Pizza Hut Delivery in Northampton

i love potato wedges here 10/10 , recommended

Ordered from there last night. Delivery was quick but the driver forgot our drink. When questioned whether he was going to get it for us he just stood and stared at me. I explained we had paid for something and not recieved it he continued to say nothing and stare at me. I rang the store and once again nothing happened. The pizza was ok although clearly rushed. Not the best experience.

Food was good once it arrived however it turned up around an hour after the estimated delivery time. My drink was also missing from the order

Really pleased we ended up here. Was my daughters birthday and she had some friends with us. We foolishly didn't book but the staff were great and gave us 2 tables close enough to see each other. My 9yr old had a blast sat with her friends whilst I could sit with the rest of my family and see they were OK.

Absolutely pathetic! Placed order at 18.45, delivery due at 19.55-20-15. Send a text at 19.50 cancelling order as delivery drivers become unavailable! How about a phone to discuss as could have quite easily arranged collection! 3 kids now hungry at 8pm and no pizza! Avoid these like the plague! Business can’t be that bad cancelling £30-40 orders 5 mins before they are due to be delivered!

No dips with the pizza! As order and paid for. And asurred by the delivery man. "they are in the box". No, they weren't..

Rubbish customer service. Called to order, the line is not even clear , guy on the phone had no patience at all whatsoever and was just blatantly rude for no reason as I asked to change one of the toppings on a choose your own topping pizza. Absolutely awful and horrid vibe.

Message said delivery made, Not at our house had to go and fetch it, guy said he's outside your house now whilst at the shop, rang my kids.... Nobody in our Close is the reply, Lies, Lies, Lies from these people

Food is okay, typical pizza hut but definitely some questionable food safety practices going on when drovers just walk in off the street and start slicing pizza up with no visible washing of hands or an apron on witnessed this twice on different occasions

Good, efficient and value for money take away at lunch times. There is a special lunch time menu, for £7 which is very reasonable.

Much better recently than it used to be, could do with a sharper pizza cutter though.

Paid for bacon as a topping. There was none. Ended up with a pizza with just peppers on it.

Two hours late, I contacted the restaurant he said oh I’ll send it out with the next delivery person,then cut me Off without any apology Same with the delivery man no apology, I use this service Many times a week ! Not happy.

Terrible service. Ordered delivery online .. then received email saying the order had been cancelled and to contact the local pizza hut. Called repeatedly with no answer. Decided to drive other whilst still calling. Eventually my call was picked up. I asked if it was possible to order a pizza and was told "No drivers!" and the phone slammed down on me. I arrived at pizza hut Brackmills. No other customers were in there. Staff member ignored me for ten minutes while he argued with someone on the phone then he continued to prepare orders whilst seeing me standing there. He eventually walked over and asked if i had ordered online? By now a queue had formed behind me. I explained that i had tried to order online but it had been cancelled. He seemed completely disinterested. I asked if i could order some pizza and he said it would be a hour to wait !? I said no thank and left. Passed Dominoes on the way home. Excellent service, organised team, well managed and gave me my order within 15 minutes. Much better..

Tracker said food had arrived. Rung branch who told me to ignore the tracker. Food arrived over an hour later and was stone cold. Branch would not Anwser my calls. Will never use this branch again. Trust me save your money and by hot food from a proper takeaway these muppets are just thieves and cowboys.

Ordered via web, did not get confirm mail. Waited till specified delivery time and when did not arrive tried to contact them no answer. Went to store and was advised order had not been placed. So asked to order and was told it would be at least an hour and collection only as they were short on drivers.

Both just eat and Pizza Hut brackmills are shocking. Enjoy your food!!!! What food. Pizza Hut says there is an issue with the system and my order will be here as soon as possible. Ordered it at 7pm it’s now nearly 9pm. Just eat has a “chat to human” button, hit it goes straight back to my order. I want my food now and money back, shocking service

Ordered a pizza to arrive at 8:15 when I rang at 8:40 and questioned whether the pizza was out for delivery I experienced incredibly poor customer service. The man on the phone was incredibly rude and put the phone down on me telling me to wait a bit longer. Will not be ordering again. Pizza has arrived cold and 40 minutes late.

