Jade House Chinese Takeaway in Belfast

I was going to Jade House going on ten years been an owner change in that period but food was still good. The last year incrementally noticing the food quality and quantity has been decreasing - The final straw came for me when I ordered a Chinese collected it the Curry was incorrect - the girl at counter was apologetic as she remembered the order and said they would send delivery driver down with correct Curry bare in mind there was another 25 pound of other items - Delivery driver arrived and said could he get the wrong curry I said yeah no problem some was poured out prior to noticing the mistake - he also was a nice fella but said the owner won’t Accept that and would have to charge for the correct order to which he agreed was crazy - As at this stage was an hour after the order so the rest order been freezing as they only replaced the incorrect item. The customer service from the owner is embarrassing I would say spent a huge amount over the years on this premises - I hope he realises this loses loyal customer like myself

Food was stone cold and order was wrong..was told they don't do refunds. Owner extremely rude! Took two hours for food to come ! Definitely don't recommend this place!

Pedido el sábado por la tarde 16/5/20 a través de JustEat para evitar colgar el teléfono, la comida llegó 40 minutos antes de lo indicado, ¡que fue LO único bueno! ¡La comida debe haber sido preparada mucho antes, ya que llegó fría como una piedra! La mala calidad, el mal sabor y las raciones pobres, fue peor incluso después de recalentar. Obviamente la línea estaba ocupada cuando intenté devolver la llamada, ¡de hecho durante unas horas! Y solo si tuviera niños en la casa, lo habría devuelto personalmente a la tienda. En cambio, fue tirado a la basura. De mi bolsillo 30 (¡y ni siquiera una porción gratis de galletas de gambas!) NUNCA me quejo, pero esto realmente se lo merece.

puro boke, contrapeso grosero, nunca volvería a tener. orden desordenada y tampoco trató de enmendar. No lo recomendaría!

The takeaway has recently changed owners. The new chef is excellent. The food is delicious and great value for money. Highly recommend if you want a tasty Chinese.

Have never had a bad meal from this chinese, me and my family have been ordering from it since i was a kid when it was named otherwise. Great food, noce staff and fast service :-)

This place has lost a bit of quality. Very salty food and no taste to the rest either. My veggie curry, I could make better at home but after a long day in work, I was too tired. The rice was not nice at all. The curry lacked everything a curry should have, a kick.

I don't normally review take away food places but I felt that Jade House deserved a review. This is a small Chinese takeaway, they have a very good menu and what I like best is that they cook the food right in front of you. Our favourite would be the starter meal for one - it is £6.95 and you get a box with 2 ribs, 1 chicken ball and a spring roll with a choice of a curry or a chow mein and a tin of coke or Fanta. The food is always delicious and warm, (and the place is very clean and tidy). The portion is being enough for my two teenagers. I usually phone the order through and pop down to pick it up. The staff are so friendly and the owners are quiet but they always give me a smile and a wave. Well done Jade House (oh only complaint is the squeaky front door - please oil it... it is like nails down a blackboard!!).
