Canton House in Northampton

I have just had a new path fitted. I have tape all around it to stop people walking on it. Signs as well. I put a note on my order saying please use another entrance and the delivery person walked on my path causing thousands of pounds of damage

The food never arived. When I called they refused to listen and hung up the phone. I tried to call back but no answer. I drove to Canton House when they told me that the food had been delivered to the wrong address and they sugested I should be pationt. Arter 2 hours and 3 phone calls and driving down there... Beware...

Food was over cooked and took nearly 2 hours to arrive.

Everything that was ordered arrived hot and well presented. As always, eyes were bigger than my belly and ordered too much, but so delicious had to scoff the lot.

Ordered on app at 18:35 arrived at 20:45x Poor service tried to call restaurant but got no answer, when I did finally get through I was told it was due to traffic by a very very young person, poor service will never use again

Kept moving delivery time later and later not happy

Although the delivery was a bit late, I did expect it as it's a Saturday night, but the food was worth the wait!! Everything was piping hot and absolutely amazing, especially the garlic broccoli!! Would definitely order from here again and recommed!

An utterly disgraceful effort. I ordered at 1914 and was quoted 2025 - 2045 as a delivery time. I had to phone the restaurant and was told the order was on its way at 2045. It arrived at 2115. My refund is only £3.00 from a full price of £17.70!!!

so some of the restaurants have had to put prices up (I get it ) but portion sizes also have gone down .. so we decided to try here (new to us) we will be using this place from now on .. huge portions (prices reasonable as well) super hot and tasty !! every dish we had was seasoned and tender .. will be trying diff things from here in future

It was alright but that’s as far as it go’s…… for somewhere that dose Chinese and fish and chips you would expect fresh not frozen chips, the prawn toast was bland, flavourless, the Singapore rice was tasteless. A very basic Chinese

I haven’t ordered from here in a while, really disappointed with the food quality tonight. It didn’t seem fresh and the rice looked off and smelt bad! Chicken balls and chips were fine but the chow mien and curry wasn’t great!

honestly avoid this place. 2 hours to deliver and the shop staff are so rude. you can get better elsewhere quicker

The worst Chinese I’ve Eva had the rice was stuck together taste burnt from tje wok the chiken balls were old like they have been reheated the batter was like pancake mix I couldn’t dip them into the sweet and sour sauce as there was a force not letting me dip to the bottom as it was like very thick like bland jelly I never leave reviews but for this place I had to as was so disgusting there chips are stale fish n chip shop style salt n vinger only 1 star hygiene boycott it’s disgusting

Fantastic quality, delicious and hot, did text to warn that food was delayed by a few minutes but that is to be expected as with food this good I would imagen they'd be busy. polite and apologetic delivery person explained that they were very busy. I have found my new Chinese takeaway and delivery shop. well done guys.😀

Never use this take away service!!!!!! Liars. Didn't deliver food then just kept telling us it was impossible we didn't get it and refused to give a refund. Absolutely terrible never experienced such awful service. Cant describe how angry I am!

This took over 2.5 hours to arrive and when it did arrive it was stone cold and not edible, it went straight in the bin. I will never eat from here again.!!!!!

too many poorly prepared vegetables in dishes along with watery sauces. Chicken curry full of mushrooms...?!??

Awful food. Everything was soggy like it had been microwave cooked. Duck was very fatty and slimy. Very low quality.

Fish was covered in dripping grease chicken ball not cooked pork ball pork was pink my dog even refused to eat delivery driver came with a attitude because he had to go get change thinking he was getting a tip stay well away

Curry was big fat lumps of chicken, not cut up properly, onions came in big chunks also, ended up dry because there wasn’t enough curry sauce in it, usually love canton house, but this meal wasn’t at all nice, seemed like it had been rushed.. BBQ spare ribs had no BBQ on them. Four for over £7. Worst meal and I’ve been ordering from them for years with no complaints.

This food was inedible and we threw most of it in the bin. The black pepper beef was jelly like and tasteless. The kung po was just gross and the salt and pepper chicken was tough, burnt and tasteless again. Even the sweet and sour sauce lacked flavour

Very rude staff, management ordered my food they said 25 to 45 minutes, one hour later my food wasn’t even started to cook all they was saying it’s Friday no it’s Saturday, language barrier it’s scary, the service it’s awful the people ( including a probably 5/6 years old child) trying to talk a very broken without a understanding of was was going on, and understanding of the English language, they eventually cancelled my order! Just eat does not check who they work with! And we pay the consequences, I liked the guy that started just eat! But he does not follow what it’s happening anymore, just(the money)eat Never again will use you or any other let down company like it

service and delivery was fast.. food was bland with not much flavour, seemed watered down is the only way to describe it..

Food was very nice as per usual , but one gripe is that the banana fritters and its syrup leaked into the chow mein below it. It would have been better if the banana fritters were packed at the bottom of the bag and the chow mein packed on top of it to avoid leakage .

Had to wait an hour and 25 mins but it was a Saturday. Nice food and a good price.

It was unedibpe. The spring roll was broken you couldn’t pick it up so just beans sprouts in a bag. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was thick slop not soup it was like trying to eat chopped up jelly. And the crispy duck was fatty duck. Wasted my money. I use this place regularly but this is the 2nd time in row it’s been bad so I won’t be using them anymore.

Didn’t deliver the drink that came as part of the set meal

Took an hour and a half, and one of the items was wrong. Instead of special fried rice we got a load of veg in a bland sauce. Too hungry by the time we realised to say anything.
