart. You feel like you eat at home and what a great amazing customer service if I could give more that five stars trust me I would . Thank you to THE RAJ AT MALDON & everyone at this lovely restaurant specially to the MUM AND DAD for the best food I've had in a long, long time! Best witherspoons breakfast is lovely

Food is constantly at a high standard. Potatoes they use are of good quality, not the cheap, tasteless whites most restaurant's use . Fish is cooked to perfection every time, not overcooked, unlike every other chippy for miles around.

We had a table for 8 on a Friday night the atmosphere was awful we didn’t get asked if we wanted a drink for 20mins and had to ask. The food was not all good and the service was terrible. Hate to think what it would be like if they were busy as the tables were empty. Will not go here again.

I took some of my family to the restaurant in Maldon, Essex, on Sunday 21st January 2024, at lunchtime. Whilst I have no complaints about the food, I was disappointed that a number of basic ingredients were not available, and the server had to check that there was even some basic coffee available. Bearing in mind it was lunchtime, I was surprised that basic ingredients were not available. I have since herd that this restaurant has a bad reputation, which accounts for the fact that there were only two other people in the restaurant at lunchtime.

Giovanni looked after us very well!! He made sure my wineglass was full at all times. Very knowledgable about the menu and brilliant at describing the specials. Great experience, beautifully cooked pasta and wonderfully flavoured bruschetta ❤️ will definitely be coming back.
