Kent Hon in Cherwell

We tried some other Chinese takeaways in Bicester but simply put Kent Hon is the best. Prices reasonable, shop clean , portion sizes good and very tasty. We recommend the Szechuan chicken

Never had a bad meal from Kent Hon in 20+ years, sadly stopped due to a vehicle collapsing the building. Now after 2+ years they are open again and the takeaways are as good as ever.

Had a takeaway from here for four people. Excellent ribs, honey pork and noodles. Ordered by phone, was ready in about 15 minutes. Collected and taken home. Food was hot and they had taken notice of our request for no peppers. There were no peppers, but they had taken nearly all the vegetables out. Slight overkill. Minor problem though. Well recommended

Second time we have ordered from here. Really enjoyed the food. Have been to another Chinese in Bicester and it was all sloppy and not nice. This however, was lovely, hot and fresh!

Many have said that this is the best Chinese in Bichester, and if not the whole of Oxfordshire, which led us here after shopping at Bichester Village. And the reviews weren’t wrong at all - my family enjoyed the food soooo much and even said that it is comparable to Singaporean Chinese ‘zi char’ dishes. Definitely give it a try if you’re around the area!

Food always really fresh and tasty. Nothing much else to say besides it never fails to be lovely, no complaints, been using them a few years now.

Our family have had lots of takeaway meals from here over the year but the last few have been very poor in taste compared to a few months ago. We have been given stale prawn crackers and the food has been taste less. Will not use again.

We’ve been visiting Kent Hon for years and it is our number one choice for Chinese food in Bicester! The menu is great and the quality and taste of the food is fantastic. We have never had any problems. They are also really reasonably priced, we usually get 3 mains and 2 sides with prawn crackers for around £18.

I am delighted to have finally found a cracking little Chinese takeaway after my regular closed a few years ago. I can't stand gloopy Chinese food. And this was very far from that. Freshly cooked, fantastic flavours, quality veg and meat, not greasy, a really delicious takeaway. It's really reasonable as well! Four main courses and egg rice came to £23 and there was plenty of meat and veg in each dish. Plus the lady who took our order was informative, chatty, smiley and delightful. I can't recommend highly enough! There was no gloop, just fast fresh and delicious food!

This is a great Chinese and we use it regularly. However they only accept Cash and don't do home delivery. We always phone our order through and then collect as it can get quite busy.

Kent Hon is our usual Chinese take away, and in many years of visits, at least twice a month, I can honestly say we have not had a bad meal from there. I usually call up with an order as it can get very busy, but the order is ready on collection and always right. The staff are polite, on the phone and in person and usually remember my name. Really recommend this one.

Have used Kent Hon as our regular Chinese takeaway for quite a few years now, and food is always excellent. Staff are friendly too. Can get busy, so best to phone before you go. Have tried one or two others in Bicester, but always come back to Kent Hon...

Excellent take away menu. Good always excellent. Extremely friendly staff. Can highly recommend for Chinese takeaway.

Order before you collect as they get very busy. The don't accept card payments cash only. Their is no cashpoint at the shops either. Their food is lovely and freshly cooked I would highly recommend them.

Our normal Chinese has closed down so we have now started using Kent hon which is closer to where we live. Always friendly staff to help you choose when you can't decide
