Probably the worst salt n chilli chicken I’ve ever had, chicken was tough & stringy on the palette, Hartley any spice & very cheesy. Meat spring rolls came cold & soggy veg inside mushy & meat full of cheap ham. They should be ashamed. I hardly ate any of it. Delivery drivers fault for temperature but chefs fault for really bad food.this place will surely go bankrupt in the near future, I’ve eaten here many times but lately nothing they serve is like it used to be. It like Andy isn’t even trying anymore. Andy do you ever taste any of what you send out. Obviously not

So let’s just discuss the ATTITUDE of the OWNER of panda house came in to get training boss told me to go through the back to get containers seen a frog in the back of the kitchen on my way Andy (the owner) was extremely rude and taking advantage of me because I was young and another girl was in training with me got photos taking of her by the boss and videos when we confronted him about this he denied it he also started commenting on how beautiful her face is and saying he wasn’t with his wife when we told his wife about this she completely changed the subject and didn’t seem bothered …somethings going on here? I came back to the shop after working 5-11pm for 2 days straight to get payed and said he can’t pay me and I started to give of he said he can’t afford to pay me then I said why try staff people if u can’t afford to pay? He then got his phone out recorded us and started saying he has a solicitor which also isn’t hard to get and is totally irrelevant to the situation that was going on AVOID .AVOID.AVOID this place at all costs !!!!!

Food arrived with an item missing. Called up to be told it would be sent out. 35 minutes later and still had arrived. The food was inedible and at this point freezing cold. Called them to ask for a refund and was told the missing items would be 15 minutes but as the food was all stone cold now this would not be acceptable. Went to the shop for the refund and was told we would need to get all the food out of our bin and bring it in for a refund. So now on our second trip, with food salvaged from a bin again denied a refund, accused of operating a scam and filmed out consent on a member of staffs phone. Avoid at all cost, given the fact they have asked for food to be returned that had been in a bin the question needs to be asked of what they intend to do with this. Avoid this venue. Eat elsewhere!

Went in for order and shop is a mess. Are they redecorating? Moving? Part of my order was not in bag when I returned home and I rang offering to pay the delivery driver to bring it over, I was told no there was only one delivery driver they wouldn't do that. No offer of rectification! A quick and strong 'No' we can't do that! Then.... The curry was as thick as you like, and the food was really not great. I ate some. My little boy said it was the worst. Fingers crossed we don't have food poisoning. What happened Panda House?

Honestly don’t know how this place is a running takeaway. sent wrong items out for delivery then proceeded to be rude and put the phone down on me when i rang and requested the items i ordered to be sent to me.

Food was raw disgusting my pregnant daughter bit into it shredded chicken was cooked about 3 times over chips also 45 pounds for all to be put in the bin but apparently the chicken they give my daughter is meant to be pink it's was all not cooked deffo don't order from here

Terrible experience, ordered through App, told 45-60 minutes, that’s ok, expectation has been set. Waited 1hr 30 minutes and still no delivery, status on app advised food preparing, called and was advised order was out for delivery, the female person who answered, also started taking an order while on the phone to me, advising the other customer, would be a 30 minute wait, anyhow I was assured it was out for delivery. Waited a further 30 minutes and still no delivery, called back and was told, it’s out for delivery, was asked a few seconds later; what had I ordered 🥴 Surely if it’s out for delivery, they would know what I ordered 😂 waited a further 30 minutes and now 2hrs 30 minutes later, still no delivery. Called back and asked for a refund, was told it was out for delivery, insisted on a refund and was told ok. Three days later still no refund, no delivery ever arrived, app status marked as complete. Avoid this place, order only cost £24.90, not a lot by today’s standards but the owner obviously values his/her business reputation at £24.90. You got it wrong, it happens, make it right, refund the money..

DO NOT COME HERE found at least 6 red suspicious lumps in my pan pan beef which is BROWN and the sauce smelled and tasted vulgar - wouldn’t have even fed it to a wild animal. the rice tasted like someone had cooked it in foot sweat - absolutely inedible. the noodles were extremely wet and cold and as well as the rice - inedible. on top of this it was 2 1/2 hours late!! gave me awful food poisoning!!! Absolutely will not be back.

I have collected orders from this place a few times this year, and the food has been good. This place does the best chicken fried rice in Bangor. I rarely get food delivered, as the food is much nicer when I collect. This my general rule of thumb, not just for this restaurant.

Very poor, chicken curry was just a block of jelly like substance. This was after 80 minutes waiting on the delivery. AVOID!

