Delicious food. Worth the money.

AVOID!!! Complete waste of money, horrible milkshakes and the Sundae was watery, threw it all away. never again!!!

My food has not arrived and it states it has been delivered I want a refund please

I will never order from them again. Placed my order at 20:20, food arrived at 22:20 but my ice cream was not delivered I was told that another driver was bringing it in 10 minutes. It arrived at 23:19. I need to go to bed. No apology on the phone, only a "your ice cream will be with you in 2 minutes"; that was at 21:52. When the ice cream arrived it was melted and spilt all over me. Not happy, absolute joke of a place.

First time ordering. Arrived before time. Food was delicious & surprisingly hot (Sweet chilli chicken wrap & Bbq chicken sizzler burger). Desserts were to die for (Belgian white chocolate pancake & Ferrero Roche sundae). Definitely will use again!!

Delicious food, arrived hot and well wrapped. Slightly long delivery time but well worth the wait

The burger was alright. The deserts were a huge disappointment. The cheesecakes all use the same bland and unsweet base. They put just enough of the flavouring on top to be able to call it that flavour.

Cold , pancakes looked like scotch pancakes yku get from supermarket . Won’t be ordering again . Would like a refund

I didn't received the iterm but it's shows like they have delivered the iterm

I have been ordering from here almost every week, every time i order they almost take 2 hours just to deliver and sometimes even more. The staff mis behaves over call and just cuts the call on face.

Terrible gave my order was missing my main and then they said they would bring it back in 20 mins and never came back and was not answering one phone call

We were sent the wrong order, then when we tried to call the restaurant we were completely ignored.

Again says it’s been delivered and no delivery is here and now I can’t even get in touch with the restaurant surely Just Eat no it hasn’t been delivered because I haven’t gave the code

Chicken was delicious, although spicy which i hadnt realised! Milkshakes were sooooo good! Fries were soggy though!

Still waiting for a food order placed at 8pm called the restaurant claimed it was only just leaving the restaurant 2 hours after the order was placed, called again on hour 3 no answer from them still no food fuming is an understatement!

If you think of ordering from this place I strongly suggest you don’t!!! Over 2 hours ago I ordered food and it still hasn’t arrived , when the restaurant finally answered the phone they said “oh less than 10 minutes” and here we are another 30 mins later still no food avoid like the plague

They gave me the wrong order, had a delivery guy come and pick up the food and give me my food. However my cheesecake had a piece of glass when I had a little bit to taste. So now I’m worried to eat some more.

again the shakes, drinks and boneless chicken is amazing .. they are large pieces as well

no matter what we order.. savory sweet a drink it's always gorgeous .. currently found their mock tails (not sure why It says you need I'd is it not alcohol free ?) but anyway IV tried most of them and they are gorgeous .. sadly I had one that was just mouth cleaning. refreshing and I could.have had 10 of them but I can't remember which it was so I'm going through them again !! the food is always hot and shakes etc are fresh and personalised to your tastes brill delivery as well always friendly

Ordered 2x pancakes, an hour and forty mins go by. Tried calling restaurant 3 times, no answer, got an updated time of 5 mins extra after asking for an update through the app.. never received the order. Requested refund.

This is my absolute favourite place to order from. The food is amazing and always hot

Not quite the quality we are used to! The burgers lacked some seasoning and the fries were a little greasy. Usually the meals are bang on but last night not quite up to the standard usually experienced!!

the food was cold and even after the driver called me to tell me he was at my house he lied and told me he was just pulling up to which my son walked to the garage where he would be parking and he wasn't there for yet another few mins, the chips only thing that was the right temperature getting to me was the cold drink I ordered. extreamally disappointed

Wasn’t able to track order, order came 20 minutes late. Ordered at 10:50pm received at 12:30am. Order was wrong also with no indication as such.

always gorgeous and tasty ...the premium shakes are amazing .. very thick and creamy no matter what combination you choose .

We order from D&G regularly because of the consistent quality of delicious burgers. This time round was no different - juicy burgers, delicious fries, generous portions and friendly delivery driver. Thank you again!

slightly addicted to the boneless wings and apparently the cheeto burger ? is a firm fav as well !! my son loves them . the shakes are amazing too

I need to stop ordering but they are so delicious we have the boneless chicken wings in different flavours but just perfect not too spicy and really lots of flavour !! our cooker is broken at the min so what a perfect excuse .. son has the brownies always moist and tasty good size portions and I love the shakes many diff flavours large sizes really perfect !

