Every time I haved a takeaway meal from panda, Curry rice chips + more They have been very good, service good, Meal ready when I get there, 5 star Panda well done.

Takeaway- delivered promptly and very tasty food at a reasonable price. My husband and son had the Panda boxes for a second time and thoroughly enjoyed them. I had vegetables and cashews with rice and seaweed so healthy yet filling.

Ordered takeaway - arrived earlier than stated and portions were huge. Lovely food and will definitely be ordering again.

I’ve spent the last 15 hours throwing up and in the bathroom and I am still unwell, hours after food from This restaurant. This is our local and we are regulars but we will never eat here again following this experience. We called when they opened *not* to ask for anything but to make them aware as due to what I’d eaten that day, we could narrow it down to a single dish which made me unwell and we thought they should know. It’s my regular dish and the sauce tasted different when I ate it, but I thought they’d just changed the recipe. I’d eaten with friends (exact same food) for brunch and this was the only dish we had different on our takeout. The way they spoke to my partner over the phone when he called to make them aware (and again he said he wasn’t looking for compensation) was genuinely disgusting and VERY poor customer service accusing us of lying despite explaining how we’d worked out the source. Disgusting service and lack of accountability/willingness to take a very serious issue seriously.

Recently moved to droitwich and grateful to have found a delicious local Chinese takeaway!!! I LOVE the food from here, salt and pepper chips are so delicious, not over crispy and perfectly seasoned!!! 10/10 Sweet and Sour Chicken cantonese style, and chicken curry are also delicious, nice tender chicken, plenty of sauce and really tasty and flavourful !!! I would highly recommend this Chinese, we are hopeful to soon try dine-in. Honestly Chinese is my favourite takeaway, and moving house to a new area, we were worried about finding nice takeaways when we want a little treat - this is a lovely Chinese takeaway, always prompt delivery too 👌🏼🫶🏼

Had another meal delivered tonight ,this is the 2nd takeaway I’ve had from Panda and I must say to me it’s the best Chinese in Droitwich, food was delivered on time, and good sized portions .

Had a few take-outs from here, mostly delicious. Unfortunately, we ordered a take-out and within hours had food poisoning; believed to be from the chicken balls. Such a shame, as the food has generally been lovely.

Ordered from here a number of times but tonight will be the last. I placed my order at around 19:40 and my food didn’t arrive until 21:35. I called the takeaway to ask what was going on and they said that the food was on its way at around 20:55. I rang back to ask for a refund as I was past hunger and it was late. The lady on the phone ignored my request and kept saying that they will send it out now very quickly. I do appreciate that businesses can get busy etc but I do think this was a bit much for a small order!

Not great if I’m honest. The fried rice was poor, chilli beef like cardboard and all other food heavily soaked in soy. On the plus side the crackers were nice.

1st time using Panda and on last nights showing won't be our last. Collected and food was ready on time. Food was plentiful and flavoursome, also hot. Prices were great. Really enjoyed our meal. Keep it up Panda.

Upsetting really as used to be the best around. Spent £35 tonight and everything was tasteless and bland. Was rubbish last time but tonight gave it the benefit of the doubt and even worse. Won't be using again.

Had a meal from here tonite absolutely awful chips were like cardboard fried rice was sloppy and the spare ribs were like rubber will never use again since it changed from doverdale kitchen to panda the food has gone down rapidly such a shame as it was the best in droitwich

Work in this area tomorrow, staying in Holiday Inn Express; 6 mins driving distance, ordered a house special fried rice, king prawns ginger and spring onions, chicken sweetcorn soup £18.10. It was my first time to have the special fried rice in this style (rice separately done in a box and foods in another box). In general not too salty and very big portions indeed. Just a bit too much cornflour in the chicken sweetcorn soup, but again, not too salty. Overall 4.5 stars for this one.

Classic choice that did not disappoint

We ordered a takeaway tonight and when it arrived the chips were all really over cooked and hard - should not have even left the kitchen! The chicken balls were also really over cooked. This isn't the first time, but we thought we would try it again. Won't be ordering again, we'll use Lotus house in future.

Just enjoyed a chicken curry, boiled rice and chips from Panda. Really enjoyed it and so did my hubby. Will definitely order again from Panda.

I had a curry delivered on Saturday evening. I had ordered a beef curry but the meat was very hard to find it could have been a vegetarian curry. Very disappointed.

Food okay majority of time but then they started reusing the cooking oil! Tried to resolve as our whole meal was SHOCKING and the manager was just as shocking with her rude attitude and terrible customer service! Will never use again!!

i have had a regular delivery from panda over the last two years , on average the food is excellent and delivered hot , delivery times are usually less than those quoted on the web site

AMAZING FOOD WOW?!!?!?!!?!!?! So good! Lovely fried noodles, chips, prawn crackers, prawn, chicken and spring rolls! Wow

Ordered online to be delivered . Ordered chicken curry with no Onions , chips and prawn crackers . Food arrived in a reasonable time , but .... It's temperature was luke warm. Chicken curry came with more Onions than chicken , when I specifically ordered no Onions , a small portion of chips compared to other local Chinese take aways . And the same with the prawn Crackers ... half a portion . So a call was made to the shop whereby we were told there was nothing that could be done . Will not be using them again . Poor.

