Pizza was OK. Chicken was OK but not the best. But the price was too much money. Well over 😒 was gutted can get better deals and prices from other places. BUT I still give them the benefits of the delt, pizza 🍕 was nice and food was hot. Chicken was OK. Please sort your deals out better and prices for better out come . Ty

I have been become so sick last 2 days! Took about 16 hours after eating the pizza. But omg I'm ill! And I'm never ill or leave reviews. Phoned them to tell them.. Just keep putting the phone down on me. It's now 3am. And I haven't had any sleep in 2 days! It's got so bad!!! I'm having to live in my shower! As it's regular from both ends!!!. Disgusting I know!

Need to put more toppings on pizzas….. very less toppings

Ordered online and the delivery was quick. But had a awful experience as all of us who consumed the pizza got food poisoning.

Ibrahim is one of the best Restaurant owners in Northampton and has top tier social skills, great man, quality lad 👌🏽 food is also always well cooked and tastes excellent aziz always makes the food 10/10 and all round great customer service.

I asked for very thick pizza margarita and I have received the same 2 time in a row, they said will send thick 1 but was same 🤦‍♀️ their English it's very bad I think that's why they didn't understood me 👎👎

Delivery arrived before time. Food was hot and tasty. Would of given 5 stars but one of the pizzas was missing an extra topping that was asked for.

Worst place. They take money from your account for an order. Tell you it hasn’t gone through and then tell you to order from somewhere else. The manager is the worst I’ve ever come across. The franchise needs to send people over for training in customer service.

When you go in side you have to wait to this guy finish his game and mabye is coming to serve you. I order duble pepeni and he give me Margherita. And don't know how to speak with people and i want to ask is ok to same guy work every day, or i need to make complain far?

Went downhill takes far to long for delivery poor language barrier overpriced pizzas

AVOID!! I ordered with Uber Eats last night and about ten minutes after placing an order, I got a notification saying that my order had been cancelled. This was the restaurant for some reason doing this. What really takes the biscuit though is that I'm not getting a refund as "the restaurant had started to prepare my order when it was cancelled"!! I DIDN'T CANCEL - THE RESTUARANT DID!! Nothing short of illegal practise but I don't have the effort to fight!

This is absolutely unprofessional. I ordered a pizza and I got something else. As soon as I came home I checked the pizza. It was the wrong. The Owner had the nerve to deny it and say thank you and has no sense how to talk to customers. Pathetic customer service and a pathetic wimp of a pizza. I honestly have no clue how this place is still open.

Had a delivery and my pizza smelt of mens aftershave. I called to complain as had to bin the pizza and was laughed at down the phone.. i was told that no one else has complained so I'm basically a liar. The guy called me back on a private number to abuse me, constantly question my complaint in an unprofessional Manor and tone, he was rude and arrogant. He then continued to tell me I must of put the perfume on the pizza myself . Disgusting. Unprofessional. And pathetic excuse of a business owner. Doesn't know customer service atal ! AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY unless you want to be accused sabotaging your own food 😂.

This place is a diagrace. Might be change of management. I use to order before without any issue. My daughter try to order a pizza and the man on the phone was very rude and put the phone down without any reason. I phoned again and tried to order. The man seemed angry and asked me to come to store to order and put the phone down. I drove down there and confronted the man. The man got angry and wanted to hit me with a commercial Pizza Tray..I even film him as he became aggresive and dangerous. Do not use this place.

i have been there several times near the closing time and the guy serving has refused to serve me as its getting late although its not quite closing time ??. anyways i let that go. i then go there when its fully open and ask for two 7 inch pizzas to then be told i have to order a 15 inch. mans a weirdo i am not going there ever again and defiantly cant trust him with my food

Worst customer service I could have ever had, it’s a shame, as I have ordered before from them, must have changed the chef or something as well, the person who picked up the phone when I was literally looking only to some answers for my order only tried to hang up as quick as possible and in a very rude manner. He even told me I would be banned, for no reason, I was not even let to talk. And the manners in customer service, the conversation that I’ve had with him was rude, totally unprofessional, unpleasant especially for a woman, no respect and sense in they’re talking. So be careful when you order from them, you might get banned for you being right and them not liking it! 🤣 Plus, you can not tell me this is deep phan

The man who’s taking my order ignore me and talk on phone without any excuse anyway i ask him i want one Chocolate cake he stop taking order again on phone and ignore me again waste my time finally after 7-9 minutes take my order and very rudely said pay by cash or card pay by card and i ask my receipt but again ignore me and don’t listen anything just ignore me and left totally bad service and pizza topping too much no any taste just much toppings and too spicy never ever use this store again

The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my whole entire life! Stood in the shop for 25 minutes not even place my order wise he was talking on the phone at the back and told me to wait a minute!

