Food was great! Order came quickly. Price was excellent. Food was hot, tasty and large portions. We shall definitely be ordering from here again.

I rarely leave reviews , but these guys are awesome. I live a good 15mins out of town and food always turns up hot, no mistakes , friendly team and the food is yummy!

Served a rather unexciting house special chop suey. Nothing wrong with it - just a bit boring.

Very quick service. Unfortunately, I didn't particularly enjoy the flavours. The spring rolls were not with my order but it was too far to go back.

So ordered barbecue spare ribs and egg fried rice to find when I tasted the rice it had been heated in a wok that had previously been used to cook either fish or prawns and hadn't been washed out, it stunk and tasted fishy, meal ruined, won't be ordering again

Honest review:- the food arrived promptly and hot. The food lacked flavour and seasoning. The ribs were meaty, but came in an unrecognisable sauce. As for the other dishes we ordered I fear my review will be removed so i trust the above description to be sufficient for judgement. Expensive mistake.

I wanted to post a review to show appreciation for the wonderful customer service I received at the takeaway. Having placed an order and collected my food, I discovered an error had been made on my order. When I phoned the restaurant, they went out of their way to rectify the mistake and offered to replace my order, and also delivered it to my house with a smile and a gracious apology. The efforts they went to we're very much appreciated and because of this I won't hesitate to return. Thank you.

It’s a fair cop when it comes to a Chinese. It’s in Leominster and I’ve not tried the one yet….. but it’s Ok. I like a special chowmein and I tried something that someone kept banging on about in the reviews but can’t remember what it was now something chicken? Like a satay chicken…. Bang bang ??? Try it and see what you think 😉

Last night we ordered and collected a takeaway order for 9 people as part of a belated Christmas celebration (which had been cancelled due to COVID ). Now I am not going to say it was Ken Hom revisited but it was tasty, varied in favour, and enjoyable. The portion size was good, and a few dishes were stand out in our option, the Bnag Bang chicken was delicious and the shredded beef with chilli sauce was a real hit. Is it the best Chinese ever, No but it very good and definitely in Leominster the best Chinese we had in a while, and our visitors from Hemel Hempstead were impressed. Bang bang chicken is the best. If you like peanuts then get some bang bang chicken, you won't regret it

Authentic chinese taste, felt like having auntie's home-cooked meal ❤️ we ordered a set for 2 persons but the servings were really huge, it's actually for 4 persons. We'll keep on going back for sure

None of the food had any distinguishing flavours, everything had a bland almost old taste to it. And hair was found throughout a serving of plain chow mein. Never again.

We had a meal from here whilst on a mini break. We decided on this takeaway due to recent reviews but on reflection should have gone to others in the same town. We ordered a Singapore chow mien which was pretty bland with ingredients missing that I would have expected for this dish. The curry sauce was a mix of gravy and curry, maybe nice for some but not what we are used to. Like I say not bad but not great either.

this was the blandest, tasteless, pile of soggy noodles, slathered in a greasy gravy, topped with chicken slices plonked on top I've ever tasted. oh it was supposed to be chow mein. tried to give bit of flavour by adding my own salt and soy sauce, still yuk. btw, why cant the owners smile a bit ............

I was returned, staisfied customer until today. I take a large order 16:45 with usual name and address. 18:00 we called them and they told our order cancelled because they tought it's a fake order. ????????? Never again!

The whole process of ordering, delivery and quality of food could hardly be better. The food varies from totally excellent to merely very, very good. Just super!

I regularly get food for the family from here, and I love the food plus the people in Chopsticks are truly lovely.

It is so good to revisit a restaurant after a three month gap and to enjoy the same excellent level of service and of the food too. The process of ordering and of delivery were so smooth and enjoyable - polite & helpful staff and delivery 10 minutes early - could hardly be better. New food delights this time: Crispy Crab Claw and BBQ Honey Spareribs were memorable. Stir-fry mixed vegetables (Bamboo shoots and Water Chestnuts) also got a glowing report. Altogether a truly splendid meal to be repeated soon.

Had to wait 1hour and 20 minutes for my order. I had to call them again, promesed 20minutes. Turned up after 40 minutes. All together it was over 2 hours wait. Not recommended at all.

Ordered a Saturday takeaway and all food was fine except my husbands food was laced with chilli, despite the menu saying different. Phoned and asked for a repeat dish with no chilli, 45 mins later phoned and was told ‘still making it’ by a rude man on the phone who hung up on me. Would not recommend!!

I ordered food online at around 6.50pm. I received a confirmation email stating that the food would be delivered at 7.40pm. At 8.30pm I was contacted by phone and told that they “didn’t really have anyone who could deliver” to my address. I asked why it had taken them an hour and a half to tell me there was a problem. No explanation was given and I was asked if I could collect. We live about 6 miles away in a rural part of the county. In the past they have been more than an hour late, but given where we live we tend to accept this. We’ve bought from them in the past because they are the only Chinese that currently delivers to our area. If we have to collect then there are better takeaways to choose from.

I ordered from here at just gone 6 and it said when I placed the order delivery would be 7:15 however 7:40 came still no food! Phoned up to be greeted by the rudest man I’ve ever spoken to for him to tell me they’ve not cooked it yet and it’ll be another 20 mins. This is not the first time as we quite often order from here sometimes it’s really good but when it’s not it’s not! I understand they’re busy however the tone of which they answer the phone needs to be changed! Not acceptable really!! Came cold and almost an hour late and not what we ordered

I ordered a takeaway online for home delivery. The ordering process was simple, the food arrived when expected, it was piping hot and REALLY delicious! Will definitely be using again when I am next having a Chinese takeaway!

