We tried some other Chinese takeaways in Bicester but simply put Kent Hon is the best. Prices reasonable, shop clean , portion sizes good and very tasty. We recommend the Szechuan chicken

Had a very worst veg rolls smells like a rotten,oil smelling very bad 😔 ,seems like using same oil since many months or years I don't know.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive an incomplete order. Food tasted like it was bought in Iceland and microwaved. Salt & Pepper chicken dish didn’t even show up. Won’t be ordering this slop again.

Great food, really liked the wantons. The duck and prawns dishes we ordered were spot on too. Super quick delivery. Unfortunately, I didn’t get my exact order but I won’t judge too harshly as it’s probably a one off. The dog did miss the prawn crackers.

We have been going here for years as it's relatively local. I also order delivery from other Chinese Take aways so I'm neutral. My daughter however, only likes egg fried rice from this place.....trust me that I've tried everywhere in the Banburyshire area. She only likes this one. Good portion sizes and always hot. I deducted 1 star as no delivery service - that for me is a major inconvenience and why I keep trying top fob my little one on other places egg fried rice options. Personally I like to mix things up but daughter likes what she likes. Really friendly service and quick also.

One of the best Chinese takeaway in bicester

I had lunch at Shan Shui a lot of times. I recommend their King Prawn Fried Rice and Chicken Bites. Nario and Hafiz were extremely helpful, welcoming and always offer good service.

Lovely food, nice surroundings and very lovely staff. They brought a birthday cake out for my brother and paid special attention to my 87 year old mother and my allergy was noted. We will definately be back.

The atmosphere is good. Dine-in is a good choice and takeaway is not recommended as the sushi/sashimi is made upon receiving order and best to be eaten after they are served. Since they are not prepared in advance, the freshness will be compromised for takeaway order. Be prepared to wait as great food needs time to prepare. Worth the wait. The other foods on the menu are equally tasty. Must try them yourself. Great value for money.

Ordered from just eat Prawn toast was burnt and had no prawn just fish flavoured gung House Special fried rice was awful chewy meat and dryer than the Sahara dessert Vegetable chow mein was dry with the only veg being burnt onions and what looked like burnt red cabbage Chips were yesterdays leftovers Vegetable spring rolls were ok tho First time ordering won’t be ordering again

Waited an hour and 50 mins for food after being told an hour, delivery driver didn’t give us change and no prawn crackers despite it being nearly £30.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! We have 5 people in our household all food poisoned. If you are going to order anyway please for your own sake don’t get the chicken curry or chicken chowmein, will be taking my business elsewhere,
