Bit late with delivery, but it was hot and delicious. Well worth it. Not listed on just eat, recommended by staff at the hotel. Will be using again next time we're here.

Just ordered from here food is rancid. Haven’t had a Chinese for months and I can’t even eat this crap. Crispy Chilli Beef looks like dried scabs with nothing but salt to taste. Defo no chilli. Salt and pepper chicken also dry and taste less. What a waste of money. If I could be arsed I would go up and ask them to eat it. Shocking, foods came on time but seriously that should not be sold as edible . Never again

Disappointed and disgusted!! Avoid. Please don’t waste you money. Rude and no customer service at all! Food is beyond disgusting

Orderes chinese tonight.. was told 1 hour and 2 hours later..still nothing.. had to go to the shop.. hadnt even started cooking.. ruined birthday take away for the family.. and no explanation.. disguisting service..

Ordered food tonight and it was all dis coloured and they forgot bits of my food never had anything like it.not recommend if not tried!

Not good at all waited 1 and a half hours for food and when it came it was all cold and sloppy!!! Won't be ordering from here again!

The food was really good for me. I think the taste was so similar to Cantonese cuisine. We ordered a sour duck and a sweet and sour pork. They were really good. The tastes were not very strong. Which is perfect for Hong Kong people. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely order again.

Excellent food, fresh and tasty. Food arrived early on Saturday night which was a nice bonus.

Waited over 2 and half hours for our food then to be delivered with hair in our food, I’ve used this place for over 20 years and I will never go back, there response on the telephone was pretty much get on and eat it! It and they were disgusting, after ringing them they were not interested as they had no delivery drivers,

Awful food please and most definitely the worse Chinese i have ever had! Chips and chicken balls under cooked & the sauce was like stock water. All went straight in the bin complete waste of money!

Food was flavorful and authentic. Staff were very polite and attentive. Prices were really good and the atmosphere of the restaurant is really chill

Jade garden has for many years been our favourite Chinese but after our recent experience NO. The curries were in a thick sauce in large foil containers around £6+with rice or chips now £9+ now in smaller plastic containers,curry sauce watery.I know everything has gone up in price but to charge more for LESS isn’t right.

Absolutely the worse Chinese we have ever ordered . Freezing cold chips and curry sauce l. The meals had no flavours all. Would give no stars if this was possible. Have not eaten here for years so ordered for the first time yesterday. Never again.

I've just received my order and the chow mein is not good at all. I haven't ordered for a while due to the quality last time but thought id give it a go. Won't be ordering again. Used to be the best chow mein around. Not sure what's happened, it's as if you can't be bothered anymore.
