Domino's Pizza in Basildon

Rude staff and rude management will never use again! Tried to order a pepperoni pizza for my children with pepperoni on one side of it but could not accommodate it as it’s not in policy. Sorry, it’s not in policy to place pepperoni just on one side. After trying to reason with the manager, who was exceptionally rude, talking over me, not allowing me to get a word in, he then proceeds to hang up on me. Disgusting behaviour!

Wickford’s dominos 😡Worst dominos ever , they have got my order wrong over three times,forgot dips that I’ve paid for and won’t correct the order when it’s wrong , there rude there’s no customer service AVOID and very over priced 😡

dont know there a hole from there ear hole. what a joke told me its just come out the oven to sorry it hasnt been made yet 10 mins to 40 mins

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from rhiana apparently the manager at Wickford Domino s , lied from start to finish expected a lot more from my local pizza house , I hope Micheal resolves this , ordered a pizza to be delivered then rhiana tells us it’s been delivered this was already 1.5 hours late , then tells me that I had collected the order , didn’t even get address right ,this is the 3rd time , but rhiana was happy to make us wait another hour an extremely rude

Dominos is always my go-to pizza place, but this time I was disappointed. I ordered online, chose onions and mushrooms as extras, but when I got it home, I discovered that there was only one small square of onion on the whole pizza. It changed the whole flavour of it, and besides, I had been charged more than £1 for an extra topping that I didn't get. Not up to the usual standards.

If you like pizzas, then make your way to this restaurant, the staff there are very pleasant, they have a good selection & choice to choose from & all for a very reasonable price.

Good selection of food, ordered online and received soon after. Hot and freshly cooked, would definitely order from here again, although not the cheapest of places, you do pay for the high quality!!

Fast delivery. Pizza was tasty and well cooked. Wedges were a bit underdone. Not a lot else I can say really.

Had the tandoori pizza was fresh and tasted lovely the kids had the haywain pizza they loved it way to much should ordered smaller size the garlic bread was yummy and chocolate cake for desert

This is probably the 5th time I've ordered from them and I'm fed up of it always being over an hour wait!!! Warm!!! And had the wrong order twice. Tonight was the last straw!!! This evening the staff were dreadful rude and just hung the phone up on me!!! You're meant to be a business that delivers hot foot with polite staff. Never going back!!!! 😠😠😠

The Pizza's were really nice. Loads of choice so we could please everyone in our party. Also, it was Fascinating to watch them make the pizza's!

You must try a dominos pizza. So tasty and light. Great offers online to have delivered or collect. A little more than other pizza but well worth it.

Love love love pizza from Domino's wickford. Delivery is always quick. Pizza is hot, fresh and plenty of toppings. I cant fault it. Online app for Dominos is great too.

We've ordered from this Dominos Countless times and i haven't to this day got a single bad thing to say about any of the orders. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for a second.

We used the online app to order our pizzas from this store, the food arrived within 20 minutes and was extremely hot! Everything we had asked for was there and it tasted great. No complaints here.

Absolutely love dominos pizza, we recently moved to the area and now this store is our local for delivery. Every other time we order there is something wrong with the pizza, usually order double decadence and usually its 2 dry bases with no filling, or the pizza has been squished in the car. When its great we love it but the store gets in wrong so many times. They are extremely quick and seem to arrive 20 mins within ordering however we do request to not ring the doorbell and guaranteed they will always ring it.

meat lovers, pepperoni, garlic doe balls,there is limited parking so would stick with delivery or get some one to wait for you

Ordered here today after our local pizzeria was over an hour wait.Phoned up and used a 30% off voucher we found with no hassle. It arrived within 30 minutes, was piping hot and the toppings nicely separated on our two halves pizza. I like the fact the toppings were arranged nicely like this as half was veggie for my wife and half meat for me.Overall it was very tasty and I found they provided a good service so I would certainly use them again. They are expensive though.

We ordered a pizza combo tonight. Pizza uncooked to the point the greated cheese was still lumped on the top un melted. Wedges as hard as bullets. When I phoned to complain they were rude and unhelpfull. I said i was having to recook the food in my oven as kids were hungry and we had waited 45 mins for food all ready.I asked for a refund as I had to cook the food myself. They said that refunds can only be given with the permision of the fantchise owner.They later rang me back and informed me I could have the refund but they wanted all the food back. My kids were now eating the food that I had cooked so I was no longer going to get a refund. Shocking

Reasonably priced meal deals are delivered hot (in some cases too hot to eat), usually within half an hour. A range of breads / chicken, etc. as a "starter" before the pizza makes it a full meal. You are best ordering a meal deal, or alternatively, a "mix'n'match" online can generate a 25% discount using the code from the Domino's Wickford website. Certainly the take-away pizza of choice in our house (about once a fortnight!).
