Awful food please and most definitely the worse Chinese i have ever had! Chips and chicken balls under cooked & the sauce was like stock water. All went straight in the bin complete waste of money!

Our food was all cold and my beef in black bean sauce was tasteless. I think the containers do not help to keep food hot.

Food was absolutely delicious! If your looking for some Chinese food, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere as soon as you walk in and so welcoming! Definitely coming here again 😆 looking forward to it!

Avoid going this shop , very rude , awful and unhygienic. Plate have food stains , kitchen very dirty .

Food was tasteless, and not all our order turned up, was told out of stock and had to contact just eat for a refund. Our sauce was also 'split' so was unable to eat it.

Food was amazing, and my little 2 yr old boy was delighted to see he got a Christmas bowl and cup with his kids meal! And a Capri sun & a mini bag of haribo! What a lovely touch thank you very much :)

This Chinese is so good I regularly order, but the last time we ordered it was even better. Ordered a kids meal for my son and it said it came with a ‘free gift’ and I was pleasantly surprised to see it came with a sippy bottle and a paw patrol lunch box which he LOVES! I will most definitely continue to order from here!

Your mushroom omelette was thinner than your menu, the mushrooms within omelette were rawer than a steak tartare. your spring roll tasted funny and the rice was undercooked, but in all honesty I cant get over how thin my omelette. if you'd like I can email you photos of a star kitchen mushroom omelette so you can see what it is meant to look like

Ordered for a Birthday Meal, waited over 2 hours for the food to arrive, it was expensive and had to make numerous phone calls, including contacting the app online. We had no refund, they were not bothered and when the food finally arrived, it was rushed and under cooked, it was dreadful food. AVOID

Restraint apologetic for lateness of meal but food was only like warm on arrival and quality was not worth the wait.

AWFUL & AVOID: What was a Birthday meal, completely spoilt. Waited nearly two hours for our food, numerous phone calls, no refund or offer of some money back, contacted JustEat on the night to flag this takeaway up. Our food was awful, undercooked and rushed, I wouldn't insult to feed it to an animal. I will be purseuing this case and adivce. I will never return to this takeaway and will be spreading the word around town!!! AWFUL FOOD & SERVICE!!!!

Food was over two hours late, it was lukewarm, the chips were soggy and it was flavorless. absolutely wouldn't order from here ridiculously overpriced and not worth the money.

Meant to arrive at 9 after ordering at 8 so didn't mind waiting knowing it may be a little busy for a Saturday night but 9 came and went . Rang up at qauter past 9 said waiting for a driver be there soon so waited till qauter 10 no sign rang back to be told the same thing waiting for driver be there soon this time asked to speak to manger to be told we are really sorry just busy but told them not good enough. To be told it will just take another half an hour told them to give money back never got it back got told to do on the app wouldn't let me. Finally got the food at 10.15 so 2 hours we waited which is stupid. And never got my money back might as well as had food for free and had money back be alright if was told at 9 or when orederd to say we are running late. I get it's busy but no excuse at all it's stupid to wait that long for food that should have been there at 9 but ordered at 8. Lost my customer service.

Ordered tonight for the first time on just eat never again. Ordered at 8 said your order will be there for 9 so waited understanding it's a Saturday night everywhere is busy. 9 came and went so rang up at qauter past 9 to be told we are waiting for driver he is on his way back to the store won't be to long now be there very soon. Qauter to 10 came still no sign so rang up to ask where it was to be told the same thing we are waiting for a driver won't be long. So asked to speak to the manger he said he was sorry but he didn't even know what was going on he said it won't be long asked what time then to be told abouther half an hour. Asked for money back to be told can't do it go through the app tried through the app couldn't do it through the app. Food came about qauter past 10 driver said sorry for delay but still not the point. Gould have got my money back and had it for free might as well have been for free. I get it's Saturday if been in a fast food restaurant but you ring the customers or let them know before hand never got told it would be 2 hours late other wise would have gone somewhere else.

Food was very nice, not too salty. Still hot, good quality and portion sizes. Took a little bit longer than expected for delivery but it was a Saturday. The delivery driver was very friendly. We will be ordering again- thank you 😌

we ordered a Chinese from the new bamboo house in Shrewsbury ,the food arrived nearly an hour late with food missing that we paid for! so we tried to call them up but no dial tone so we hat to call the just eat operator who refunded us for the items missing!!

Ate from here a month ago and it was alright, ordered Tonight and it was disgusting.. everything tasted off coal, had plain noodles which were tasteless chips were absolutely terrified! Don't know what sauce they gave me.. looked like Sweet and sour but didn't taste like it. I eat alot of Chinese's and this is by far the worst I've ever had.

