Food was quite nice, ordered from here multiple times and never failed me. It’s a staple takeaway.

No nice. We ordered the same as what we normally order from a different Chinese, unfortunately that one was close this evening. We ordered the same dishes for 5 people along with extra and all struggled to finish due to the taste. Delivery was literally on its way after the order was placed so this is equally as concerning.

Food dreadful and sadly not the usual standard that I get from Fans. Wontons over cooked, fried to smithereens, resembled over cooked crisps and were binned. Special fried rice was undercooked and tasteless. Chicken & sweetcorn soup was the only item not ruined. I won’t be ordering from fans again, a huge disappointment.

The last 2 times ordering the food has got to us with in 20mins and is 10mins+ from my house and all you can tease is salt.. unedable which is a shame because we used this place most weekends. Won't be ordering again

Food was very late. Called restaurant to ask how long. She said one minute comes back and says what do you want! She proceeds to tell me it's late as I live far from the restaurant! So why accept my postcode???? She was so rude. Food finally arrived cold! Tried to get my money back and haven't! So good went in the bin and I had to order off Uber eats!!!!! SHOCKING

Since changing hands fans house is not the best. We ordered 2 special chow meins special rice and ribs. Chips and chicken balls. Most of it was cold probably because its in cardboard trays. The chow mein had no sauce. Although portions were a good size it was inedible . Certainly won't be going there again A complete waste of £43

Food was nice but the chow mein was warm and the beef inside it was cold!!!!! Had to re heat the whole dish.

They missed the fried rice from Our meal, then when I called to advise, the lady basically told me I was lying and that it was in the box. It then took 30 mins to deliver, by that time the meal was freezing so we didn’t bother eating it.

pork curry, very salty, fried rice too mushy. the curry sauce looked a weird shade of yellow. ribs ok. why can it only be ordered with chips? Not sure if this is a genuine cantonese takeaway

Really greasy tasted like old cheap oil , and awful low quality slimy meat. Truly was awful we hardly ate any. Very disappointing quality. Won’t be back. I normally wouldn’t like to leave bad feedback but this quality is insulting to serve and charge for.

I usually order from fans house but the past year, the quality of food has gone down massively. I ordered the chicken fried rice as usual, and the Lemon Chicken which I’ve never had, so I asked what it was and they said “fried chicken with lemon” which i guess it is, but I thought it would be a little bit of lemon sauce with a bit of salt and pepper. Picture says it all. Swimming in sauce, so the batter was soggy, and the chicken was chewy (I threw it away before I took the pic). The chicken rice was fine and the delivery was very quick. Maybe too quick. Took the p*ss with that slice of lemon and the spring onion aswell.

I was just driving past and saw the Chinese, I only ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and a chicken chow mein. The chicken balls were average, but the chicken chow mein was like it had been microwaved from frozen. Below basic in quality. I will not be returning and I am unsure as to how this place has got such good ratings on “just eat “ hmm

The lemon chicken was tough and inedible. The batter soggy. Could not eat it so rice also went to waste. Usually the food is good from here.

Been there for years and always the go to. Staff are nice and food is always quick, hot and delicious. All of there menu items are good. On a row of shops with really good food, so is clearly high quality to be picked from

Food was ok. Some things eg prawn toast really good as was chicken satay on skewers. The rest average. Prawn dish light in prawns. Chicken fried rice light on chicken plus no peas or spring onion.

Order put in by 7pm would be delivered by 8pm had to ring at 8.15 arrived 8.25 and not very hot.

First of all the food arrived hot and on time. Complimentary prawn crackers Our starters large spring rolls were lovely with plenty of filling as were the barbecued pork ribs which were very meaty. My partner had prawn stir fried with cashew nuts and again the portions were very generous and he said for a takeaway it was good. My prawn curry was OK but the onion in it was raw and the sauce had an overpowering taste of some spice I do not know what. All in all for a takeaway it was what one would expect

My tofu dish was lovely, not over cooked like can easily happen, hubby’s loved his fried rice dish too. Busy for a Sunday night but worth the wait.

This has been our favourite Chinese for a while now. Particularly good for vegetarians and vegans as the tofu selection is excellent. We have ordered for large parties and the quality is really great.

over two hour wait time - we called and they hadn’t started cooking the food after an hour and a half.

We had a really disappointing experience. The order was over 30 minutes late (and the original order time was an hour), I phoned to find out where it was, as on the Just Eat site they’d marked it as delivered! They told me they hadn’t started cooking it yet, we paid over £50 and only got a free bottle of Turkish Coke and when the food did arrive it wasn’t that nice, the meat didn’t taste fresh, especially the chicken. We won’t be ordering from here again.
