Delivered 45 minutes late on top of nearly an hour and a half order time. Everything was so greasy!!

Waited over the estimated time by an hour. Asked for a next estimate time and it was still half an extra hour late. Phoned up the restaurant and it seemed like they still had it at the shop

very disappointed this time with TimTim. have always used them but this time the food took almost 2 hours to arrive and when it was hear it was partially cold and food was a lot more greasy than usual. opened the bag and one of the meals had leaked everywhere. When phoning the restaurant about the delay they just said well it's a busy night sorry and couldn't tell me where the driver was albeit the app told me the food had been delivered. Just very disappointed this time around.

Food was good when it eventually arrived. I understand it’s a busy night but 2 hours late isn’t good enough. If you can’t keep up don’t accept the orders. A token gesture of refunded the delivery could have prevented a negative review but no response to my request. Won’t be back in a hurry.

Normally fab food from here ‘ order was delivered early luckily was home, did specify time to deliver, rice and noodles fat soggy and over cooked, beef in curry was like shoe ! Sorry just being honest! Curry sauce on curry and in extra pot at extra cost was like water’ over £45 for a take away and tbh it was not that good, as I said usually good but was not worth £45 tonight was soggy mushy and not fab!

We've just had a delicious takeaway from Tim Tim. ordered at 4pm and arrived at exactly 5.30 which is what I requested. sweet and sour chicken was amazing and the beef and vegetables had a lovely flavour. we will be ordering again soon.

Please don't offer dishes on the menu if you cannot cook them. Just had the worst Pad Thai I've ever come across. Noodles and a few prawns with a smattering of onion is not a Pad Thai. Tasteless and bland. Went in the bin.

Second time trying Tim Tim and much better really nice food , so hot on delivery I burnt my mouth tucking in ! Fresh chips which was a nice change from others , vermicelli ( 🌶 rice noodles ) delicious, sweet and sour prawn balls yum although a bit too much batter maybe , salt and pepper chilli prawns and honey chilli chicken wings very nice ! A bonus of free prawn crackers too, a delicious treat meal !

A disappointment. Probably, I'm sorry to say, the worst Chinese meal I've ever had. The rice dish tasted noticeably starchy, prawns were tough and rubbery as was the crispy beef, nothing crispy about it. The duck, swimming in a so-called plum sauce, a sugary liquid, too sweet to stomach. The phad thai was like boot laces, the noodles tough and bland. The prawn crackers were oily and tasted rancid. Overall very unsatisfactory in flavour and texture and not recognisable as the dishes they claimed to be. I could eat barely any of it although I was famished. Even the dog wasn't interested. The "Just Eat" complaints procedure is predictably dismissive and not fit for purpose, or, at, least, the purpose of "customer satisfaction" and, although I provided them with photos of the meal and the receipt, exactly as requested, as well as a fair description of the meal, I was met with a refusal to refund on the grounds that the meal "could still be consumed" OR that I had not provided "enough evidence". They haven't stipulated which reason to go with yet, it would seem, or in what areas my evidence was lacking, exactly. I think they just want to make it as difficult as possible to meet their criteria. And finally, for now, if "Just Eat" had treated me fairly I probably wouldn't be leaving this review.

Pad Thai not remotely authentic. No spring onion, grated carrot, crushed peanuts or lime wedge. Think shallots or brown onion used. Did contact me to explain about peanuts and offered cashew instead. Wouldn’t buy this again. Chinese restaurants cannot do Thai unfortunately and shouldn’t try.

Won’t be ordering from the again as when it was delivered we were missing one item, we rang to ask about them and they argued and made out we were lying and got very aggressive, which is a shame as we quite like their food, but £10 worth of stuff was not delivered so we are very upset.

We ordered a take away and the food was delivered quickly. The portions are quite big and the food is very nice. We even got a little bag of prawn crackers for free. I cannot fault them at all. Very good indeed.

Awful. Spare ribs were burned, the lemon chicken slimy and the banana fritters so sickly I felt sick. Threw most of it in the bin. Sticking with Paw Paw now...life's too short for food this unpleasant.

Had the curry which I didn't like , big chunks of vegetables and not a lot of meat and a very thin watery sauce. On a positive the chips are good.

So here's how it goes.... I went to get a drunken takeaway last week and spoke to a lovely driver for the restaurant. He said it was closed but it didn't put me off as I couldn't order..... I went back tonight and spoke to a lovely girl behind the counter that told me the difference between normal satay and Malaysian (tbh I didnt know 🤷) .... She probably changed my world as she gave me pork malay satay but gave me a taster also for free of the normal satay.... Let's say this..... She was right...... I've 100% found my new Chinese place... This place SPLAPPPPPS 🤟😏.....FOOD WAS DEVINE 😘

Best takeaway in Banbury, Tim Tim has been serving up fresh tasty food for years. LOVE their spicy beef and satay veggies. The delivery chap is a true gentleman too. Brilliant.