Just had my first order from Panda and was very pleasantly surprised. Usually order from elsewhere but wanted to try somewhere and new and it was delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

For some reason the standard of food falls short of their previous excellence in my opinion. Costs gone up, portion sizes are smaller. My prawn toast was burned on top, really thick bread and over saturated in oil. Never used to be like this, so sadly,won't be ordering again. Delivery drivers have always been pleasant and friendly though.

Ordered over. the telephone - very abrupt young lady who got the order slightly wrong (which we didn't realise until we got home). Service when I came to collect was no friendlier! Food was average - enjoyed the ribs and wings starters but the chicken in the chicken and mushroom had the texture and flavour of wet corn flakes. I had sizzling steak wen this was a dine in restaurant and would have wholeheartedly recommended it but the take away version is a very pale shadow and a definite no-no Certainly won't be bothering again - they didn't seem to want our custom so I'll go to Ombersley again.

Saving staff are lovely. Sadly food is lacking. Ordered the house special "large " portion. But was normal in size. Same as other local take aways . That aside. 2 hours later dodgy stomach!! Won't be using again

I have had a couple of deliveries with this restaurant now and the food is very good. The service is fast and value for money too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for takeaway service and delivery.

usually great food and great delivery , but for some unknown reason one night my food did not arrive . called 3 hours after booking with foodhub and was told my food had allready been delivered . very disappointed but will try one more time before they get the big X

Always had good food in past but was extremely disappointed to end up with a tub overflowing with onions and peas and curry sauce being non existent and charged almost 20 pounds

Had a takeaway Delivered last night 06/03/2021 from the Panda Restuarant i could not get the time slot Rang them up, the lady who answered was so helpful. We had it delivered it was on time, piping hot and absolutely beautiful will be using them again.

It was my turn for Saturday supper and I fancied a Chinese meal. I hadn't used the foodhub app before but it was quite easy. My food arrived quite hot, bang on time ( I ordered at 6pm and asked for a 9pm delivery if possible) and very tasty. I would order again. In my hunger I forgot to photo my chicken satay but it was very nice!

We had a takeaway last night. We were told an hours wait which was fine, we knew we would have to wait and it was delivered within 50 minutes. The quality was excellent. This is the first time we have used this service since it moved location and we will certainly use it again.

Ever since they opened panda and closed the Doverdale Chinese the food has gone to pot. Tasted old and burnt tonight. Portions gone small and just all round bad. Will not order from here again. Will use a different Chinese or even travel to Worcester to get a decent Chinese. DO NOT USE PANDA

I have not lived in the Droitwich Area for to long, but with Chinese being a favourite of mine and my partner this is a must have of a weekend. After initially trying other Chinese Takeaways within the area before Panda, there is now only one place I will go. The food from Panda is very good and the best I have tried within the area. I would highly recommend.

What lovely food. just popped in during the week. Great service, great food at a sensible price, decor could be upgraded but that did not change my opinion, I will definitely be going back for more.

I visited here on a Friday evening with family. I had booked but it wasn't busy. We had one of the set menus for three and the food was served promptly. There was plenty of food in the starters and mains and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The choice on the menu was wide and the Yuk Sung was great. We will definitely be returning.

Must say the food was excellent, but falls down on finer things you get if you travel to china city ,which will not stop people in droitwich travelling there eg food warmers and finger bowls and linen napkins and finer service

Excellent food, only had takeaways but quality is exceptional. I have eaten at many different Chinese restaurants and takeaways and this is by far the best I’ve had. The quality of the food warrants the cost. Consistently quality.

Went there last night with a friend. I could not fault the food or service! Staff were courteous, polite and utterly professional at all times. Atmosphere was friendly and inviting and the food was wonderful, will definitely be going there again!

I visited this restaurant with friends tonight and I couldn't fault it, after reading earlier reviews I was unsure what to expect but both the food and the service was very good. I would recommend this place and will definitely visit again.

Despite other reviews, I thought the staff were friendly, although they did bring out the wrong main for my partner, mistakes happen and it was quickly resolved. The reason for the 1 star rating is based on the quality of the food and it's value for money. The food quality was no better than the kind you would get in an Iceland store - frozen and to be chucked in the oven for 20 minutes. I felt ripped off and wished that I had instead gone to one of the Indian restaurants in the town. We will not be returning to Panda!

Went to Panda Restaurant last night the food and service was very good every table was taken and they were doing lots of take aways please give it ago you will not be disappointed