Pizza very good but why does it take 2 hours to deliver, if they cannot cope at least admit it when you telephone asking for an update !!!!

Twin deal 2 small pizzas, 2 sides, 2 dips and a BOTTLE of soft drink. When called to ask where was the bottle of drink they said it didn't say bottle it said 1 can! Liars and money grabbers! Very unprofessional and in helpful! Will never order from them again!

Delicious food! I love the hotdog crust. My only issue is that the delivery always takes longer than an hour, despite being so close to me. Regardless of that, the food is always hot when it arrives and I’ll continue to order from them.

Extremely rude staff, no people or listening skills at all and just talk over you without listening! hence why my order was wrong in the first place. My wife is allergic to seafood and they gave me a pizza with tuna on it! they have done nothing about it and lied. Stay well away, the pizza is way below average anyway

Pizza GoGo is one of my favourite pizza places. For me it tops Domino's which used to be the best. I have tried most things on the menu and would give nearly all a 5* for taste and being delivered hot. Staff are polite and efficient with any requests. They didn't achieve the 5star they deserve as waiting times for delivery are often over an hour. Normally around 80mins. The other is the delivery surcharge they add. Food is fantastic Staff excellent Delivery set up is poor.

Have one or two every week. . The guys there do a great job. Polite and friendly. . A great place . 10 out of 10

Can I use just eat for fake ads? Says they close at 3am but they say they close at 2am going to get in touch with someone higher up as this is a joke

The pizza was alright but I was confused by the prices. For example, £1..99 for any 7" pizza. I opted for a medium for £4.99 that seemed 7" to me.

Very rude employee. The pizza is average. Not bad in flavor. I just asked if I could have a plastic carry bag for which I would have paid extra. The guy in the counter yelled that pizza shops don't give covers .He stopped his colleague who was about to give me the cover. Will never buy again from this shop just because of this bad employee .

They are one of the best in the town the best part is they deliver 17 hours a day from 11 Am till 4Am and are very cheap in price compare to dominos or papajohns they cheese is exactly like in italy awesomeness in a box

Decent, pizza is a nice standard and has nice friendly staff, was not waiting long at all, highly recommend visiting this place!

Was 5* now voting 2* due to recent price increase on 3 medium deal.. Was £18 now £25, very expensive for bread with tomato sauce and toppings, such a shame.

Flip me (Fifty Shades Darker styl-ee), £2 7in pepperoni Pizza or 2 mor toppings and a drink for £3. Went into Northampton Shop on Wellingborough Rd., mile or less East of centre. Near to my sisters house, so I will definitely​ be coming hear again. Bit shady on the tomatoe base but plenty of cheese and base well cooked and toppings good. I would suggest you guys introduce some form of sweet tomatoes as fresh tomatoes don't have strong flavour. Manager is friendly and helpful, doesn't speak like English is his 1st language but he will understand more complex communications like complaints if you explain yourself, and oversees his staff​ to make sure service is top notch.

"Describe your experience..." What experience? Made a phone order for collection and was told to wait 40 minutes for a COLLECTION. Only to get there an hour and 10 mins later and no pizza made. Poor service, DO NOT order from here.

Orders food rack of ribs were cold and pink, complained in shop to be given another not a problem you may think I asked for a temperature probe to check it was up to temperature as I did not want to return to be told they could not find it ( concern on not knowing/ checking the temperature of food befor serving it to customers) I then took it home(less then 50 steps away from there shop) to use my catering temp probe witch read 45.0 this is not the temperature you should serve to customers But thank you to the man on the till who was dealing with a lot of annoyed customers tonight as you were the only one to apologise Was a Regular customer not anymore Will not be returning

Pizza was barely warm and hardly what I'd call "the meaty one" Delivery driver had no change so had to come back, when he returned gave us the cookies that he'd forgotten which were soft and greasy. Not worth the money and will not order again have had better pizzas from the supermarket