Food was late. Orders were not adhered to.

My food was delivered too early. Luckily I’d just got home in time. They got my order wrong and delivered a meat pizza. Thinking it was the beyond the meat pizza I tried it and realised that it wasn’t vegetarian. The store sent out another one but it was the same type of meat pizza. When I rang up, instead of being understanding, the manager refused to give me a refund despite the fact that I was upset that I had eaten meat. They claimed responsibility for the fact that the first pizza was definitely a fault on their end but when I rang back after the second pizza they back tracked and said it’s not a big deal because I’m not allergic to meat… I’m now having to speak to HR to sort a refund. Definitely won’t be getting deliveries from that store again.

Was incredibly late, asked for order update twice with no response so had to ring after it was already 40 minutes late only to be told it would be another 20 minutes :( Pizza is good but service and delivery was just awful

When phoned to find out where my order was I was told it hadn't even been made yet, then when finally arrive my pizza looks a mess and was deffinately not sliced properly.

Always loved pizza hut but unfortunately this branch is terrible, delivery is always really late and pizza almost always cold as they send the delivery with multiple others, had pizzas missing half their toppings a few times aswell. Never had an issue with the sj James branch but of course we can't chose which branch we want it from when ordering.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! We live 6 miles away from this branch and it is utterly hopeless, the last 2 deliveries we have had have been stale, cold and in transit for 40 mins we get the same lame 10 pieces offered each time we complain but will not be bothering again. Do you self a favour and don't let them take your money there are much better alternatives out there.

Wrong base was sent. Should have been gluten free and sent normal base! I’m gluten intolerant

Nothing but positive things to say about this branch! They originally made a small error on our order and were very quick to put this right with no issues. The food here tastes fresh, collected on time and it was ready, piping hot and tasted absolute perfect and fresh A gentleman named Bipin working on the day was very helpful, went above and beyond to help and their service has created a loyal customer for sure.

Place obvs busy on sat. Food was late, missed additional items requested, edges burnt.. not impressed

They left my chese triangles out and I still havent been refunded

Order was initially late about 15mins and then we received it with items missing. Contacted the restaurant and we were told that missing items will be sent straightaway but that took another half an hour. Very disappointed.

Pizza took two and a half hours to arrive. After one and a half hours, called the restaurant and our pizzas hadn't been cooked let alone out for delivery.

Worst service ever. Ignored by staff for over 5 minutes and when he came to the till he asked "what do you want?". I would like to invite any reviewers out there to visit and just find out if it just me they don't like it they are generally not fit to serve. Whilst waiting for order he stood by for smoking and the smell was going back into the hut . Retrain is absolutely necessary at this business.

We loved our meal. Thank you. However,we would like to be able to order more variety from the menu like being able to order more sides especially ribs, and Meal Deals for 1 that include a drink, main and side.

Ordered 6 pizzas for my tream at work. They were very busy and gave a 60 minute delivery time. 60 minutes came and went so I called the branch at Brackmills northampton to find out they had delivered to the wrong place. A refund was refused and I was told another delivery couldn't be made for 90 minutes. I couldn't accept this, we wouldn't be there to accept the pizza. 10 minutes later 5 of our 6 pizzas arrived battered, cold and inedible. Only conclusion, they retrieved the pizza minus one from wrong address. Totally dangerous in pandemic. Contacted their head 9ffice, after 2 weeks was told the delivery was made and therefore no refund. Totally astonished a company like this would operate in such a way. I will not risk my money or my health again.

