Subway in Basildon

Terrible service! Jumped up young lady on a power trip clearly had no concept of what subway ‘make it your way’ actually means! Wasn’t allowed salad because her picture didn’t have any. And so rude. Avoid avoid avoid Saturday afternoons.

I would like to thank you to who ever boxed my sandwich up today all separate for me had the steak and cheese on disappointing thing was the 1 slice of cheese I got with my foot long

The staff are all very friendly, happy and helpful. Very clean too and lovely fresh food. Very impressed

Ordered through just eat for delivery after 2hrs still not delivered despite being marked as delivered in App. Store do not pick up phone to get an update. They also didn’t respond to the just eat text service. Drive to store they hadn’t even started the order! Then had to eat 20mins more Whilst they did the order. Never again!

Don't know why the Subway in Rayleigh doesn't have it's own page? We are occasional visitors to this branch in Rayleigh High Street as we don't go into the High Street regularly. We have eaten in and taken food away to enjoy at home. When we do go itvstrikes me that this branch is cleaner (floors/tables) than others we have been to. The Steak and Cheese Wraps are delicious as are the salads.
