Not quite the quality we are used to! The burgers lacked some seasoning and the fries were a little greasy. Usually the meals are bang on but last night not quite up to the standard usually experienced!!

the food was cold and even after the driver called me to tell me he was at my house he lied and told me he was just pulling up to which my son walked to the garage where he would be parking and he wasn't there for yet another few mins, the chips only thing that was the right temperature getting to me was the cold drink I ordered. extreamally disappointed

Wasn’t able to track order, order came 20 minutes late. Ordered at 10:50pm received at 12:30am. Order was wrong also with no indication as such.

always gorgeous and tasty ...the premium shakes are amazing .. very thick and creamy no matter what combination you choose .

We order from D&G regularly because of the consistent quality of delicious burgers. This time round was no different - juicy burgers, delicious fries, generous portions and friendly delivery driver. Thank you again!

slightly addicted to the boneless wings and apparently the cheeto burger ? is a firm fav as well !! my son loves them . the shakes are amazing too

I need to stop ordering but they are so delicious we have the boneless chicken wings in different flavours but just perfect not too spicy and really lots of flavour !! our cooker is broken at the min so what a perfect excuse .. son has the brownies always moist and tasty good size portions and I love the shakes many diff flavours large sizes really perfect !

I am a little obsessed with their boneless wings ! the Donner meat sauce is gorgeous too like a tangy sweet sticky sauce slightly fruity gorgeous

Amazing food and also an amazing staff, they inform you very quickly if they didn’t have something available and ask you with what you want to replace it! Honestly it was better than what I wanted at the beginning. I will definitely order again. Everything was delicious!

milkshake came with plastic inside and not just one piece there were 4, I rang them and was told I’d have another sent out 2 hours later no milkshake replacement had came, again I called them they said the driver had knocked at my door and rang me however I live in a 5th story flat so not sure how he would have knocked my door plus my buzzer hadn’t been rang and I received no calls or missed calls, I told them this and they said they would send one out, it’s now an hour and a half later, nothing.

we ordered an after eight sundae and a bubblegum sundae and they are amazing!!! best ice cream I've ever tasted, plenty of sauce and toppings and they are massive!!! The guy who delivered them was really nice and polite too. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Delivery is quiet long but still came earlier than said the chips were well seasoned and nice however the burger was quiet wet and moist from being wrapped in foil which made the texture quiet mushy instead of a crispy chicken however the taste was still great thank you

Cold pancakes and was given the wrong flavour of milkshake !

The food was late but it was so worth the wait. Full of flavour,juicy and hot. The food may seem a little pricey but it is worth every single penny!! Plus the servings and size of the burgers make up for it. If you order you had better be hungry. Well worth it

The food originally was cold however they made up for it very quickly by sending out new food that was hot in an amazing time

Waited patiently for my order, contacted 5-10mins past the due time (over an hour, food was out for delivery 30mins beforehand) and was rather rude, asked for my postcode then hung up on me, order was then marked as delivered, called back and got the exact same treatment refused to resolve the issue or answer why the order was marked as delivered or call the driver and hung up on me again!

worst ever this Company used to be good so don't no what's gone wrong with them but that was like lamb bones coverd in sticky barbecue sauce and cold chips I won't be ordering from these again

We ordered two different yoes of waffles. Both arrived soggy and under cooked. The stawberries on top were not fresh and so so mushy and warm. Our icecream was missing. And it was just not worth the money at all and i would like a full refund.

I ordered 2 x waffles and ice cream. Waffles were a bit soft as usually more cooked but were still tasty. Ordered 2 x salted caramel ice cream but was sent something else….not even sure what flavour it was but we still ate it.

Nothing more frustrating than not getting what you order. Everything was fine but the brownie was a kitkat brownie and not the dime one we ordered.

The food was good, but I’m kinda disappointed about my drink, cuz the strawberry wasn’t fresh.

Sadly the hot dog was warm and chips were cold, I was gutted because I spent around £37 for 3 meals, I was looking forward to hot meal, just wasn’t satisfying warm

My food was cold and my smoothie was a milkshake instead I didn’t enjoy the cold chips or rubbery cheese instead. I would like to request a refund a full refund.

Order accepted at 7.12pm and still no delivery!!! And its 9.07pm! Had to cancel the order!

That's twice its been late now but still the food is good but when it turns up late and wrong you start to think ? When I order cheesy chips send cheesy chips that's 2 times now I've paid extra for cheesy fried one more time and il start to order from somewere else

Delivery was late, no contact to inform us, and no one answered the phone

Our order was over 60 minutes late, we tried to call the restaurant numerous times and had no answer, when the food arrived I complained to the driver who said “but it’s okay it’s still hot” well it wasn’t it was all cold, shame because it looked like it had the potential to be a nice meal

Late! I tried to call the number 3x and no aswer ,finally arrived .

The order was 45 mins late so food was cold and had to be reheated you should not have to do this when paying these prices was not impressed the delivery driver did not even apologise about being late.

I wouldn’t order from here again, the ice cream started to melt and was upside down with the lid coming off. Arrived late and Wasn’t warm when it finally arrived. Trying to enjoying it but was drowned with sauce and toppings. Didn’t know it was zizzou

Order was estimated for arrival at 8:00-8:10pm. The restaurant don’t ever answer the phone and at 9:10pm and after jumping through hoops Uber eats finally cancelled the order for me. Avoid like the plague.

Arrived really late, cookie Dough was hard like rock and ice cream was also rock hard, milkshake was also just frozen ice cream. It won’t give an option to say when it was delivered and it was delivered 10 minutes after the latest delivery time

It never turned up. Nothing against the restaurant, normally they turn up within the time or abit late which we don't usually mind but it's now 9.29pm which is almost an hour after the delay time

Not worth to order for takeaway. The food comes all over the place, desserts are inedible they throw everything on and drown it by time it comes it soggy!

Payed £5 for one small slice of cheesecake!! The crepe I ordered was not a crepe, it was 4 small pancakes also in which there was no Caramel on them at all despite being what I ordered. Food was also cold on arrival!! Will not be ordering again, save your money

They didn't bring all of the items and took nearly 2 hours and 3 phone calls to finally get everything It was supposed to be a birthday meal celebration that ended up stressful and the drinks were not right as the ingredients were lacking and tasteless Very disappointed 😮‍💨🤬😳 I will not order from this place again 👎👎🚫❌⛔❌🚫👎👎

The delivery was a little late but they did jeep me informed. My gripe would be that, although the ice cream sundaes were nice, they are never as described. The knicker bocker glory sundae had no fruit whatsoever in it. This is the 5th time we have ordered ice cream sundaes and the order was not as described every time.

The burgers are great, as are the topped chips, but strong CAUTION when ordering a waffle. We both ordered waffles that had a flavoured base and received plain bases on both. I changed what I ordered because of the base and got a very disappointing waffle because of it. We both ordered brownie ice cream, but only one of us got it. The other one was amaretto, which had we not noticed, could have triggered my partner's nut allergy and possibly KILLED her. They never called to ask about alternative flavours or even replaced it with a different chocolate option, they are reckless.

The waffle tasted amazing, its enough for 2 people as the portion waa quite big. The smoothie tasted great ans was packaged well to prevent spillages. Only complaint was that the ice in the drink was way too big.

unsure if i misunderstood what a “corn dog” is but definitely just a regular sausage and not a frankfurter style. not what i was expecting however the red velvet cake is always great

Food took over 1hr 30 mins to get here and I live 5 mins from the restaurant. Food arrived not to description, and was cold. Do not recommend at all.
