The beef curry tased like watered down gravy, and the beef didn’t taste right

Tried The Rice Bowl recently and was really impressed. The food was hot, tasty, and full of flavor. I had Singapore chow mein and BBQ spare ribs—both were spot on.—all delicious. Portions were generous and the service was quick and friendly. Great value for money. Will definitely order again!

Been going to Wongs for over 30 years and it's always been brilliant. Haven't lived in the area for 20 years, but whenever we visit my parents myself, my wife and the kids look forward to a Wongs one night. Best Chinese takeaway I've had...and I've had a fair few 👍

Brilliant food yet again. Good prices, beef fried rice really large and free prawn crackers again on what was only a small delivery order (£18). The meat is always good quality and well cooked (tender) and the fried rice is exactly as it should be. It reminds me of Chinese takeaways years ago, they really do make the effort to provide good food.

Very good British-style Chinese food. Good portion size. Fast preparation. Staff very friendly. Have not tried delivery yet.

I have been a long standing customer here but wont be after tonight. Ordered a duck curry without mushrooms and duck in plum sauce. The curry came with mushrooms and the duck came with no sauce. Contacted the restaurant and had awful customer service. They accused us of lying, saying they sent the sauce and that we never asked for the curry without mushrooms (i know i did because we have a mushrooms allergy). Got cut off the phone twice with them when trying to discuss the order. Awful service!

Have been a regular at this take away for a few years. But will be looking for another local Chinese after the food we had last night. Order was, Salt and chilli spareribs. What we received were a couple of normal size spareribs chopped up into small pieces with very little meat or taste. Chicken chow mien. The chow mien was the worst I have had. Processed chicken in uniform strips. Tasteless noodles and no bean sprouts. King prawn chow Mien. Again tasteless frozen prawns. Tasteless noodles and no bean sprouts. They will know who we are from the order. The food was shocking. On that bases we are out and will not be ordering again. The people that we have recommended over the years will be recommended to do the same. A Friday night treat is getting more and more expensive. So will find a place that does not rip you off by serving up very poor quality food.

Always very quick with delivery. Food is always hot and tasty. Can't fault it.

Shocking! Food was vile. I ordered chicken fried rice, chips and curry sauce and all of it tasted like it had been dumped in salt. Tried telling the owners over the phone only to be called a liar. Customer service was disgusting

Always super fast, hot and tasty. It what I'd describe as a good "English" version of Chinese food. We've used them for years and have never been given the wrong dishes or had things missing. I'd highly recommend Wangs. Cash only in the shop for collection but card payment if you order online.

Iv been going there for 25 years was really nice, told friends and family to go there, but tonight reheated chips cold curry an other food on my order and rude staff, must of changed hands

Chinese new year with full lion dances, a great atmosphere and extremely good food in the buffet food court. Staff here know how to smile and are very attentive.