food always on time, more often than not early. excellent portion size and delivery driver on this meal even said “enjoy your meal” no other take away has done that from my experience!:)

ordered food via just eat , the time for delivery showed 19.15 hrs i ordered at 18.00hrs , food arrived approx 18.30hrs egg fried rice curry sauce and salt and chilli chicken pieces , i opened the containers and the smell of the curry was wretching it smelled like dirty fat the egg fried rice was a cold mound of rice which was in a clump and no sign of egg , but the worst part was the chicken pieces at nearly £6 per portion , i pulled apart a piece and carried on pulling i dont know what it was but it pulled like rubber bands that wouldnt snap no chicken content just sinew like strings which wouldnt break but sprung back , it was similar to cows stomache which they wrap around haggis , i felt physically sick and rang the shop for a refund , no refund was given but said her boss would send a new meal "she cook beautiful chicken this time " were her words , the new meal arrived but i asked the delivery person what did she think of the alledged chicken i showed her from the origional delivery her response when showing her was eeeeeewwww whats that ? my sentiments exactly , i opened the new meal and hey ho exactly the same dirty curry no egg in the egg fried rice just a clump of cold goo and salt and chilli whatever it was , i still feel sick thinking about what i could have eaten had i not thrown both meal in the bin even my dog wouldnt chance it , £16 down inc del and no food , think its safe to say my first and last time yuk

Food came quickly and was plentiful, well presented, for peak time I was very impressed. However both of my dishes tasted like burn and I was unable to eat the majority of both the duck fried rice and chicken and cashew dishes. Mistakes happen so willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

First order from here and it was absolutely amazing. Food was perfect and very tasty. Delivery stated an hour and a half which was a little long but arrived on time. Highly recommend will definitely use again!! Thanks :)

worst Chinese I’ve ever been to

Not a good start as had no crispy duck. the whole meal was devoid of taste except the spare ribs they were nice. we had king prawn udon, with no king prawns !! my black bean sauce only had 2 !!!!!!!! black beans in it! I would not recommend this Chinese TA or order with them ever again.

portion sizes have shrunk since Saturday 19th. ordered Chop Suey and it was nearly half the size of my portion on Saturday.

Food arrived late and was cold. I rang the takeaway at 20:15 (5 mins post due arrival time), food didn’t arrive until after 8:40

Disappointed... Every dish had to be put in the microwave as it was all too cold to eat. The beef was different from every Chinese I've had (braised beef). The only good thing was the ribs, unfortunately not enough to make me a customer again.

Wasn't cooked from fresh, arrived ten minutes after ordering so couldn't of been & food wasn't very nice at all, three most of it away, plus they charged an extra £5 to deliver, wont ever use them again

Food arrived luke warm and over 30 minutes late. The restaurant made no apparent effort to let us know the food was going to be late. When it arrived there was no acknowledgement it was late, no apology, nothing. The food itself was mediocre but that may have been because we needed to reheat it.

Wow fantastic food yet again. Beef was amazing. Children were so happy with the free drink bottle, sweets and drink in a container that came with their meals. They always look forwards to a meal from here. Thank you again for another lovely meal.

After moving here we were still to find a Chinese we liked. Finally one that my kids like too. The kids meals were so thoughtful including plastic plates and cups, a drink and sweets!!! The food was hot and nice. Big portions and delivered on time. Will use again. Thank you for a good experience.

The deliver driver so so abruptly rude and aggressive when I spoke to him that it is extremely unlikely I would order from here again for fear of actually meeting him in person. When the driver that delivered my food (a different one) he told me that "Yeah, he's just a bit of a d#@k" Meh

My hot and soup was awful, salt and pepper chips aren’t normally battered so weren’t nice and crispy beef was tasteless and chewy

Absolutely shocking delivery. Order with a delivery time of 50mins, an hour and a half later the food arrived! No notification of a late delivery until over an hour after we ordered. Restaurants should not accept the order if they cannot delivery on time they original accept!

The wasn’t awful but it was lacking flavour in general. The noodles where good but the main dish Pork with pickled ginger was pretty poor. Not sure I’ll use them again

I mean the food was okay not so good for how much I paid, the delivery time was almost a hour and a half... cost more then I thought it was worth maybe I will use them again however unlikely.

Ordered through Just Eat. Said estimated delivery 45-60 minutes which seemed quite long but no, within 2 mins of ordering I see "The restaurant has added 30 mins to your delivery time". Great so that's and hour and a half now, if it said 60-90 mins estimated beforehand I wouldn't have even ordered. To make this even worse, the delivery was 25 mins late. So that was 1 hour and 55 minutes from order time. Girl knocks on the door says "Hi" and hands me the bag and walks off. No "Thank you", and incredibly no "Sorry about the delay". Just "Hi" *hands over bag and walks off*. Unbelievable. To make matters even worse, the food was luke warm... Who is running this place?

Ordered food at 18:30 so was expecting it around 19:00-19:15, then I had an email to say the delivery time was extended automatically to an extra half an hour so was to come around 19:45...then it finally arrived at 20:10. Food was cold and very bad service. Wouldn’t use again.

Not quite sure what I've just eaten but it's wasn't chicken satay, disappointed! Chow mein however was fab and kids loved the fortune cookies and keyrings.

amazing! I've lived in China and your dim sum menu is truely incredible! I really love your udon noodles too and everything is so well priced! all finished off with a box of fortune cookies! everything I've ever wanted in an English Chinese!

2 out of 5 for quality and taste. Excessive use of onions in each dish in place of main ingredients.

Not the quality I'm used to and a huge majority of each dish was padded out with large amounts of onion.

We are regular returning customers but today's delivery arrived with free fortune cookies, free mince pies and a couple of keyrings!! Arrived hot. As always we will be back.