This was the 2nd chance I gave this place and it was worse. Chips freezing, sweet and sour sauce hard, chicken balls greasy and little to no batter. Undon noodles with chicken are horrible and uneatable. Delivery 25 mins late too. The bag was soaking inside too which means too many delivery for 1 run

This place has messed up order 2 times now they forgot to send my food that night couldn't contact them because was phone was turned off due to last few orders of night and next day they send out cold order was look warm like was left in car over night and refused to give me refund had to contact just eat for refund and boss lady was cheeky over phone. Second time ordered chow mein with black pepper sauce was very salty to the point i couldn't eat it

Ordered 3 dishes,was informed would be 45-60mins wait,which was fine. An hour and a half later food arrived. Completely disappointed,was cold and everything had to be heated in air fryer. Received half a portion of salt and chilli prawns?? When we contacted takeaway,the lady informed us her supplier had sold them tiny prawns?! Total disbelief,was offered a refund for that dish on our next delivery but have been promised this before and was not taken off. Peking chicken tasted like banana fritter!! This Chinese has been going down the tubes the last few months but we always gave benefit of the doubt but have finally resigned ourselves to never ordering again. Advice : steer clear!

Just paid over a tenner for a half container of salted chilli chicken, what a rip off. Also asked for lemon chicken with sauce separate as it keeps the batter dry, but no to that as well

My friend Gary placed an order 8 days ago….it still has not arrived! Hopefully it turns up tonight as he’s really hungry and has ran out of toast…..hopefully Panda House has the good decency to at least give him some free prawn crackers.

Do NOT use this place, food was awful. Special chow mein with NO chicken or prawns only a tiny tiny bit of roast pork, conjealed gravy on chips. People do not waste your hard earned money on this place. When I phoned to address the issue they hung up on me.

You can't give 0 stars on here, or I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered veggie curry and fried rice/chips online, late on a Friday night. When the food arrived, the curry was a congealed block, which we stirred to see if we could bring it back to life, but it was a solid mass on top with runny liquid underneath. It tasted like flour had been mixed with a tiny bit of curry powder. Tasteless and gross. It consisted of a couple of pieces of cabbage heart, one tiny piece of pepper, broccoli, hard peas and a couple of water chestnuts. The chips were burned, hard and cold. I wouldn't serve them to the dog. The fried rice was unrecognisable. I rang and was told I'd recieve a call back, still waiting. Unfortunately we didn't see these reviews before ordering on one of the online apps. The most disgusting takeaway food I've ever had the misfortune to recieve.

Just got a delivery from this place and firstly Half of it was missing . Rang to complain and ask for rest to be sent out to be told they didn’t know when it would arrive and then hung up on me . Drove down picked up missing order and it was absolutely disgusting with some kind of powder coating over it . Literally spat it out and threw in bin . Refused refund and will never ever be back

Absolutely shocking Ordered 2x Singapore noodles and a box of spring rolls 1 box of Singapore noodles was missing and we called and the man who answered had a terrible attitude He said there's nothing he can do and he can't send out another box of Singapore noodles and he put the phone down on us. And the food was greasy and dry. Just disgusting food and disgusting customer service.

Ordered at 9.15pm rang the shop at 10.40pm. they asked was there a problem with my food I said yes I haven't received it, as it said on banger eats that it had been. Woman said she'd ring the delivery driver and get back to me. It arrived 10mins later (nearly 2 hours later) food was cold, chips were soggy and the curry sauce looked like it had been sitting getting cold for so long it had turned to jelly. Chicken wings were too heavily battered with no flavour but grease. Went in the bin

Absolutely filthy! The shop is so greasy and the food was disgusting, will not be back. The counter staff were lovely though and tried to help resolve the issue, but the chef was so rude. Chicken tasted like metal and the chips were undercooked, prawn crackers were stale and didn’t taste very nice.

Son ordered chicken fried rice ended up with special fried rice hates prawns then he found a big hair in it when rang to complain they weren't to happy asked to send it all back and they would give him another one and the wrong order came

SUPER DISGUSTING! Beef curry was flavourless not even salty just a big mess of nothing, noodles tatsed store bought and were not normal Chinese noodles. Prawn crackers are gross as well and chips tasted old???. I waited 40 minutes to an hour for my meal and it was full disappoint. Dont recommend.

MOST RUDE AND UNHELPFUL STAFF. DIRTY SHOP Got our order wrong, TWICE, refused us a refund and took 3 goes to make the order right after being verbally abused by the chef and staff saying it’s our fault?? Got my order wrong and refused to rectify it, said they were to busy and were very rude. Weren't to busy to take my money and give me what I didn't ask for, if I could give 0 stars I would have. Not impressed

Food not showing up when ringing the man on other side was so rude told him food still hasn't shown up even though app said it had and all he said was and what's the problem ??? Erm the food I paid for hadn't shown up is quite explanatory it think he then hung up I rang again to be told its on way thats it

Ordered via just eat, food took an hour to arrive, which wouldn't have been a problem if the noodles to go with the meal hadn't been missing. Finally got through to the restaurant after it was engaged for ages and tried to explain to the person at the other end but their English was very poor so it took some time to get through what the problem was, further complicated by the fact that I wanted to order some banana fritters. Then the person had the gall to try and charge me delivery when they were the ones who forgot the noodles. To cap it all it then took them another hour to deliver the noodles by which time we had decide to give up having meal. The banana fritter was also disgusting, they must have used the rottonest bananas possible - they were black right through. All in all a terrible experience and we won't be ordering ever again!

