Out with family and friends. Great menu and food for the price and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended and best Indian restaurant around Wickford.

So disappointed with my delivery tonight, the most important ingredient with crispy duck is the sauce, which was forgotten!!! I've been going to the Lon Wah since 1977 and have always enjoyed the food there but it has slowly gone down hill sadly. I will think twice about ordering a takeaway from there in the future.

Our usual spot for a coffee whilst shopping. A nice comfortable venue, staff aren't overly competent and it can be noisy, but can't be that bad a we return time and time again.

Staff are really friendly and always make our daughter smile. The food is decent for a pub and it’s clean and well looked after. I would recommend it to anyone, families and groups of friends. Unfortunately the food has let itself down. Paid £2.60 for 11 chips. They were not great either. Also £9 for a pint of Stella and a coke. I know it’s tough for pubs but that’s a joke.

We arrived here for a nights dinner as a cuple , although the food was ok and the service was ok to start . The kitchen forgot to cook our mains waiting over an hour and a half , the tables around us eventually left , leaving us asking for our mains several times . Our waitress left and other staff were not attentive , they smashed a bottle of pepsi over our clothing and never apologized. The experience was poor , if I was prezzo I would be discussed.

Omg What has happened to lon way food is now bland tasteless and disgusting what ever chicken they are using for house curry needs to be reassessed. Half curry in plastic bag and container not sealed properly. Just spoke to so called manager very offish and reluctant to issue a refund. Even delivery driver, that delivered said don’t know what is going on there but food is fresh. If John still has interest in the Lon wah need to look into what’s going on otherwise can’t see this establishment lasting much longer. After using lon wah 40;plus years never again

Good selection of food and drinks. Staff are always welcoming. Can recommend the milkshakes and freshly made sandwiches.

Served an undercooked pink chicken burger. Threw it all away immediately. Absolutely disgusting 👎🏻

10/10 and definitely get the garlic pizza bread - recommended

Ordered delivery. Got prices on the phone. When the delivery turned up they wanted nearly £40 more and denied the previously quoted prices. Unhelpful attitude. Obviously scammers relying on hungry customers just accepting their figures. DO NOT USE.

Great pizza and sides always hot very quick delivery use at least once a week plus drivers are always friendly 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Tried here last night for the first time in ages. Everything was tasteless and so so salty! Won’t be returning.

Terrible service! Jumped up young lady on a power trip clearly had no concept of what subway ‘make it your way’ actually means! Wasn’t allowed salad because her picture didn’t have any. And so rude. Avoid avoid avoid Saturday afternoons.
