The best restaurants serving Chinese food in West Midlands

Food lacks taste. Stir fries came in almost identical sauces ( should have different) and both were watery and very thin. Tipped almost a cup of liquid from container away after eating. Won't order again. Last previous order was 2023 and many before that. Big drop in quality

We had the set meal for 2 and there was enough for 3 or 4. Plenty of food and good value for money, served very quickly.

Opted for collection , can reluctantly say I ate the worst food I've ever ordered. Decided to try somewhere new on recommendation but what a mistake. I phoned the order through for collection was told it would be ready in 10 mins! At that point i assumed that cant be right for all thr items ive ordered. From when I received a sealed empty fortune cookie and orange prawn crackers which clearly must have been cooked in dirty oil i could see there wasnt anything to look forward to. Chicken balls drenched in oil and darker than I've ever seen or eaten before. Chips were old tasted refried like the chicken balls , spring roll dry and tastless ,spare ribs , Singapore rice noodles. Beef curry were off colour no taste no seasoning on non of the food at all very disappointed and won't be going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone that I know who likes a good Chinese. Despite all the prayers over the food we are forecasting a bad belly in the morning . Edit** The picture doesnt highlight how orange the crackers were due to lighting but you know the saying uve been tangoed !! To end on a positive note : The Cantonese Chicken was OK I don't want to look like a moaner but I like good food an this was so far from nice

Missing food from our order. Had to drive back, all I got was a poor apology. Noodles were also burnt when we finally got round to eating it. The door they use into the kitchen was also disgustingly filthy. Will not be going back again

Tried again since reverting back to Jade House menu and it was as good as before. Will definitely be our go to Chinese takeaway again. Ribs were especially good 👍

Delivery driver is nice, we also collect the lady at front always nice, food is fire

Not a warm welcoming, order taken by a lady dressed in an anorak and scarf , behind a perspex screen, via a microphone, cash only, offered via a sliding draw beneath the screen. Absolutely freezing awaiting order , hence I assume the anorak, fortunately served quite quickly , however , to be kind , not the best meal, Would I return , only at the last resort, meal very much below average.

Had a Chinese from this place last night where is Chinese? We’ve ever had ordered chicken balls ended up with pork balls. Pork was tough. Chicken chow mein wasn’t chicken chow mein. I don’t know what it was never again.

Food inedible. Far far far far too much salt!!!! I’m not sure what it is with Chinese takeaways in the area, but the one in Alsager is exactly the same. Maybe owned by the same people?

The best Chinese I've had in Cov so far and they take card too. They're sweet and sour chicken balls are particularly good.
