Overpriced rushed service very loud music……no customer care asked for the music to be turned down as it was going thump thump and very noisy with big parties of people.at no time were we asked if everything was ok only if we required more drinks.ordered a banquet…the starters and crispy duck all came at the same time. And we had to ask for a break before the main course came……the only redeeming feature was that the the actual decor was beautiful .we will not be returning

Seemed a little hectic but I have used it 4 times now while visiting Redcar. I feel it is one of the best Chinese takeaways I have used, I only wish it was in West Yorkshire. Worth the wait great fresh food.

Honestly the worst food, most had no flavour and what did, was horrid - it went straight in the bin. Worst £50 spent.

We ordered, special fried rice, singapore fried rice, sweet and sour chicken hong kong style that tasted worse than moulded socks. The rice dishes were cold and tasted like shredded paper. By far the worst chinese I've had in years. It should close immediately!!!!!. Complete and utter waste of time, money and shop space. The salt and pepper ribs tasted like they were deep fried, then frozen then microwaved and served with a sprinkle of salt.

We ordered online on Saturday night around 7.50pm, including Kung Po Chicken(with Cashew Nuts) and Beef Chop Suey. The food was ready quickly and on time for the collection and was very tasty.

Food has always been good here but on the last trip the chips were drier than the Gobi Desert. I suspect they were either oven chips or microwave chips.

Utterly disappointed with how we was treated, food turned up up soggy tasteless and full of oil phoned back to complain was told we could have another delivery to see if any better and agin the same food turned up was then told we could have a refund and how sorry they were was told to make sure we keep the food which we did hours went past no refund the next evening we phone back to ask where the refund is and was told we was never allowed a refund £50 worth of Chinese still sitting on the kitchen side to be picked up was spoken to horrendously no apology nothing so no food and no refund discusting really wouldn’t use this place I know loads of people myself that have had same problems and will also not be returning utterly shocking the customer service is discusting and so is the food if I could score lower I would

Normally I am quite a positive person and my reviews normally match that but, in this instance, f I could give zero stars I would!! This is by far the worst Chinese I have ever eaten or ordered from. The food was late (took almost two hours in the end to arrive) and when I phoned to query the first time (over an hour since ordering) it was quite obvious that they hadn’t even started the order. Twenty minutes later I phoned again and was told that as I wasn’t a regular customer I couldn’t expect any prioritisation. No, I wasn’t expecting to be prioritised, just to get my food when it was supposed to turn up!! When the food finally arrived it was inedible!! The sweet and sour sauce just tasted of vinegar, the lamb was actually beef, the Foo Yung was dry and tasteless! Such a disappointment after waiting so long… With such rude service and awful food, there is no chance of us becoming regular customers. We will not be returning! Avoid at all costs!!

Today we went for the Prawn Wonton soup and were rewarded beyond expectation! Service was excellent and more main dishes included the Black Bean Beef and the totally white boy sweet and sour pork which we are not ashamed to order.

Ordered on the phone, terribly rude woman took our order, waited 2 hours then rang to see how long before our order arrived. I was rudely treated and basically asked if I wanted our order or not? Spoken to others who have experienced this same rudeness. Food eventually arrived at 22:35, Offered a 10% discount for the treatment and delay. The food was not so great when it arrived eventually and was also lukewarm. Disastrous. Go elsewhere

Well I was using you for years, but no longer, I won’t have attitude when I call to place an order and you answer the phone and leave me holding while I hear another phone being picked up in the background and taking an order down. If you don’t have enough staff to pick up a phone I suggest you employ additional staff and preferably without attitude to the customer. I’ve ordered an Indian instead, quicker, happy to take you’re money and can change any items on the menu without battering an eye lid. Have a think about what I have said and you might keep your customers you already have. It’s a shame but rudeness is unexceptable.