Ordered food and had a delivery time confirmation, after 1/2 hour I rang to ask if there was a problem with the delivery, the man on the phone was very rude and all he said was "15minutes" I said what to be delivered he said yes and hung up., food turned up 1 hour after the delivery time, so still 30minutes late, no message or phone call, Im so sorry to say but not all of the food was good, it was very dry like it had been rushed and cooked to quickly just to get it out, I have had food from here before and had no problems, I would like to say that the delivery driver was very friendly considering the delay

First time having from them. Staying on holiday park in Shobdon and they delivered to us..this was a fantastic service..we will definitely order again on our next visit. The food was hot and very tasty. No complaints. A big thankyou Chopsticks !! 5star!

The tiger prawns were amazing however the sprig roll insides were grey and very off putting. We bought food from here while visiting Docklow pools. This takeaway is easy to find. Nice staff

Ordering was easy and a very pleasing process. Ordered for next day delivery which arrived exactly as requested. Food was very good too. Highlights were the Kung Po king prawns, the Crispy Shredded Beef, Salt and Pepper Ribs and the Mixed Vegetable Chow Mein. The Shredded Duck with pancakes tasted perfect BUT the duck wasn't shredded but cut into chunks - made filling the pancakes harder. One warning: the Spring Rolls are huge - each big enough to share. We will be back for more!

Don’t order on the app. It’s like they ignore it abd everyone else goes before online orders. Sat and waited for over 20 mins whilst people walked in and out that had ordered on phone 😡

First time I’ve ordered for a while, seriously upped their game since I used to use them, was really good food and delivered earlier and door card payment was easy.

Had a take away tonight nearly £50 but food was terrible chicken was still pink really funny smell and we all feel sick after only eating a bit of it also didn't give me my full order wont be going there again also dont have the sping rolls disgusting.

We have our food delivered and it is lovely. The Hot and Sour soup is my husbands favouite along with the House special Chow Mein. The honey ribs are to die for, as are the crispy prawn rolls. The prices are very very good

Totally bland and tasteless would never go back what a ripoff. we ordered a chow main and chicken with ginger and spring onion both tasted the same and looked and tasted terrible.

Wonderful customer service and a very tasty Cantonese Style Sweet and Sour Chicken and Egg Fried Rice.

As I Walked into this Chinese I was absolutely appalled. A young lad was taking orders behind the counter when I noticed he had some left over dump on his index finger. Then another lad who looked in his mid 20's gave me my order when there was a dirty stench coming off his Lonsdale trackies I think he pissed himself brooo.

By far the best Chinese in Leominster, and in our opinion they do one of the best Chinese curry's we have ever had, fantastic value for money as well, highly recommended.

Tried this for the first time yesterday and it was fantastic. Ordered egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls, crispy shredded beef and prawn crackers. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Will definitely be ordering from there again

Great, tasty food for our New Year's Eve meal. However, even though i asked if the sauces were in our order...they were not. As we are visitors to the area we could not return.

Takeaway treat ordered and within minutes it was ready, I was a little suspicious as to how quick it had been cooked.Everything had been refried in old dirty oil. Chicken balls were dripping grease and inside totally over cooked. Cantonese chicken tasteless, crispy beef tasted of fish ?? Only positive was the curry sauce. We wont use Chopsticks again.

Love this place but just lately way too much salt being used,it’s all you can taste 😞 Have been loads of times it’s a shame.

Im not a great Chinese food lover but went in as the Fish Bar next door was closed. Had to wait 15 -20 mins, which should mean food was freshly cooked and wasn't disappointed. Portions were large - I had enough for 2/3 people - which probably explains the price of £19 for 3 dishes plus prawn crackers, but I will know in future. Food was tasty and not glutenous, and a good blend of flavours. Will use again and try the Thai food next time.

Really good takeaway Asian food (sorry, haven't tried their Pizza bit) Chef will make the Singapore/ Thai curry/ Penang/ Redang as hot as you want. Became better for us when they started delivery. Good quality food and a wide menu.

Really excellent friendly Chinese. Food was fabulous, not greasy or left standing, everything tasted fresh and the staff were great. Totally recommended to anyone.

Our food was tough pork, inedible bbq sauce and tasteless chicken. What a waste of money, they really need to do better than this.

The service was friendly and the food arrived quickly. The food itself was piping hot, staying hot for the 10-15 minute drive home. It was also very tasty and there was loads of it. Recommended.

Siempre me han decepcionado por Leominster's restaurantes chinos en comparación con los excelentes indios, así que había' esperaba mucho cuando visité por una comida para llevar para mí. La tienda en sí era muy poco impresionante pero lo que importa es la comida. El único para una cena incluido curry chino que no me gusta pero estaban dispuestos a cambiar una carne en salsa de soja negro extra para libra. Estaba listo 5 minutos más tarde y que sorpresa! La carne en salsa negra de granos era probablemente el mejor que he tenido y las pelotas dulces y amargos de pollo eran enormes y muy buen pollo. En general, una muy buena comida y el generoso tamaño de porción significa poder disfrutar otra vez esta noche. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo.

I always get sweet and sour chicken balls with chips when i visit here. The chips are always really yummy and i never have to wait long. It's good value for money as it can serve two people.

Great little Chinese!! Had a chicken chow main for a great price. Lovely cheerful staff, cooked fresh with plenty of chicken and veg!! Very good!! Recommended!!
