The delivery drivers are always kind and considerate, especially when you order to the wrong place. whoops. I love their pizzas and chips. Go to place as much as I can!!!

The food was passable, nothing exciting, but given that it was late (delivery took 70 mins) and not hot, it wasn’t particularly enjoyed. The containers they keep the food in aren’t solid enough, so everything was squashed. I paid £1.20 for some garlic sauce in a pot rather than have it on my kebab, the pot was about an inch deep. It should have been 50p max. I don’t think we’ll order again.

food was great but took an hour and a half and i’m a 1 minute drive away i understand it’s new year’s eve but it could of been earlier considering the distance i am

Everything was cold the curly fries was over done the curry sauce was actually jelly really disappointing because it took like 2 hours to arrive

Food was 1 hour late it turned up cold with chips missing from the order. Chips where re delivered and hour later where the delivery driver said that it's the second time we have complained about food missing off our order so if we complain again we can't order again. We then rang the shop to speak to the boss and they hung up on us. Never use to have a problem with them but now I will not be going back there as our order was £60 and we had to go something else as we had to throw it all away so one meal has cost us over £100.

Food was cold and 1 hour late. Chips where missing off the order and where re delivered 1 hour later and we where told by the driver that we have complained twice and if we complain once more that we are not to order again. I think that it's ridiculous that because they missed food of our order that we are getting told that we can't order anymore

We have been going to feastham for a number of years and have never had a problem other than one time before they missed an item off so I did ring them and they did rectify the problem. Tonight we ordered £61 worth of food that was ment to be delivered by 8.15pm. We understand they get busy so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We rang them at 8.45pm and was told that our food had left the shop ten mins ago and wouldn't be long. The food turned up at 9.20pm freezing cold and missing items. I then rang up to explain the situation and was greeted by a really unpleasant lady that has obviously been dealing with unsatisfied customers all night as she was very rude and unapologetical. When our food was delivered the delivery drive said to my husband that it's the second time we had rang to say we were missing items and if we do it again don't bother ordering again. The lady on the phone the proceeded to tell me it wasn't her problem and then put the phone down . After we have been ordering from there for the past 6 or 7 years and have spent thousand of pounds in there establishment I feel really disappointed and will not be going there again. If I could I would give tbm no stars

mixed kebab, lamb wasn't edible, couldn't chew through it. Donna meat over cooked and completely dry. chicken burnt but could chew it. the chips every time are over cooked shells throw most of them away. the salad was ok.

I waited until 5 minutes after the delivery window passed before I used the my order is late function. It was completely ignored by the restaurant. I then had to phone half an hour the delivery window closed and was assured that the order was on its way. It has never arrived.

Waited over an hour and a half for the food to be delivered, for then the driver to turn up with a damaged milkshake with alot of attitude in front of my 2 year old, won't be using these again that's for sure

Missing kids meal off the order, called and was told it would be replaced. Tried calling again twice about 30 mins later and couldn’t get through.

Chips were hot which is always a good sign and wasn’t disappointed chicken kebab was really tasty. Will order again definitely.

Sadly a couple of piece of the chicken in the mixed kebab were not cooked and pink inside.

All food arrived cold and they didn’t put any cheese on my tuna and sweetcorn jacket potato, which I had paid extra for. All went in the bin, very dissatisfied.

Was asked to wait for an 1hr 30mins for delivery (which is fine) but was still late. When arrived the box had been squashed. Food wasn’t worth the wait. It’s a shame because this is one of my go to take aways.

Ordered the food at 18.59, it finally arrived at 21.08!!!! The last few times I’ve ordered the wait has been ridiculous, needless to say this will be the last time, the free garlic bread offered in the deal is NOT worth it! You WILL be waiting!!

Food arrived 45 minutes late and was cold. Disappointed, first time ordering from here and unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

We ordered our food delivery at 8.30 By 21.50 and absolutely famished and needing to get to bed for work tomorrow, I called them to be told "Sorry I'm just doing your order now and then I'll come to drop it off" Our order finally arrived at 10.20 at night! An hour and 20mins to prepare a kebab and put ice cream in a pot. The icing on the cake is that the kebab meat tastes strange, almost like its meat going off and I can't even eat it...NEVER again. I'll eat that can of Heinz soup I've had in the cupboard for like ever, it seems more appealing than this odd tasting meat.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Delivery was an hour later than maximum estimated time given having apparently left the restaurant nearly 40 mins earlier ( We live a 10 min drive away ). On arrival it was cold and missing a mixed kebab. On trying to call Feastham pizza to follow up I found my tel number to have been blocked. I know this because I switched numbers and it would call. Unfortunately they seemed to have taken the phone off the hook to avoid any calls as they were clearly struggling. A very disappointing experience. May possibly try again, but will collect next time.

My go-to place cause the meals are tasty and freshly prepared in-store. Staff is friendly, helpful, and considerate. They have a standing promo on purchases from £20. Affordable meals, too.

I’ve ordered multiple times from this place and every time it’s been 10/10. The garlic bread and cheese is spot on, And I’ve had the donner meat tray multiple times and the meat has been fresh and not dry in the slightest. Nicest Donna meat around!!
