Wong Lee in Banbridge

Lovely food but my god be prepared to wait for it! Ordered and told it would be 15 mins, waited an hour! Previous to that I waited an hour and was then told my order got lost, wont be back no matter how good the food

Been going to this place for years and can't really fault it. Sometimes it's very very busy but that's a good thing in my books.

This place is renowned for slow orders and mediocre food, knowing that I still went one day because is was close by and I was clean starving.

I ordered a very small order totalling £10 at half 6 on a Saturday evening.i expected to wait as its a busy time and the girl on the phone said it would be an hour.TWO hours later my chinese arrived missing half my order.I was speaking to a different lady then who said she couldn't understand why the order had taken so long and missed some items and sent up a second order however the damage had been done and will be trying another chinese in the future.

Ordered a beef and mushroom and fried rice dish.

Wong Lees is my go to Chinese takeaway in Banbridge always good food at reasonable prices. The stir fried Malaysian chicken and noodles is outstanding. They also deliver.

Phoned for a delivery (2 minute drive) but i haven't been feeling well or i would have collected it. The girl said it would be 30mins, 55mins later it arrives. I expected to pay £8.50 for my meal including delivery costs based on the menu I viewed online. £10.10 only a coupme of pound difference but a meal for one person, bit much. Had to heat it up myself as it was freezing too. Disappointing.

I used to love this Chinese. Fast service for take away. Great delivery service from Frank & Wendy. Great craic in the restaurant (when it's actually open) But tonight was the last ever!!! Got Chicken & cashew nuts. Only after dishing out the rice to find a huge long black hair tangled up in it! We're all blonde ere so it definately didn't belong to us. Will never eat here again!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!

a brilliant chinese restaurant to visit in county down ,well cooked food and a brilliant service ,and also it has an alcohol licence so you can even enjoy a drink with your meal ( if your not driving ) ,worth a visit

Food is great, which is the only reason I keep returning because the fact I consistently have to wait 1 1/2 hours for my food though is beginning to be somewhat of a joke!! Making me seriously reconsider my choice of Chinese.....

Hemos intentado varias veces de Wong Lee y suele ir para llevar de pollo al curry.

I've never had bad food out of here. my son od a regular who loves his Chinese. everthing you order is always nice.

Food is great when you get it..... Phone orders tell you 20 mins and 60mins later your still standing there waiting, don't know what has happened as used to be pretty fast service.

Un cliente aquí por un buen tiempo, pero tras el sábado por la noche no regresaré. Llamamos al orden a las 7 h y me dijeron que estará listo para la recogida de 7.25 pm. Llegué sobre las 19:30 y la orden no estaba lista, así que tuve que esperar. 8 De la tarde y después de preguntar sobre mi pedido que todavía no estaba listo. Varias personas habían llegado a la tienda después de mí y sirvieron así que en unos 8,25 h me preguntó otra vez sobre mi pedido, la chica detrás del mostrador nos registramos con la cocina y me dijeron que mi pedido faltaba. Me fui con disgusto después de estar en la tienda por casi una hora todavía sin mi comida. Fuimos a Golden Jade y estaba delicioso y dan galletas gratuitos de gambas, que este lugar no.

normally place is ok ,but tonight waited almost an hour for delivery , rang the shop and was told meal has JUST left the shop , arrived at the door about 2 mins after that , paid over £15 for meal , and as soon as we opened it we knew it had been either sitting in the car or the shop for ages as it was barely luke warm , 3 or 4 mouthfulls and it is now in the bin, i have been a regular for a few years but i will vote with my feet , and find somewhere else from now on

Googled chinese restaurants en route back to belfast from dublin airport first place to come up. Stopped and had a fantastic meal sitting in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and very nice meal delicious. Could be regular pit stop on our travels.5 stars

Have been here a few times and every visit has been a good experience. Very busy takeaway attached to this restaurant which is a good sign that the food is good. We will certainly go back.

I've lived in Banbridge for over 13 years, and have a Chinese every week. That's alot of Chinese, and I believe qualifies me as having a degree of expertise in the area of take away oriental cuisine.I've had them all, from The Great Wall to Phoenix Palace, from Red Leaf to Gaze, but Wong Lee is simply the worst I've ever been served. Absolute snot! Really tough guey bits floating in an MSG goo. Unless you're the sort of person that feeds on the bogeys of others, then steer clear. Actually just steer clear. The 'food' resembled the aftermath of a giant sneeze, a disgrace to serve this to man or beast.