I am a little obsessed with their boneless wings ! the Donner meat sauce is gorgeous too like a tangy sweet sticky sauce slightly fruity gorgeous

Amazing food and also an amazing staff, they inform you very quickly if they didn’t have something available and ask you with what you want to replace it! Honestly it was better than what I wanted at the beginning. I will definitely order again. Everything was delicious!

milkshake came with plastic inside and not just one piece there were 4, I rang them and was told I’d have another sent out 2 hours later no milkshake replacement had came, again I called them they said the driver had knocked at my door and rang me however I live in a 5th story flat so not sure how he would have knocked my door plus my buzzer hadn’t been rang and I received no calls or missed calls, I told them this and they said they would send one out, it’s now an hour and a half later, nothing.

we ordered an after eight sundae and a bubblegum sundae and they are amazing!!! best ice cream I've ever tasted, plenty of sauce and toppings and they are massive!!! The guy who delivered them was really nice and polite too. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

the boneless wings here are amazing the honey sauce is delicious

the fact we use this so often means it's perfect !! they have a huge selection as well

perfect and the delivery people are always so polite

Delivery is quiet long but still came earlier than said the chips were well seasoned and nice however the burger was quiet wet and moist from being wrapped in foil which made the texture quiet mushy instead of a crispy chicken however the taste was still great thank you

The food was late but it was so worth the wait. Full of flavour,juicy and hot. The food may seem a little pricey but it is worth every single penny!! Plus the servings and size of the burgers make up for it. If you order you had better be hungry. Well worth it

The food originally was cold however they made up for it very quickly by sending out new food that was hot in an amazing time

Waited patiently for my order, contacted 5-10mins past the due time (over an hour, food was out for delivery 30mins beforehand) and was rather rude, asked for my postcode then hung up on me, order was then marked as delivered, called back and got the exact same treatment refused to resolve the issue or answer why the order was marked as delivered or call the driver and hung up on me again!

worst ever this Company used to be good so don't no what's gone wrong with them but that was like lamb bones coverd in sticky barbecue sauce and cold chips I won't be ordering from these again

We ordered two different yoes of waffles. Both arrived soggy and under cooked. The stawberries on top were not fresh and so so mushy and warm. Our icecream was missing. And it was just not worth the money at all and i would like a full refund.

I ordered 2 x waffles and ice cream. Waffles were a bit soft as usually more cooked but were still tasty. Ordered 2 x salted caramel ice cream but was sent something else….not even sure what flavour it was but we still ate it.

Nothing more frustrating than not getting what you order. Everything was fine but the brownie was a kitkat brownie and not the dime one we ordered.

The food was good, but I’m kinda disappointed about my drink, cuz the strawberry wasn’t fresh.

Sadly the hot dog was warm and chips were cold, I was gutted because I spent around £37 for 3 meals, I was looking forward to hot meal, just wasn’t satisfying warm

My food was cold and my smoothie was a milkshake instead I didn’t enjoy the cold chips or rubbery cheese instead. I would like to request a refund a full refund.

Order accepted at 7.12pm and still no delivery!!! And its 9.07pm! Had to cancel the order!

That's twice its been late now but still the food is good but when it turns up late and wrong you start to think ? When I order cheesy chips send cheesy chips that's 2 times now I've paid extra for cheesy fried one more time and il start to order from somewere else

Delivery was late, no contact to inform us, and no one answered the phone

Our order was over 60 minutes late, we tried to call the restaurant numerous times and had no answer, when the food arrived I complained to the driver who said “but it’s okay it’s still hot” well it wasn’t it was all cold, shame because it looked like it had the potential to be a nice meal

Late! I tried to call the number 3x and no aswer ,finally arrived .

The order was 45 mins late so food was cold and had to be reheated you should not have to do this when paying these prices was not impressed the delivery driver did not even apologise about being late.

I wouldn’t order from here again, the ice cream started to melt and was upside down with the lid coming off. Arrived late and Wasn’t warm when it finally arrived. Trying to enjoying it but was drowned with sauce and toppings. Didn’t know it was zizzou

Order was estimated for arrival at 8:00-8:10pm. The restaurant don’t ever answer the phone and at 9:10pm and after jumping through hoops Uber eats finally cancelled the order for me. Avoid like the plague.

Everything’s still frozen when it gets here the cookie dough isn’t dry it bangs and the waffles are huge and freshly made
