A bit expencive but the food ITS really good

Good variety of food available and lots of it if you wish. Friendly.

Great food every time, kids eat free makes it an affordable meal out

Whilst the food was plentiful and tasty and the staff incredibly polite and attentive, the restaurant itself is in dire need of an update, a deep clean and some new decor.

Hadn't been for 15 years decided to give it another go. Food selection is very very limited, bland, luke warm, not fresh and clearly been sat under the heat lamps for hours Any sauces, soups and currys literally form a skin. I go to amazing Asia alot and the comparison between this place is crazy! This place needs *Fresh definitive chinese dishes, not just plain noodles, plain chicken so you have to construct you own kind of "chicken chow mein". *A good clean *More options And to have the trays refilled regular, instead of a few pieces of dry chicken stuck to the bottom. it's a real shame as I used to have fond memories of this place but amazing Asia is top tier at the moment.

Hi all Went out to this restaurant with my family And we were seated for our food When we come to get our food it was absolutely disgusted When we come to Eat it the salt was Too much in the food There was no Real choice like there would have been at angel chef It was so dirty inside planet butter I would not recommend planet Buffet to anyone

Food wasn’t too bad but building needs to be demolished

Floor was very slippery walls and floors soaking wet food wasn't even warm

Interesting selection of foods. Only comments are they were a little lacking in spices and they were lot very hot. The place was busy but really lacks atmosphere. Not a romantic venue for sure

ordered food tonight for the family, great price and also had great customer service on the phone! They popped in a complimentary banana frit and it was so nice! best Chinese place in Hereford

Need to learn to update times when open o website .And possibly turn of open sign when shut.

Tells you on Web site open ,walk in staff shout at you open 5pm. Make up your minds up and sort yourselfs out.

The plus is the food - very tasty

The restaurant was absolutely freezing, we kept our coats on but were still frozen. There was a tiny, very inefficient heater on our table, which seemed to be the only one

We've been here numerous times. The food is always good. I am fussy with foods but never an issue here The restaurant is a bit dated but its a good value for money buffet, as a family of five we'd be paying twice the price in most other buffets.

Needs a face lift wall paper peeling also the same food an dont always come out hot defo needs different food an decorating staff are lovely cant do enough for you but chips an all the other food need to come out hot not cold which is wot u get most of the time

Place needs a good clean Chicken was hard Sauce had congealed Noodles was crispy and dry Last went there 3 years ago nowhere near that standard.

Favourite place to go, excellent food, huge savings, friendly staff

A buffet style place with a wide range of dishes such as seaweed, crispy duck panakes, sate chicken, spare ribs , etc. Some of the sauces were oversweet, but you can pick and choose . Lots of fresh fruit, chocolate fountain and ice cream for afters. £19 a head for adults in the evening.

Good food but not the greatest selection. We enjoyed the food we had but some of the smdiahes weren't stocked up very fast

Food was great, deserts were nice. Staff were friendly. Would have given 5 stars but its abit pricey for what it is and the outside presentation of the restaurant. But really good when you want to stuff your face

We as a family of four get set menu and have never complained about the quantity. You get loads for the money. Taste is also good. Great staff.

The food is not tasty, you won't want to go there again

Shocking, when one thinks of the Orient and it's fine cuisine, we picture boats bobbing up and down in the harbours against a backdrop of the busy lights. What we don't imagine is tepid, greasy food which has been sat in its own fatty discharge for hours. The whole place is rundown and in dire need of a masterstroke with a paintbrush. The food was inedible and can you tell me why I was charged 30p more for the same two drinks. Shocking.

Arrived just as it had opened, sat down, the seat covers kept coming off which was very annoying. I went to get some food for myself, the selection was okay, sat down to eat and it was luke warm, some items of food were actually cold, makes me wonder how long it has all been sat there for. The place itself is very dirty, wallpaper coming off the ceiling, cardboard against the walls, brown paint where they have tried to cover up patches on the ceiling, absolutely disgusting. I should have known from the outside that this wasn't going to be a good experience, never again

Large selection of food and lovely friendly staff. Our dinner duo was one meat eater and one vegan; usually a nightmare for Chinese food, but this place was a goldmine! The staff clearly pointed out the vegan options, highlighted the ones with hidden bits of egg and meat as a warning, then offered to ask the kitchen to cook up a couple of extra vegan dishes to give us more variety. We were given a huge plate of fried rice noodles with vegetables, and a dish of tofu with sweet and sour sauce, at no extra cost. So grateful for an easy vegan Chinese food experience. If you go there when you're hungry you can definitely get your money's worth - we managed 5 plates between us and can't wait to go back again!

Lovely food and deserts love coming here as a family treat

Five of us ladies met here on March 9th. Buffett looked well stocked but sadly the plates along with a lot of the food was cold so was not surprised that only around another 8-10 people were in there for such a big place.One of the ladies had been previously with family early evening and said food was hotter then. Very basic restaurant no atmosphere.

