The meal arrived and I was shocked to find that the prawns were not deveined, I couldn't eat the dinner because it was cruchy and huge pieces of the vein were on show. very disappointed 😞

Missing items. The food was awful. Have ordered from here many times and it usually decent. However tonight it was awful - tastless and bland. The duck had literally no meat on it, managed to get enough to make one pancake.

I orderr at 6pm tonight was told its going to be 1 hour rang bk at 7/30 to be told it has not even been cooked yet!!!!absolutely a joke

Salt and pepper munchie box was cold! Rib was meatless. Did not enjoy this at all! Understand food can be delayed but the munchie box was inedible and really disappointing.

Crabstick in the soup was still in its plastic wrapper and wasn't cooked properly as a result. Tasted foul. The Chow mein was too salty. The BBQ Ribs were in a brown sauce, didn't taste bad but was expecting the red sauce. Probably won't order here again on account of the crabstick.

Normally the special fried rice from here is fantastic... tonight the rice seemed to lack that nice Chinese aromatic flavour that it normally has... I put it down to maybe a different cook made it ? or some ingredients were not available ?...

I know this was a mini meal but literally 5 large chips to accompany the meal.

Excellent, food always feels fresh and very tasty. We rarely eat takeaways but when we do, and fancy Chinese food, this is a sure option for us. We had our meal tonight after a long journey home and it was great, Thank you!

Chips were hard. Hardly any peas on the sausage dinner - chips well done - not great waste of money - they were lukewarm as well .

Just moved close to this Chinese take away and haven't been let down by it yet. Salt and pepper chicken is either too spicy or not seasoned enough.

Char sui and blackbean was very salty, The Orange sauce was delicious and full of flavour, chicken was perhaps a bit to crispy though

Accidentally ordered the wrong meal but well worth it. Would never have ordered shredded chilli chicken normally but amazing quality. Very spicy so have a drink on hand! 😂

Literally arrived 5 minutes after I ordered which was worrying as I ordered fish and chips, fish was cold the chips had more eyes in than I did and the pot of peas for £1:50 was tiny didn't enjoy any of it

Food was very very salty . Salt & Pepper chips & ribs were over spiced to point couldn’t enjoy! Only ordered from here as usual takeaway was closed. Wouldn’t order again . Sorry

We took 1 bite and felt like I ate half the ocean so threw it in bin the amount of salt on the food made it absolutely inedible recommend you avoid at all costs. Should of just thrown 30 quid in the bin. Such a waste and still hungry 😔

Absolutely poor customer service the staff on counter laughing at a woman struggling to get a pram in the door and wouldn't help but found delight in laughing and mocking with other customers typical woman problems I will never step foot in this chippy ever again after years of going here never again! I am absolutely disgusted in their behaviour there was absolutely no need for it then to have the other customer try and give me abuse because I questioned why there was no door stop and they just joked along with the customer giving me abuse in front of my 1 year old in the pram! Absolutely disgusting!

someone just rang my phone number sounded asian obviously but pretending to be from 3 and using this number which my phone recognised " how does this deal sound to you Madam "? I said "Dodgy" pardon I said "Dodgy" and she put the phone down I called straight back and no answer. either its the owners sideline in which case I should mention it to HMRC or its an employee on a sideline which you'd expect the owner to check on... had a few of these lately all from up north all asians places. No idea about their food... dont appreciate spam calls trying to scam me! when you call them they pretend to know nothing... thought Id leave feedback on here...

Chow mein was supposed to be dry, but some type of liquid leaked out of container onto paper, asked for no onion and extra broccoli and baby sweetcorn, this wasn’t acknowledged, disappointed as usually lovely from here, sub par today.

Chicken Fried Rice and curry sauce were lovely. Sesame Prawn Toast was very thin and wet. Probably needed to be drained a bit more before packaging. I was disappointed with the prawn toast. I would order from here again but not the same items.

Arrived a little early but quality food as normal. This is our go-to takeaway and it’s always lovely.

I was sent a really small portion of plain chips instead of the fried rice that I’d ordered. The rest of the food was v good though to be fair.

Terrible food absolutely drenched in salt (and I like my salt so for it to be too much for me that’s saying something) and barely warm. Curry pots were only half filled too

The food from this place is absolutely delicious. The delivery service is excellent. We use it all the time!

Spring rolls were soggy , but I guess when they are in with a load of salt n pepper sliced veggies it doesn’t help . Not sure what the answer would be to have the flavour but the crispy roll still.

The problem wasn’t the delivery time but rather that it was delivered to the wrong address which I consider to be awful considering that I had to pay in advance!