Ordered Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream. Instead, they sent a very small vanilla ice cream and a chocolate brownie..?? I guess they'd run out but it would have been nice to get a call to let us know if we wanted that, or a refund. Would also have been courteous if they had phoned to say it would be late.

Selected a time on Just eat and obviously the restaurant wasn’t busy so made it then and there. Delivery driver was apologetic. Food was tasty, no washing up = bonus.

A guy called “Fahad”at the Brackmills pizza hut store. He makes the BEST PIZZAS, the company should promote and give him a Quality control role across pizza hut My partner has Gluten intolerance and we ask for pizza welldone as it helps the Gluten free base to taste better! We have never had someone listen to the customer specific need so WELL and actually go the extra mile to make it so perfect, toppings evenly spread everything! This is the only store we order pizzas from, even tho it a bit out of way. It is so worth it. Well done 👌

Food was amazing but terrible communication between just eat and the restaurant as I had to wait 2 hours for pizza I would like a refund I appreciate restaurants are stressed at the minute but I ordered at 7:56 to have to call the restaurant at 9;05 and they claimed they had not received my order and sent me it out then I don’t believe o should have to pay

Placed order which was acceptedby the restaurant. Obviously they then decided they didn't want to deliver so called to say they can't deliver to my area... I'm less than 3 miles down the road! I don't think they have heard of customer service.

It was delivered over an hour late and I chased this twice. I asked for some money back, rightly so I think, and instead got extra garlic bread. Considering this was a meal for one and I had already ordered some this was completely pointless. I would've rather have had a partial refund at least. The pizza was pretty tasteless and was so loaded with toppings the base had gone soggy making it pretty much inedible. I won't be buying from here again.

They were very rude when on the phone after delivering the wrong pizza. The website put our order down as having a Hawaiian pizza when we clearly clicked farmhouse as we even were looking at the ingredients in the basket. Guy on the phone said he would not do anything. Had to find the franchise owner on Linked In to get a refund. Also the pizza was undercooked anyway so I would not trust them to cook anything properly

If I could give no stars I would we ordered our pizza at 5:20 when it turned up it was the wrong order so we sent it back we got sick of waiting at 7:20 to call up. the manager didn't seam to want to talk to us until we asked for him and the he tryed to fob us off saying it would be with us soon but could still take up to half an hour so we decided to cancel it and when we said we wanted a refund he said he couldn't do it and we have to call head office wear he gave us a number wear no one is working at the moment so I had to send an email I'd avoid this place it has been the worst experience we had with takeaway

The chocolate chip cookie dough was delicious and so was the pizza. Whoever made it thank you very much your an amazing chief me and my son loved it

I have ordered 3 time’s from this hut and not once has it been on time. My recent order was done at 14:00 to deliver at 18:00 but turned up at 18:40! We then had a half and half but most was mixed together so had to reorder the toppings ourselves. We also had double pineapple on one half(wife’s choice) but did not look like we had double portions for this. We will be avoiding ordering from here.

The food was excellent however they did not let us know when they were delivering and they were 20minutes late. Also they failed to deliver the drink that I ordered on the first trip and when I rang to complain they could not find my order. When it was delivered the driver said it was the fault of the of Pizzahut who hadn't put it out. Having said all that we did enjoy the meal.

Was missing 1 x Mountain Dew from the order. Order was sub standard in quality. Order was cold and no refund was given for missing drink.

Yet again did not get what i ordered. I ordered a small with no garlic with pepperoni. But i got a small plain with garlic. Only ate it as i was so hungry waiting over an hour for a pizza as that the time that was given when i ordered. Wont be ordering from here again.

Came very early however i ordered pepperoni pizza but got a cheese pizza.

Quality of food (pizzas, fries, garlic bread etc) is good but they need to focus on delivery times. I booked for pizza delivery 3 times from this place and each time the delivery was late by 20-30 mins. Things can go wrong once but not 3 times in a row. Thats why we have stopped requesting for delivery and go for collection because this shop is 1 mile from my work place.
