The best restaurants serving Default food in Castle Northampton East Midlands

Been coming here for years. Tonight they have proven they can not be trusted. So annoyed for someone who puts alot money in till and get along with the manger iv been let down on my food. Over priced and food was not 100% correct. It's shame this as happened and I will not be back now. Trsut you and respect ya food and staff. Now I tried talk on phone you keep cutting me of. Shame this as me and the manger used to be and was good ppl know from young age 😪

Poor food, turned up cold and tasted awful, even worse service, took almost an hour for 2 kebabs to be delivered waste of time and money.

The worse place ever! I placed an order, it didn’t arrive on time then one of the team called me and said - we want to let you know that the taxi man that was meant to bring your food hasn’t showed up. So I asked what exactly they want me to do .. the guy started screaming with insults. The delivery came about an hour later, I didn’t bother to collect the food. Giving one star is just too generous- what I want to give is a ZERO!!! I wish them all the best with their terrible ways of handling customers. Never again would I order food from them! Never!

Order 15 minutes early not overly hot. Expensive but cheap ingredients

Terrible! Ordered 2 cocktails which arrived with no taste of alcohol whatsoever. First part of the food eventually arrived after 1hr, disappointed with the stale and dry bread. Left with remaining food in a carrier bag as wife had a bad stomach!

Not quite the quality we are used to! The burgers lacked some seasoning and the fries were a little greasy. Usually the meals are bang on but last night not quite up to the standard usually experienced!!

Pizza was OK. Chicken was OK but not the best. But the price was too much money. Well over 😒 was gutted can get better deals and prices from other places. BUT I still give them the benefits of the delt, pizza 🍕 was nice and food was hot. Chicken was OK. Please sort your deals out better and prices for better out come . Ty

this place had extremely terrible customer service,my first issue was when we came in some of my friends had food from a different restaurant to take him,one employee came up to her and started speaking in a extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner.second issue was one of my friends were told they had to be 18 to order caffeine which was fine however this was also executed terribly by the same employee.to finish my friend went to change tables as there wasn’t enough space for everyone and the employee then continued to shout “don’t f** swap tables” me and my friends will not be coming back here as this was extremely unprofessional and unprovoked.

Delicious food, excellent service. Our first time here and we will definitely return. A good menu, excellent food. We all really enjoyed it.

Lovely staff and amazing service, food is very nice just a bit overpriced, nice little cafe hidden away, me and my sister always go there when in town, almost every month!
