The best restaurants serving Chinese food in South West

Never used Double Luck before but ordering was straightforward over the phone. They spent time clarifying the address which was reassuring. It arrived within the promised time and was hot. All seemed very good and so definitely will use again. Always order too much but it means I get a couple of extra meals over next day or two.

This was our first visit after a recommendation from a friend. The front of house staff are never going to win an award for being happy and cheerful, but they were efficient enough and I collected my order. On getting home, I realised they had failed to give me a couple of items. But I thought hey ho these things happen, no point going back as everything else would then be cold, so thought we will just make our own rice and enjoy the food. Turned out the rice was the best bit! Awful food! Greasy, salty and no real flavour. I'm really not even sure what the spring rolls were about, it was almost like they had been fried in doughnut batter. That left a horrible after taste. Most of it went in the bin. I was quite surprised, at the prices they are charging, I was expecting something really good.

Simply the best in cheltenham. Quality and flavour of the food is amazing. Staff are also top quality, everything is amazing, even the prices.

Best Spring Rolls in Chippenham, set meal for 2 is enough for 4, can't fault it

We live in Verwood but always go to west moors for our Chinese. Jade Peking is absolutely stunning, never greasy and always so flavoursome. Salt and chilli dishes are so good and the noodles and Currys dishes are perfection.

Regularly buy from here as I live locally. Always friendly service and we have never had any issues with the food. The lovely lady behind the counter remembers each time I order that I dislike beef in my meals.

The food was average—not bad, but nothing special. However, the delivery experience was unacceptable. My phone died while I was waiting outside for my order, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the delivery driver came to my address shouting and cursing at me. He insulted me, called me names, and even made derogatory comments about needing to go to university. He also used the word "spastic," which is completely inappropriate. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and no customer should be treated this way. I would not recommend ordering from here unless they address their staff's professionalism and customer service. Update: Today both of us were troughing up, and felt really unwell.

Never again. Shame, as it was always ok until recently

I wouldn't waste your time. While the food was fresh, it had no seasoning, not even garlic! The BBQ sauce was clearly out of a pot and was still terrible. My 2 stars are for service and freshness, or at least tasted fresh. Everything else is lacking

Disappointing. Duck was tasteless and Singapore noodles weren’t spicy enough and too thin.

Other reviews are full of sh!t, best chinese takeout ive ever had. Everything is very well seasoned and cooked to perfection, never had a bad experience. Bunch of haters.

Went here for a takeaway whilst on holiday locally, and had various items for the family, all of which were really good can't fault it at all
