Never again. I ordered Singapore chow mein. It said it had prawn, pork, egg etc., they must have forgotten to put any of in, or they're kidding us. V disappointed

Absolutely shocking food, I got charged £14.00 pounds for a 1/4 of crispy duck and pancakes. It was the smallest portion of duck which would only go far enough for 2/3 pancakes. But to add insult to injury it wasn’t even crispy, just soft and fatty, I had to crisp it up in the air fryer.

Awful mushroom chow mien. Noodles with a couple of mushrooms soaked in soy sauce!!

Salt & pepper chicken was a rock hard lump when we opened it. My son couldn’t eat it, it was that bad the small piece he did try eat he couldn’t even bite through and tasted of no chicken at all. The chips to go with this were very over cooked & ended up in the bin. The sausage dinner was the same chips where over cooked and couldn’t be chewed & the sausages where like rubber. Soup wasn’t great either. All ended up in the bin apart from the prawn crackers which where the only things edible.

Ordered a fish and chips and sides of salt and peeper chicken wings. I didn’t realise the portions at that big. Great value for money. Great food what more can I ask for.

Food was not hot, prawn crackers tasted of old oil. All 3 of us said the same.

Quite shocked at just how bad our food was and how anyone would consider that it was ok to send out to customers. £33 for possibly the worst chinese food we have ever tried. Sui Mai was microwaved until hard and inedible. Curry and black bean sauces were watery, thin and tasteless. The salt and pepper chips were soggy and devoid of either salt or pepper, or anything else with any flavour. Ate some fried rice but binned everything else. This place was ok a couple of years ago when we last used it, but this was a disgusting experience which won't be repeated.

Rubbish chippy won't be getting another chance. Chips where even rubbish. Not going again.

Terrible food and service. Served us flat cokes. When we asked for fresh ones we only got one. The waitress then proceeded to put food out on the servery rather than giving us the second drink that we were waiting for to replace the second flat coke. So one of our party was sitting with no drink while the waitress was putting tray after tray of food on the servery. As she was putting all the food out for the afternoon, we'd of been sitting there for ten minutes. When I told the waitress my friend needed the drink we had ordered she simply said "I'm putting the food out first". In that case should we eat our meals, then wander round town getting shopping for three hours then go back to pay the bill? They wouldn't wait for the bill to be paid whole we done other things so why should we wait. Disgusting regard for customers. Foods awful in there. Staff are rude. Would never go there again. My advice is pay the extra fiver and go over the water to bon pan. Dirty, horrible place!
