Such a disappointment not up to date menu on counter special fried rice I don’t think processed ham omelette on top and what is the brown gloupey gravey all about horrible

Food is pretty bland (nothing has seasoning), they only accept cash in hand and overall the place doesn't seem very clean. It's not a bad enough place for a one star review, but unless you were struggling to go somewhere to eat, I wouldn't really bother with the place. It's a shame though because they are in a great location and could be a great local Chinese takeout.

I ordered food at 7pm and called multiple with no answer so didn’t know of the food was coming waited until and it never arrived and every other nice takeaway was closed and didn’t what I ordered because they didn’t deliver or answer the phone so I would recommend that people don’t order from them as they won’t deliver your food and you’ll starve all night waiting for them

The food is always consistently brilliant. Friendly and efficient. I highly recommend their Satay chicken, salt and chilli chicken and their black bean. All amazing. The best Chinese take away around!

This Place is so bad, I went to the bother of adding it to google just to leave a 1 star review. The last time I was in, I took food home. I opened the bag only to be hit with the most putrid smell. It smelled of burnt plastic and spoiled chicken; it took several days for the terrible smell to leave the house completely. I took it back in to get my money back right away only to find they had pulled the shutters and were hiding inside. They also refused to answer the phone. Clearly other customers had a similar experience and rather than offering refunds or replacements; they decided to close the doors, hide and pocket the cash.

Ordered a meal to be sent by delivery. My boyfriend and I often order food from this restaurant and have never had any issues until tonight. On opening our side of chips we noticed small ack charcoal like pieces covering them, which I chose to ignore, but non the less should not have been there. While my boyfriend was eating his meal he cut a piece of chicken and immediately was hit with a foul smell. He got me to smell it too to be sure that he wasn’t imagining it and it was unbearable! Seeing as we had just begun eating he tried to call the restaurant but it rang out and proceeded to call 3 more times, each time without an answer. I then called twice more on my phone, but got no answer. He then tried one more time and on this try we discovered that the phone had rudely been taken off the hook. We have never had a problem before but after this situation we certainly will not be back.

Stopped in during a visit locally and had a lovely breakfast here. Team were very friendly and efficient and the pancake stack can be recommended for sure. Add to that great coffee and what’s not to like.

The staff here were an absolute joke from start to finish. We booked a table of 18, we required 1 high chair and this was an issue for some reason. The restaurant wasn't busy so there were plenty of high chairs. Then taking our drinks order one of the waitresses got very fed up with us, we are a big group so of course it wouldn't be easy but we weren't rude or demanding or noisy. Then another waitress arrived to take our food orders, she continuously sighed repeatedly making it very obvious how inconvenient we apparently were to her. Once the starters came out, one of the waitresses asked a guest at our table if it was OK that their starter would be out within the next couple of minutes, my guest jokingly said no, obvious to us all that it was a joke. The waitress aggressively repeated "what do you do?" Until my guest got very uncomfortable and the waitress stormed off. The mains arrived next however the 2 meals for the 2 small kids (2 year old and 11 month old) were the last to arrive. We had assumed the kids meals would arrive with the starters to give them time to cool down, however this wasn't the case. We were waiting on the last remainder of sides to arrive and had decided we needed 2 garlic potatoes, we allocated the first one but no one claimed the second one but as we were in the middle of saying set them anywhere they will be ate, the waitress slammed the dish down and stormed off (again). We then ordered desserts however they took longer to arrive than anything else, although one of the desserts was forgotten so when we asked about it the same waitress with the attitude problem huffed and stomped into the kitchen to retrieve this and then slammed it onto the table in front of us. As someone who works in hospitality I know how challenging groups can be but there was no call for the behaviour we experienced as a family. We spent well over £500 during a month where not many people have money and we just wanted to give back to our community, we were treated with such disgust we will be contacting the managing staff on Monday to talk this matter through.
