Rang and a woman answered she was very pleasant, great customer service, I needed information about some dishes and she was very patient and even though it was busy the chef took the time to verify ingredients in dishes, would highly recommend, great delivery service and food was very good , would definitely order again

Absolutamente terrible servicio, pedí un pedido por valor de £ 43 y me perdí el pedido paralelo para mi plato principal de langostinos con chile. Llamé al restaurante, pero la joven me dijo que sería otra hora para tener la entrega principal. Mi pedido se retrasó más de 1 hora y no estaba dispuesto a esperar tanto. Tampoco aprecié el tono de la señora conmigo en el teléfono .. el servicio se ha caído inmensamente y la atención al cliente no existe. Será la última vez que pida desde aquí

Disgustingly disappointed!!! Called tonight around 5pm and spoke to a woman with absolutely no professional phone ettiquite. I've over 15 years managing in the industry and am never really shaken, but this lady's phone manner was appalling and left me gobsmacked. 5 minutes to order 2 items, anyway.. Food arrived in good time, cracked it open all is looking good. If I'm being honest chips were stale and rice was a little mushy, but otherwise tasty! Missus was enjoying hers, reminded me after a few bites I have curry sauce. Naturally plastered it all over and went to tuck in, tasted like burnt paper!! I've been in kitchens long enough to know the taste of a burnt pot - so should this chef and he STILL serves it, for above average price too!!! Okay, no biggie, I have chicken and sweetcorn soup to do me so will just phone them after and offer some polite feedback as we are regulars. Get the same lady on the phone, not going to give a blow-by-blow of that conversation as she cut me off as I was explaining the sauce is burnt with "yeah okay do you want to order something else?" And when I declined saying I just wanted to let the chef know, in the fakest voice you could imagine "ah okay well really sorry bout that" and hangs up. Can't imagine ever coming back here to order now. I've already passed around the family and friend group chats to steer well clear. Shocking service, I'm sure the owner wouldn't want his business being represented with this food and service.

Have never written a food review in my life but this is one of the worst meals I have ever had so I feel somewhat compelled. Absolutely lovely woman who deals with the phones and the interactions but what on earth is the chef thinking/doing? The food is clearly stale and just tastes generally off like it has been sitting in a broken fridge for a week. I tried to reheat it later, tried to add salt and pepper even but it could not be saved. 95% of it unfortunately in the bin, where it goes I imagine the rats turning their noses up at it. If you are going to do food, do better.

Horrible never again reheated hard chips. Slimy beef in the dish need to improve their standards. By far the worse Chinese take away I have had. Don’t waste your money!

3 hours waited for food, phoned few times to which was told was on it way. Last time I phoned I was told there was a mistake they didn’t even put my order through absolute jokes and I’d have to wait another half hour

Worse Chinese ever. My usual one is closed today so ordered this one for me and my partner. 25pound and 3/4s of it is still sitting on the table. Salted chill chicken was basically batter, disgusting batter at that. Chicken wings are like something could throw at the cops, curry tasteless, ribs awful, meat all fatty, chips and chicken balls burnt. Best part was the raw onions in the meal

Ordered the 'mock' chicken only to be sent real chicken 😭 phoned to tell them to be advised (over the phone, despite it being in front of me) that it was mock we'd ordered..we refused to accept this as I've ordered it a few times before. I've only stopped eating animals a few years ago so I definitely knew it was real. They sent a replacement and of course this was completely different and the usual mock meat. I rang to confirm it was chicken they'd sent first and they just said they'd check more in future, but I would hate to think if any of the kids had an allergy or if I hadn't of noticed then everyone eating it 🤢🤢🤢 why something straightforward got so mixed up is very worrying. Definitely not ordering from here again!

Very disappointing ordered the Thai Red curry chicken was processed and tasteless, sauce tasted of nothing,... Best bit was the prawn crackers... Not worth the £17 including delivery for 2 meals

Awful got chicken chow mein the smell was dreadful smelt 'off' like the chicken was bad the taste was worse rang up and was told i would have to drive back asked coukd driver collect answer was no so had to drive back to be given my money back appalling way to treat a regular customer wont be back

Ordered for 1st time last night and was the worst take away i ever had, slimy fatty meat (what there was of it) and runny curry 🤢 I think I'll stick to elements in future

The "Salt and Chill Chicken" had no meat what so ever on it pure batter, the curry beef was pure fat. Noodles were nice tho

Nunca volvería a ordenar de este lugar mi primer y el último, era asqueroso, la sal y la carne de chile eran como trozos de carne secos que quedaban y el curry especial de la carne de res era solo un trozo de grasa.

Got special curry with noodle's delivered and the CHICKEN was off so rang them back and they sent out another portion and the same Chicken was OFF so I got taxi up to shop with the curry told them all to try and the desk staff did and a lady but the chef didn't I wonder why . They agreed it was discusting. And tried to only give me refund for only the chicken in a special curry even thought I had mixed it with my noodle's .got refund in the end .BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER OR EAT OUT OF THIS PLACE AGAIN YUCK

Nice chinese food but ordered extra portion of think noodles and got thin noodles and smallest portion ive ever saw.come on.noodles are hardly an expensive ingredient .but nice otherwise. Dont order noodles.maje your own

Choys a bit more expensive than some other local Chinese takeaways but I order from them because they use fresh chips (rather than frozen, which I hate). Soooo annoying though that 2 of the last 3 orders I've placed have included frozen chips, which meant the food ended up just going in the bin. Will Def stop me ordering from here again because I'm never sure that I'll get what I think I'm ordering, although generally nice food and fast delivery. Just disappointing when u get something different every time u order :-(

Ordered last week just reviewing now. Food was inedible, the chips and the batter around the chicken where undercooked and the gravy was like tar. I requested a refund and I was told no. Bad food and terrible service.

Ordered tonight for the first time and it will defo be the last. Rang for a delivery and might aswell of been speaking to a brick wall. Had to wait over an hour and when it arrived the order was completely wrong and looked and tasted horrible. Totally recommend not to eat from here. Just terrible

Me bastante regularmente desde aquí. Pero anoche fue el último. recibí carne n Black Bean salsa que yo iría b y normalmente lo que fue pura grasa y cartílago no carne. Me procedió a colocar una crítica a comer, ya que este es el lugar donde me de orden y no publicado. Le doy 1 estrellas para comida y 1 para entrega (que tardó 12 minutos aproximadamente). Ahora sé por qué era tan rápido comida era absolutamente horrible última NYT. Re evaluar mi llevar chino. Me dio la sensación de que la shudve enviado mi comentario, ya que no es verdaderamente justo con el cliente.

Best Chinese, by far better than the one across the road. This Chinese does great deals for just £5 or less- which are so filling! as well as the massive variety on the menu. The food is declious, chefs really know what they're doing hope they don't change the recipe of anything. Recommend they're sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style -excellent👌🏼 always call in when I'm in the area

Got a curry fried rice a half and half an portion of fried onions. It came to £10.40!!! Rip off and didn't even get prawn crackers
