Ordered a share box from this takeaway last night over an hour waiting and food was poor quality chicken balls were falling apart and salt and chilli chicken was hard and had no flavour and delivery Driver shoved share box into my arms and closed my front door and did not give me my change when I was trying to ask him for my change back, absolutely sickened will not be ordering from here again

Unreal food came quick and piping hot. Thumbs up !! we will order here again.

Stayed on the caravan site. Small quiet site with some nice little walks. We were parked on the upper area and had a great view, especially as we had lovely weather.

Had a tasteless, watered-down chicken curry (knew it was a chicken curry based more on visual clues rather than actual flavour) - hadn't been there for 12 months, won't be back again.

Disgusting food only for the bin - the chicken and cashew nut had a weird horrid smell and sickly slimy glutinous sauce - quite suprise to see that this place appeared to be busy when the food is suck muck - also had the salted chilli chicken it was chewy and greasy but at least it did not have a bad smell - never again!

Moaners will moan. I've been going here since 2009 and can't complain about their food or service Only used the carryout so can't comment on the restaurant when it was opened. Fillet beef in black pepper sauce is unbeatable. You know a place is good when people keep going back.

Customer service?! 🤪 Talk about rude! Not only did the person who served rush everybody along at lightning speed, she also gave small portions for food. My medium box was only 3/4 filled and when I asked her to fill it she said it was enough, despite everyone else’s boxes being filled. The other server put a few extra bits of chicken in but the service was horrendous. The lady behind me in the queue said that the server who wouldn’t add more always gives terrible customer service. Paying £7.50 for the box I got seemed like an absolute rip off, and the customer service (or lack of it) made for a terrible experience.

TAKE AWAY I had placed an order yesterday at 6.21pm for 5 portions of salted chilli chicken and chips, 2 tubs sweet & sour sauce and 2 tubs curry sauce. The meals were inedible…..we’ve been customers of yours for years and never had a bad meal. The chips were really greasy and soggy and the salted chilli was so greasy. Very disappointing but to make matters worse, when I phoned to complain I was told as it was so long since ordering there was nothing you cud do and that I should have brought the meal back for a replacement. I live 8.5 miles away(17mile trip) from ur take away. Could you expect me to travel this distance? That’s not reasonable. Also we had friends visiting and it would not have been appropriate to phone while they were with us. I phoned as soon as they left. This appalling customer service has left us questioning whether we will ever be back in Happy Villa and we will definitely not be recommending you to anyone. worst customer service ever.

I was going to Jade House going on ten years been an owner change in that period but food was still good. The last year incrementally noticing the food quality and quantity has been decreasing - The final straw came for me when I ordered a Chinese collected it the Curry was incorrect - the girl at counter was apologetic as she remembered the order and said they would send delivery driver down with correct Curry bare in mind there was another 25 pound of other items - Delivery driver arrived and said could he get the wrong curry I said yeah no problem some was poured out prior to noticing the mistake - he also was a nice fella but said the owner won’t Accept that and would have to charge for the correct order to which he agreed was crazy - As at this stage was an hour after the order so the rest order been freezing as they only replaced the incorrect item. The customer service from the owner is embarrassing I would say spent a huge amount over the years on this premises - I hope he realises this loses loyal customer like myself

Rang and a woman answered she was very pleasant, great customer service, I needed information about some dishes and she was very patient and even though it was busy the chef took the time to verify ingredients in dishes, would highly recommend, great delivery service and food was very good , would definitely order again

Absolutely fantastic. I ordered the signature burger and this is nothing like the burgers I have ever tasted. I couldn't recommend this place enough. The beef was good, packed with pickles and onions, however, I had to deduct one star from the review as the buns were soggy.

Avoid at all costs - was given wrong items and missing curry sauce. Rang up and they said it was not their problem and nothing they could do about it. The very rude guy on the phone kept hanging up the phone on me (4 times) - got nowhere with it so wasted money and stone cold food that I didn't even order. Take your business elsewhere!