Been to this buffet before so we divided to try it again. We went mid afternoon after the lunchtime rush . The place itself is poorly decorated and very basic with no atmosphere . A lot of food such as the ribs ,chicken,n oodles were dry ,stale poppadoms and some containers were nearly empty and not refilled for a long time. They only started to refill them near to the end of our visit . The deserts consisted of cut up oranges ,biscuits ,jelly ,fruit cocktail and ice cream the worst I have ever had at a buffet .

Don’t bother the chicken was hard and dry been there for some time as well as the other options not very appetising. Then you try and find something you like to account for the cost of the meal. I must remember to look at the reviews more often.

Looking from the outside it is a little run down, but food was amazing, so much variety.. it was all you would want from an all you can eat Chinese! Would definitely return.

Good food well worth a visit you won't be disappointed

Food was tasty but not a lot of variety. Some of the dishes were a little cool but staff were filling up the tubs quickly. Although we booked, there wasn't a lot of need. Parking is outside at the back.

Food was nice but quite expensive and not that much selection, drinks were expensive £3 each for a pint of really flat Pepsi that was poured out of a 2L bottle. Staff were pleasant and quick to clear plates etc also had to pay for parking at the bus station car park on top. Kids eat free though which was good

Food has always been excellent, the restaurant itself is a little run down and needs a complete overhaul.. but like i said food is good, so just don't look up.. or at the windows.. enjoy the food 😜

Been here a couple of times now. They have a reasonably good range of different oriental dishes to choose from. Wasn't overly busy when we went, but that was early, just after opening time. Fairly relaxed atmosphere and didn't feel rushed at all (some buffet places try to rush you out quickly). Will definitely be returning again sometime.

Good food, nice staff, good selection of hot food. Desserts not much choice and been out a while, Ice cream good but low quality and chocolate fountain tasty with marshmallows and strawberries

Been in on many times but food has started to go down hill but today was worse ever mould on strawberry’s so said to lady and her reply back was it was chocolate well I’m sorry mould is green and chocolate brown no sorry or nothing just carried on as if I’d said nothing would not recommend and defo will not be going back

Ordered take-away. Excellent, friendly service. Food ready on time. It was delicious, attractive looking and full of flavour.

Staff are very attentive and friendly. Quick to replenish the buffet before it gets too low. Food is hot and well cooked. Drinks a little dear but its almost expected at an all you can eat so cannot mark them down for that. Cleanliness seem good, tables are quick to be cleared and wiped down. Only criticism I have is the decor which is looking a bit tired and shabby. From the mis matched dingy looking seat covers to the masses of sellotape holding the paper to the ceiling. Overall a good place to go especially with the family but needs updating.

Food here is a like Russian Roulette, not coming back after getting some unpleasant stomach issues after eating here.

We ordered a meal on Saturday evening it arrived on time but will not order from them again. It was very plain, no taste, it was all onions and peppers and hardly any chicken. Plus more expensive than anywhere else .

I ordered a chicken curry but got a onion curry. Of to the nearest toilet, never again

Luke warm food, small variety, lack of flavour and expensive! Dined with 3 kids, 4 adults and over half of the party had food poisoning / were ill from the food afterwards, when I called to inform them they said "Oh sorry we can't refund you and make sure you drink loads of water!"

Prices have rocketed. The old place is dirty and very shabby looking. Needs a serious revamp. Feels akin to a dirty road side cafe.

Staff were very rude. Food was cold and chicken was chewy and raw. Prawn crackers were stale. Whole interior was not clean

Such a lovely evening had here. Food was lovely, staff were amazing with my daughter who is allergic to egg, explained every meal out, even made her a couple of dishes without egg! They really couldn't do enough for her! They really did go above and beyond! Looking forward to the next visit ☺️

Dosent look the best, but the food is allways fresh and great

Me my 5 children and my 10 wife’s went out for flabbergasting meal but when we got there we couldn’t park our 15 ft caravan (not happy) when I got to the table I could hear screams sounding like it was beneath me when I ordered the food the waitress was being a sassy young woman so I was not having it I called the manger and told him if I don’t get some of the rat and chicken lung stew for free I was gonna throw hands straight away 😈 he didn’t give it to me so me and my children plus wife’s left the establishment. If you think of coming here be careful of the rats crawling on the floor and the lice in your shoe

1st time here. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Not a massive selection but enough to choose from and tasty too. Puds were more for the kids as 'kids eat free'. We would Definitly go back.

Food was excellent and staff very friendly. However, sitting in the place is absolutely freezing, single glassed windows and a windows may as well not be there, both of us sat in coats. They can afford double glazing and would be a much more plesant and improved environment

This is a buffet restaurant and the food has been out for hours if not days. Vile food and expensive for what you get. Asked for a tango..... that came out as orange squash topped up with flat lemonade. The place needs a good clean. The walls are dirty, windows cracked and the wall paper on the ceiling is held together with tape!! I will never go here again. Dont waste your money. Go the the New Jasmine House at Credenhill. I wish we had. Would have been about the same price but 100% better food and service. Live and learn!!

We spent a few days in Hereford exploring the area and catching up with friends. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend a visit. We are already looking forward to our next visit. On our last night we ordered the set meal takeaway...