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided tonight from the guy at the counter when I went to pick up my order. He needs to learn customer service skills as he was extremely abrupt and unfriendly. There was no 'please' and thank you and he snatched the money out of the my hand! Next time I will take my money else where as it left me feeling very unhappy with the service provided.

Disgusting experience. Food arrived lukewarm, was told impossible as it had only just been cooked, could tell the chips were just reheated. Was missing part of the order. Phoned and got abuse from the staff. Only offered to send the missing part and a drink, then was told tough luck it was cold if we wanted it warm we should have gone in to get it and not have it delivered. Disgusting behaviour, have ordered from them plenty of times, to then be treated like this. Won’t be back. Absolute shambles of a takeaway. No idea how you’re still open. Treat your customers right or loose business!

I have no option but to post I ordered meal last night Sunday. Iit was totally unbeatable I phoned tonight and the person could hardly understand. it was this was 7pm and after three ore calls says tomorrow rerrablel

I was hungry and decided on a smaller meal take away. I choose a box meal at £6.50 including free drink. My choice of shredded beef in honey chilli on chips was good. Quite a box with enough for a small meal. Tasty beef and sauce,probably frozen chips and an ice cold diet coke. Seems a family take away with man and wife and son. Friendly,clean and on this visit recommended.

Absolutely awful service. Part delivery received then told the rest would be sent up immediately, never arrived. Phoned to ask for money back, they hung up. Tried to phone constantly, never answered. Called back next day, was put onto the 'manager' who made me sense....then was hung up on again! Totally shocked!!

Absolutely awful service! Ordered food on just eat which took 2hours when we are staying across the road from the shop. I rang and they hung up twice so I went in to see them and they weren't so cheeky then. They apologised but still didn't want to help out with the total shambles that was our order. Basically, this so called 'takeaway' should not be open as they have no idea what they are doing!

Review changed after ignorance of staff and attitude queued up then told to leave as you got to wear mask to enter sign is obsecured by door being open. Now have to wear face mask even though law in NI hasn't changed yet just to order food. Went elsewhere no hassles at other food establishment. Asian Delight better alternative.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered food 2 nights ago from just eat which was paid for, after an hour and a half waiting no food arrived. I rang the restaurant only to get no answer. Rang first thing next morning and was told the boss would ring me that day, again same thing happened. No response from them. I rang them AGAIN the next day to be told the same thing but I wasn’t for having it. So after about 10 calls to the shop throughout the day asking where and when I would be getting my refund, they hang up the phone and don’t answer. I was forced to go through just eat to get my refund, thankfully got it sorted. Would never order from here and will be sharing with everyone that will be interested in ordering from here. Terrible customer service.

Best Chinese food I’ve had in years :)

Absolutely disgusting food, I ordered from panda house as a regular customer and never had a problem but the last time I ordered of them the food was obviously reheated. My son didn't even want to eat his it looked that bad and mine and my husbands food looked like slop on a plate. I phoned Panda house, asked for a refund and explained that not only was the food that bad of quality it was an hr late, I was told I would get a phone call back I never did get a phone call back and their manager is apparently not their (brilliant management). I will never order from panda house again and would urge anybody to read this before thinking of ordering panda house food.

Ordered food at 5.30 through JustEat. Didn't arrive. Lied and said it had been delivered. Tried to call, but they changed their status to closed. No answer on phone. This was meant to be a treat for our daughter's birthday today. Safe to say we'll not order from here again.

Have to say, I love my Chinese's and was feeling something different tonight. Decided to get from here, had a read through the reviews they were okay, got salted chilli chicken with noodles and a portion of salted chilli chips, it arrived rather fast which worried me, but... the food was absolutely amazing, this is one of the best Chinese's around town!! Really well cooked, portions were amazing and best of all it was very cheap!! Will be back here!! Tip for the driver next time!!

The meal arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. Everything tasted good although I was a disappointed that I could not master how to order simple boiled rice with s main dish. We asked for 1930 and it came at 1855 but that was ok, food was great and portion size excellent but we were missing the fried rice that I paid £2.00 for and a very disappointed son only having chips and curry sauce.

There was hardly any curry on the half and half, which was my wife's meal. She was very disappointed and said she would never order again, although she was aggrieved as the curry she did get was very nice.

Paid £1.50 for extra prawn crackers and only received a tiny portion that u normally receive complimentary
